They are small and while they do take walkins, when possible, they never compromise repeat clients schedules. They also manage to fit customers in for a broken nail repair, if it might happen when possible. The bottom line, they respect my time as a client and I respect theirs and their other clients time also. They ALWAYS do the best they can to fit me in with those unplanned emergencies or when I forget to book an appointment, including great pedicures. I went to this location as I was meeting a friend on her side of town, and she wanted to try it out. Although we were seen at the time of our appointment, the services were rushed with nothing further offered. I would've certainly paid to get a manicure. However, no one asked me and we both felt like we were in the way. At the conclusion of our service we paid and left without a word from any of the workers, not even have a good night. I don't have a regular nail salon I go to, to get my nails done. I recently went to diamond nails prior to this and they were closed on Sundays, so I went here. The reviews I saw were 4 stars or above, so I decided to try it out. The staff are nice and quick and accommodating; I called and came in within 30 minutes. I initially asked did they have color match because I wanted to make sure sure my nails were the same color and my toes and they replied "yes" , to the specific color I picked out for my nails. My toes were painted first while my hands were soaking off the previous color I hand on. I didn't see the difference in color until my nails were already being done. I was a little upset that I was told they had color match when indeed it is not the same color. I guess I'm a little picky. The dip nail application was satisfactory and I love the color, but I'm not thrilled about my pedicure toe nail color. The pedicure in general was satisfactory. They had a disposable liner in the tub and used disposable nail file and buffer. The nail stations didn't have plexi glass dividers as many salons now have, but everyone was wearing a mask and adhering to that. I also was charged an extra $3 to take off my dip powder even though I was getting dip reapplied which I thought was weird. I would think about going again, but I would have them show me the color match before applying. Again, application of dip powder and pedicure was good. read more

I had a mani/pedi on Wednesday. Friday, 2 days later I return to tell him my pedicure was not done correctly. (The polish didn't start all the way down by the cuticle) two days later it looked as if my nail had outgrown the polish! Anyway, he was with a customer so I asked him to step outside, so no one would hear me. He became defensive saying I pushed the cuticles back myself and accepted no responsibility. And if it was so important to me that I should go inside and he'd fix them. I explained that I just wanted to give him a head's up and that I had no time to get them done right then. He did all he could to hide his anger but it was seeping out of his pores! He finally said call for an appointment and that he'd fix them. I start with the poor quality of work compared to the price they have. On Wednesday, 02/16, my daughter did her nails with a young man. I don't know his name, but he sits in the first place at the entrance. well when she showed him the design she wanted , first he told her that maybe $80 depending on the length( for me that is no too long but she wants her nails ok) to end up being 90 plus 5 as a tip, no problem ok he was paid for his service. I know that everything has gone up in price a little, but having paid that prince and before the week today Tuesday 02/22 a nail falls off??? The truth is I won't come back anymore , I don't recommend this place at all!!! And don't even bother to respond as they do to all those who write bad reviews because it seems that. they copy and paste instead of solving and worrying about the customer's complaints to do it better. read more

I came on a Wednesday morning and was one of the first customers that morning. It was really nice and quiet and very relaxing. My manicurist was sweet and easy to talk to. She did a great job on my toes and my French manicure looked lovely and so classy. It has lasted over 2 weeks and my tips aren't chipping at all. Sunshine Nails is definitely one of my favorite places to get a pedicure. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and everyone is very friendly and pleasant. The techs take their time to make sure they do a great job and the shop is always clean.
