This happened March 2023 I had to keep calling reaching out to them they kept avoiding me and finally when I said I am going to tell my story on social Media, the news, BBB they finally contacted me and only wants to give me $200.00 I did not approve that, the owner did come out I showed him all of the damage which includes glass shelves being broken he said he will take care of them, he did not. I kept trying to reach him since March and to this date they have not stepped up to fix the problem. If I could give them a half of a star I would. I would not recommend using this company you would probably get treated the same way trust me they will damage your furniture. You would want to tell everyone you know so that this doesn't happen to them. They refuse to accept your call and will not call you back. As I stated before this has been going on since March 2023.
