They went through the whole house with me, asking me what areas I was most concerned about and then went through the estimate thoroughly. Hired Carpet Wiser Carpet Cleaning for one of my rental property where previous tenants left so dirty carpet with colorful spots, dried dirty unknown liquid and so on. I called Carpet Wiser Tuesday and they came Wednesday afternoon and emailed me a quote. I also pretty like their quote system which is like my car oil change, that you can chose and change the different items on the to-do list. I accepted the quote Wednesday around 5pm, and they came right way and finished the job around 8:16pm SAME DAY!! And I am so surprised that now the carpet is like brand new. I am so satisfied with their service. It far away exceed my expectation. I regret that I didn't take picture to show the before and after. It's like magic for me. I had them out about 7 months ago for pet and carpet stains and they did not disappoint. I had them out yesterday again and consider them by far the BEST in the suburbs. Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Carpet Wiser. My realtor suggested them to come in and freshen up my carpets. I didn't know my carpets looked dingy, I was so used to them I guess. They came in and did a deep cleaning and they look amazing! There were just a couple small stains I was worried about and they got them out no problem. They didn't miss any details, and in the deep scrubbing process they were able to kind of re-fluff up the pile, allowing colors and patterns to really stand out. All I can say about Carpet Wiser is they are FANTASTIC!!! I had Karastan carpeting put in 17 years ago when I bought my home, and was beginning to think I was going to have to replace it with hard flooring. Called Victor and the team at Carpet Wiser out to take care of our basement carpet, which is 9 years old, and has seen quite a bit of abuse and spills from kids and pets. I did not expect carpet cleaning to make it look much better, but to at least make it a little less dirty. The team from Carpet Wiser did an awesome job, and our 9 year old carpets look almost new again. Victor even noticed a slight moisture odor, and was able to treat a problem area to remove the mildew smell. To top it all off their level of professionalism was top notch, and they took the time to protect every corner, cabinet, and chair leg from any accidental abrasion from their cleaning hoses and equipment. I found this Carpet Wiser whilst googling a company to stretch my carpet and was happy to learn they did everything from stretching to cleaning to repair- I LOVE when one company can do it all! They came out within 24 hours of my call to give an estimate. Victor, our sales rep and also the lead man who performed our services, was punctual, professional, and super patient (I always ask too many questions- LOL). He offered suggestions, honest advice, and an extremely clear, concise, and nicely itemized quote. This is the first time I can say I was actually embarrassed to have carpet cleaners come to my home. Our cat had recently died of bladder cancer which entailed bloody urine spots everywhere, especially under the bed where she hid when so sick. We didn't see under there til we moved the bed just prior to their arrival, and it looked like she had birthed several litters of kittens under our bed! I tried hydrogen peroxide before they came which helped, but all the stains were evident. They spent 3 hours at our house and got ALL the stains out!
