I'm in a really stressful situation trying to sell my house and needed to replace a difficult piece of large interior glass. Other places straight up refused to do it because of the difficulty. But Garrett came the same day I called him, got everything measured, and set clear expectations of what I should expect. This company doesn't own up to their mistakes. I called for a quote. Gave them approximate measurements. They wrote it down then called later with a quote. I agreed, but told them that I would show up in person to give them exact measurements I had written. I gave them my plans. Well they mixed them up and made the wrong size glass. They claimed I called them with measurements, which I did, but came in with hand written plans and measurements to give them. None of them would own up to their mistake and would not refund my money. All 3 were ganging up on me even when I was showing them proof AND they had the same plans that I gave them. They were going to charge full price to remake them. I was beside myself I was out $200. I had 2 broken windows needing replacement ASAP. I called and spoke to Garret. When speaking with Garret he mentioned that I would save money if I removed the windows myself and took them to Future Glass for the glass replacement. I was hesitant to do so because I have never attempted doing that before and had no idea what I was doing or what I was getting into. Future Glass is definitely the future! As a business owner, I originally scheduled an estimate appointment two days before with Ed only to be stood up by a no show. After finally getting an estimate- took five days, i offered to post a deposit to order materials and begin the project so that I would minimize my down time. Literally after 8 weeks of numerous calls to Ed and promises that I would get call back for an installation date, I finally gave up. There should be a system that I can give a minus/negative rating for my review but I guess I have to settle with one star. This business deserves a minus fie star. If you are in a hurry to replace or install any glass related products, it is best to go elsewhere as they would either show up for an appointment or commit towards an installation date somewhere in the FUTURE. Time is money and there are definitely better glass contractors that are professional, diligent and delivery items on time. read more

Ed and his boys did a fine job replacing my dual pane windows. We had been meaning to do this for quite some time due to seal failure. All our windows had condensation between the panes, some more than others. I have to thank Future Glass for allowing us to see outside again. Their service was great.
