He was very clear as to what forms of payment he accepts and how much per session he charges. He couldn't be botherrd as to the issues motivated me to seek counseling or any aspect of what I needed. When I went to the session before the appointed time in order to complete the paperwork as he requested, I found yet again an explanation of his charges, acceptable forms of payment and an explanation as to why he would not file on my insurance. Ironically, it was because he was an approved provider on my insurance that I made my way to him. I waited in the empty waiting room to be called in for my appointment. After 25 minutes with no word from him, much less an appearance, I left. Bad form, Dan. Very unprofessional. I would encourage anyone seeking a qualified counselor to look elsewhere.

I was scheduled for today at 5:00pm where I had to take off work and rearrange my childcare to have this session. Upon arrival I was greeted and told by Dr. A that she does not take on the hour appointments and there must have been a mistake. Implying my mistake over her office for sure. She continued to tell me that she doesn't take new patients so it's extra weird I thought I was there to see her. Again making me feel like I am in the wrong. This is what i get I trying to use a non traditional dr office. This house seemed more low key and approachable, but obviously with that it takes away from professionalism and correct procedures like office calendar maintenance. Also the outside smells like cat pee which is pretty gross. Save you time and make an appointment at a REAL office worth a actual employees who can be accountable for the doctors calendars.

After things didn't work out with a previous IBCLC, Rosemary responded to an urgent message filled with desperation and agreed to see us on December 20, 2024 right before the holidays. My son was not latching well and breastfeeding was excruciatingly painful at 3 weeks old. I was distraught. Rosemary was so kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Rosemary knows everything. She really does. She is so experienced. She is systematic. She is thorough. She is a breastfeeding genius. We worked together for weeks and weeks trying to improve my son's latch, his milk transfer, and get to the bottom of our issues. Rosemary identified possible oral tethered tissue. We were reluctant and got multiple opinions from pediatricians, ENTS, etcetera. Rosemary never pushes anything. She only educates and empowers. When my son was finally diagnosed and we decided to proceed with the release with an ENT of her recommendation. Rosemary was there every step of the way. We saw her every week or every other week for 4 months. I can say with certainty that she saved our breastfeeding journey. I am still breastfeeding my son at 6 months with no pain and I am thriving. I have never met a more compassionate health care professional. Forever grateful for Rosemary! Also, her office administrator, Miriam, is great and so responsive.
