He was able to check out the situation the very next day, and had quoted a very reasonable number to do the work. However, once he was up on the roof, he found that the gutters were clean, no debris in sight. He suggested the it might be a roof issue, not gutters. I asked him how much he wanted to be paid for coming over and taking a look.... He said there was NO charge! Not even a minimal amount for the effort he, and his crew, provided. He was adamant. He works mostly alone so it probably takes longer than most companies but it was well done... until the paint (seal coating) begin peeling in spots where we park on the driveway approximately 4-6 months later. Steve has been scheduling to come repair the driveway now for approximately a year (or probably more) but has failed to do so.
