They're efficient, timely, and precise. They installed mirrors in my closet. The walls are not perfectly straight and I needed to divide the area into panels that corresponded with slight curve in the walls. It required a lot of skill and precision. They did it perfectly. The second job was the installation of mirrors in my converted garage. In order to make the space seem larger, they installed mirrors on 3 of the 4 walls, floor to ceiling. This as we all know has been a very difficult time for many businesses and certainly rising costs have not helped anyone, nor the loss of truly talented technicians in every field. The great thing was that Suran did take the time to come by, look, and discuss. At this time by his own admission, he can only do small jobs due to limited staff. I appreciated the honesty there, although some of his earlier statements were contradictory - and is conservative in terms of what he will do to help with installations. One example: in order to remove a mirror, a simple medicine cabinet needed to be just unscrewed from the wall. But as this does not fall within his "scope of work" he won't unscrew the medicine cabinet. I needed to hire somebody to unscrew the medicine cabinet... Also, knowing the urgency of the situation he had said that he would get back to me same day, at least in terms of a quote on the actual glass. I did not hear back - which was in contrast to how he'd presented his intent to be helpful, attentive and at least provide a quote. I then called to let him know that same day, another wonderful company had come by and could handle the job; and offered if he had any input he wished to give towards an updated review, having admitted that his resources at this time are limited in terms of what he's able to take on. Again, did not hear back. As of this review this company can do simple, straightforward shower and window glass, with I'd guess care, attention to detail, and skill. Thank you. read more
