We had a couples massage on November 17 and both had a wonderful experience. My husband had Linda and said it was the first massage he's ever had that was truly deep tissue. I'm thankful mine wasn't quite as deep as his, but I felt amazing when we left. My husband has ongoing back issues, and massage therapy really helps to temporarily relieve some of the pressure and pain--and this session did exactly that. Called this morning 5/12/24 asking for availability for a 60 min reflexology. I was told to come in which I did immediately. Felt rushed. Kept being interrupted for phone calls and guests walking in. Was then told that they would just do a 30 min because they forgot they were busy. Still charged me 30$ for a half ass 25 min massage that was not enjoyable , relaxing nor did it address any of the pain in which I came in for. Did not offer to make it up for their mistake just charged me and rushed me out for the next guest.. Will not be coming back. Way to ruin my Mother's Day. read more

I've been a frequent member here for the past 8 years, getting a dozen and a half massages a year and love it. Today when I went I knew immediately it must be under new ownership. During my hour massage, my masseuse answered the phone about 5 times and left me 3 times to go to the front desk because someone walked into the store. Totally rude interrupted service when you're attempting to relax. Besides all of this she used mild pressure when I asked for more pressure and grazed over my knots not even addressing them. Since I prepay the membership I still had $20 on my card. She asked if I wanted to add more to it and I said next time so she told me I owed $40 when I only owed $30 more. She laughed and said no $40. I laughed and said you think it's ok to interrupt my massage 8 times and then not give me my member price?! I gave her $40 and walked out. $30 I owed and a $10 tip which was not even earned. New ownership is awful! I will never be back! read more

I went there today to have a 90 minute foot massage and they would not honor my gift certificate. They claimed it had expired even though there was no date written on the gift certificate itself. How they knew that, I don't know. Yet here we are. When I tried to reason with the incredibly rude man behind the counter, I got shot down. I guess customer service does not count for anything. Neither does being a prior customer. Also, the place actually smelled funny. Like musty or mildewy. During my massage I happened to look up at the ceiling and parts of the ceiling are missing and have lots of wet spots on them. You might wanna get that fixed before the health department comes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Woman at the front desk should be fired. I walked in and asked if I could get an appointment sometime that day and the woman told me I had to come back at 330, which was in an hour. I thanked her and said I would be back at 330. She smiled at me and said ok. When I went back she looked at me like I was crazy and told me she didn't think I was going to come back and there was no appt available now. Waste of time. Having a foot massage or a massage at the relax relax foot spa in Middletown is well worth coming

I have been here many times and have never had a bad experience, until today. Don't get me wrong, the massage was amazing as usual (I always get the 60 minute deep tissue and 30 minute foot massage) and this time I didn't have cash. There's a 5% fee to use your credit card, okay. No problem. It's when I said what tip I wanted to add to the card. I was told it wasn't enough. Um... Excuse me? One, I always tip well, at least 20%. But when the woman pulled out a calculator and began to actually try to argue with me, that the amount should be on top of the amount with the 5%, I was blown away. All the relaxation I had from the massage evaporated. I have never in my life had someone argue with me that a tip wasn't enough and yank out a calculator.. They just lost a two year monthly customer for the worst customer service. read more

You must read this review very carefully if you don't want the worst massage experience of your life. Let me start out by saying we have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience until today. It's Valentines day so we thought an hour foot reflexology would be special. It was special for me. My wife had the worst experience ever. The man who books the appointments gave my wife her massage ever. After waiting on her bench for 5 minutes the man came and started the massage. He was rough and all over the place. He was not focused at all on what he should have been doing! He constantly was answering his cell phone and texting while attempting what he thought was a massage. My wife took her blindfold off a few times and looked at him like REALLY? He was booking appointments while he was on the phone. If not his cell phone he would leave her and go to the lobby and take a call.The female staff of this establishment are all great. Do not ever,ever,ever get a massage by this man. He will hurt you and totally waste your money. I wasn't aware of how bad the experience was until after we got in the car and my wife told me what had happened. read more

I won't be coming back here. We have gone several times and the last two times I've gotten women who have been sick and coughing and sneezing all over me, couldn't be less relaxing. Additionally, we were short changed 15 minutes off our 90 minute massage. Little place, easy to miss, but they give great foot massages. The two women masseuses do a nice job. The only way to book a time is to call the boss guy on the phone. Sometimes he is hard to get and he seems disorganized. But once I get in, they give you a mini neck massage while you soak your feet and then a very thorough foot massage. GO ELSEWHERE FOR A MASSAGE! I thought they would know how to do a full body massage in addition to massaging feet - but they don't. After 50 minutes of untrained, unlicensed movements on my body (including pinching!), I had to ask them to stop. When I left early, they demanded full payment and could care less that I was concerned I was dissatisfied. Additionally, no one speaks English well (some - not at all).
