I ended up getting a premade bouquet ($35 not including the bag/case) that was arranged in this cute "paper bag" vessel, which also doubled as a vase, so I thought that was pretty cool. Also, I was able to swap out the color of the roses in the premade bouquet for others, so I'm glad that there was flexibility in being able to modify the premade bouquets. The employees working there are super nice, and I never felt rushed, even though there were three other people waiting behind me to get helped.

Two days later, we came to pick up the order and we were SHOCKED!!! The roses they used were wilted, stained and HUGE, so big that they would not fit on my son's lapel and the wrist corsage would have reached the elbow of my son's date. When I asked them if they thought the items were too large, they were rude and told me that they would be fine. The corsage and boutonnière were UNACCEPTABLE and the staff were extremely rude. We picked these up the afternoon of the prom and when I asked if they could help us make them smaller or redo, they refused to help. My son and I were extremely disappointed, these were not inexpensive items and they treated us poorly. I would DISCOURAGE ANYONE from using this florist!

On the day the flowers were supposed to arrive, I called the florist just to confirm that they arrived. Spruce said they had an issue delivering the flowers because she doesn't live at a doorman building. Sad, but I understand that they want to make sure that she is there, though I didn't want to ruin the surprise. I have frequented this business multiple times over the years, never had an issue…read more Approximately 1 and a half weeks ago I purchased over $100 worth of plants. A few days ago as guests were arriving in my home, I noticed one of the plants ($60), was dropping leaves and upon closer inspection i could see it was completely overrun with fungus. It clearly was sold this way, which can happen in a large shop. I had no.time to take it out of the planter and run back over and I couldn't leave it as I have multiple other plants which it could have infected. I took several pictures and threw it away. I got to the shop days later explaining what happened and showing the pictures. I simply wanted to choose another plant, I wasn't even asking for a refund. They refused to do a thing. They said I had to bring the plant back to them. Seriously?? I had guests for days and multiple other plants it could have infected. So I was supposed to put it in a garbage bag and leave it in tbe corner of my apartment for a few days to continue to rot?? This was an awful way to treat a good customer. I will never return and will steer anyone I know away from purchasing in this shop because of this treatment.
