They cut the sandwiches in half for you & I usually eat one half and save the other for later. I'm not sure if they still do Clam Chowder on Fridays, but the clam chowder from here is fire! I would definitely come here more often if they were open a little later; they close at 7pm daily. And yes, the parking lot can be a bit chaotic but just park towards the back, & back in so that there's no funny business when leaving ;)

So when we were driving past this place in Milton, we gave it a shot. They are lovely and will load firewood into your car for you. I went on my way home while wearing a suit, heels and formal coat, and the gentleman helping us out would not let me touch a log. Their wood burns very nicely and is the perfect size. There are very few pops and the wood is high quality. We recently relocated to the Boston area, and had purchased wood from another source in NY. This wood is far superior to what we had previously ordered and we plan to order it in bulk next year. Bonus points, this quaint store has nice freshly baked bread, flowers and gourmet goods as well as some staples. Only thing I would recommend is adding some Iggy's baguettes.
