Damn I forgot to get my nail techs name! She's American and slim with brown mid length hair. Been there three weeks. Very nice did an excellent job. For a busy traffic Saturday, this place was not super packed and sat me right away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Shout out to somebody's son who was working reception and payments. Super nice and hospitable. I appreciate he offered if I wanted a drink and I got a bottle of water.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I don't live local but looks like they have a loyalty program if you sign in. The polish wall was impressive honey but I stuck with my OPI for my pedicure. But they had all the matching gel and polish sets and peoples nails looked good, some people had appointments and they had a big menu. I got some lavender pedi for $52 which was very reasonable considering all the bells and whistles I got with hot stone massage and a reg massage, scrub, mask, hot towels, cooling gel, very nice. Great new Nail Spa in Lutz! They've only been here for 3 months. It's a large spa, with 18 pedicure chairs and 15 manicure stations. The interior is beautifully decorated in shades of white and gray. The selection of polishes is abundant and they have several brands to choose from. They have nice music playing in the background and two large screen TVs on the far walls. They have two rooms in the back for waxing services. The women's bathroom is spacious and clean. The pricing is about in line with other nail spas in the area. Maybe a couple of dollars more for some services but less for others. I included a photo of the menu. I brought my mom in for a gel manicure. She was very pleased with the service she received from Moon. I got a polish removal. The staff was very friendly. One of the owners chatted with us for a bit. We were very pleased with the service. I plan on coming back for my services and would definitely recommend them. read more

All I have to say is: get ready for a luxury experience! I started going to this place last year after searching around for a suitable nail salon. Ann's came by way of recommendation. Upon entering, the place oozes elegance. I was offered wine/champagne while I wait and while I received my service. I was serviced by Linda, and I must say she is an amazing nail tech. I'm very particular about how my nails are done because I have short fingers and even shorter nail beds, but Linda always provides top notch h service and I never worry when I'm in her capable hands. The staff is very friendly and many speak clear English which can sometimes be a concern with breakdown in communication. One thing I would say is to make sure to call if you are going to make an appointment. The online booking system is not perfect and if you want to make sure you get a specific tech/service/date/time, it's best to call and talk to a live person or just walk in. read more

I came in today with my sister and was charged over $200 for a mani pedi and I'm sorry but we got nothing special done, no acrylics, no designs- NOTHING that should've charged us $212 for this. I wasn't going to leave Ann's a bad review since I've been going there for almost two years, but...I'm pretty upset. I paid over a $100 for a HALF FAST pedicure and a very poorly done gel manicure. I usually get my nails done by a specific nail tech, but she was completely booked. First, the person who is answering the phone lately either doesn't know how to speak english well or is wearing a mask-I always have to ask him to give the phone to the nail tech just to book an appt with her because of the communication barrier. Since the nail tech was booked, she said they had someone doing walk-ins. I could tell right away, the walk-in nail tech didn't want to be there (I should have left). I asked for a gel manicure-he didn't file the thumbs evenly. The very next day, almost every nail started chipping. The gel polish on my two index fingers peeled off 3 days later. I also showed him a picture (attached) of how I wanted my nails to look like, he didn't do it. Time to find a new salon. read more

I had high hopes because it looked so nice when I walked in, but overall I was really disappointed. Not very personable, but that's not a huge deal to me if my nails are good quality (they weren't, but I'll get there next). I did my service with Moon and she spent the whole service talking on the phone or joking around with other techs. Again... this wouldn't bother me if I was happy with how my nails came out but I wasn't. I got a full set of acrylics in almond shape (gel color, no designs) and a gel pedicure. I've gotten acrylic nails for pretty much the last decade but just moved to the area and haven't found anywhere that does them very well. Moon had a really messy way about laying the acrylic prior drilling them down and shaping the nails to the almond shape. I had never seen anyone do nails that way so it seemed a little unorthodox but in the end they looked ok. The apex wasn't terrible, some nails were crooked but overall I was satisfied and planned on coming back to the salon but just trying a different tech. Here's the problems: Less than a week after getting them done one of the nail tips just broke off while I was putting a shirt on over my head... I don't even know how. Then a couple days later the other nails just started popping off like press-ons. In my opinion that should never happen with acrylic nails (and hasn't any other time I've gotten them done), because it means the nail was never on very well to begin with. Conclusion: they're charger way too much money for me to have nails that can't last me to the end of my two week vacation. Don't waste your money. read more

I tried out this Ann's rather than my usual Ann's on County Line and I wish I didn't. On the positive, the massage was great but short. The overall pedicure was 45 minutes and I got a mid grade pedi. He didn't put me under the dryer nor gave me sut for a bit. I went on a Monday morning during the day so it wasn't a busy weekend. I asked for them to get fixed and then all the sudden no one could speak English and try and help. They copped a major attitude and were so rude. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and full set acrylic in an almost black color. The color must have been used a lot because it was sparse and thick. During the massage part, of my pedicure I noticed that it was about 10 seconds long so I asked nicely is that the whole massage and she said yes you didn't get the number nine level you only got a number two level so that is the length of your massage (I got the 40 dollar pedicure). I said OK no problem, but she insisted to reiterate,. She then made a scenes and opened the book to show me the 72 dollar and up.get a massage. I was thinking any pedicure I get at least give you two minute massages but I did do an upgrade and got nothing but lotion rubbed on. it was no big deal and I didn't complain or say anything I just quietly sat for the rest of the duration, while the whole store of nail techs were spreading the news, laughing and carrying on and staring and laughing to the point that I was a nervous wreck. and then I saw them trying to find a bottle of black because my black polish I picked was so used up and I said you can use a different color if you want but then they found another bottle that was similarly almost empty. Then the guy came up and said do you want a full set still and I replied with yes, how much is it and he showed me regular polish was 38 and then I said oh OK how much gel and he said an extra 20 and I said no thank you and then that's really when they all went crazy laughing hysterical at me and talking on their language. Embarrassed, I just sat nicely and waited u til my toes dried and paid l. It was not relaxing and miserable for no reason!! All I did was ask is that the massage and it turned out to be an embarrassment, but I asked that not to mention when I didn't want my nails done. NIGHTMARE!! read more
