After discussing the glass replacement, when I picked it up I was surprised to find they had also reinforced the edges beautifully. It's amazing to see an artisan work. When I walked in I had no idea what to expect. It was old school Hollywood right down to the sign. I immediately saw a faceted stained glass globe about 2 feet in diameter. It has to have over 200 pieces of green glass. I looked at the only man standing there and asked if this was his work? To which he gave a soft nod of confirmation. I was getting a simple piece of window glass but I was in awe of his talents that don't exist anymore. He is a rare find. read more

Sunshine Glass is THE place to go to if you have an older home and want to ensure that you have a company that knows what it's doing. On the service and quality of repair/restoration is excellent. A few years ago, we had them replace/repair a stained glass window. Most recently, we had them replace some beveled glass on a bathroom door. They did excellent work in a timely manner for a fair price. Rosalio did outstanding work. However, I would suggest that although they are a small business, I would suggest that they consider hiring a front office person to answer calls and book customers for appointments. I really wanted to use them, but was getting frustrated with having to constantly call back for a couple of days to get a firm commitment on when someone could come to my property to complete the work. I didn't take any stars off for that because the workmanship was excellent. But I don't know if I would have been as patient if I needed something completed in a shorter time frame. read more

I recently had a great experience with Sunshine Glass. We had a cracked pane in our stained glass front door. Alex came out, gave us a free estimate, took the door to his shop and repaired it perfectly. He found 8 other cracked panes, called to get our OK to fix them and gave us a fair price for the whole job. When he had a question, he called. His work was on time, he was prompt and professional. I called them because a friend told me that they worked with old glass and mirrors and I have an antique coffee table and the top needs to be replaced . I was asked to provide photos of my project along with measurements which I did via text . I was told I would receive a call back that didn't happen I called the gentleman that answered the phone told me he wasn't the person I had spoken with but he would have that person call me that didn't happen I called again not sure who I spoke to but I was sure they'd be called back yeah that didn't happen so I texted the number that I originally texted all the specs to and said if you're not interested in this project please let me know so I can move forward I received a text back that said Something to the effect of sorry not in the shop right now I will call you back never heard back from them read more

Since Lori (the owner) has left I have been misinformed about prices, no shows for scheduled appointments and terrible work. My order was 2 weeks late!!! I ordered two mirror items. It took an eternity to get my order and when I finally went to pick them up, one had a chip on the side and the other had a scratch. They offered me to remake them, but after that first long wait, I decided to live with the scratch and chip. My whole experience there was unpleasant. Next time, I'll do more research and find a better glass place. read more
