I made my 6 month check up for my kids and they decided to cancel on me without it any notice. I took a day off from work showed up with both of my kids and they told me my appointment is canceled and they are fully booked they can't see my kids. They claimed they called but I didn't answered but no voicemail was left so I didn't know. No email was sent to me to confirm but they don't care. I told them and showed them no voicemail was left and they didn't care. They told me they don't leave voicemails and it's my responsibility to confirm 48 hours prior the appointment but how. They said they called and I told them I work during the day how can I answer. Only way me answering if yall leave a voicemail and I can return it when I have a chance. Not recommending this place at all. read more

If you can get in to see Dr. Stout, he's great. But if you've always made and attended your appointments, and pull your kids out of school and take time off of work only to show up to find out that they've been cancelled because they "weren't confirmed" when you either never get the messages or do and they "still don't get them" you should probably go elsewhere. This happened not once, but twice and after 6 months of being rescheduled we will be returning to Playhouse where we had the best experience before Sunshine Dental took over. read more

Fantastic staff!!! I was super nervous about taking my 2 year old daughter to her very first dental appointment but I'm so glad we chose this place to go to!! There's a bunch of toys/games for the little ones to play with in the waiting area, I would recommend coming to you appointment early if only to let you little one enjoy themselves before the appointment. The staff truly believe in gentle care and a great first experience. My daughter had so much fun here that it took some convincing to get her to leave!! Also, I think it's great that you can choose which office to visit, and your child's dentist is available at both locations. I HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

My kids had the best experience here with Karina and Dr. Stout. It was my 2 year olds first time at the dentist and karina was so great with her and she wasn't even scared. My oldest daughter has also always had issues with her molars and Dr.Stout was so nice and helpful about it. Best dentist my kids have been to so far out of 3 different states we lived in. They will definitely continuing their care there. Karina also sent my kids a cute little card with stickers in the mail a few days after their visit to say they did awesome. read more

This Office was not willing to accommodate a request I made for my child's treatment appointment. The front staff I spoke with was telling me things that I know were not correct and even said herself she wasn't completely sure what goes on in the back with all the procedures. The quality of the treatment seems to be questionable and the office seems to be more about quantity. read more

My 4yo and 6yo love Playhouse Dental! They tell me how excited they are days before their schedule check ups with Dr Hill and Dr Stout. The entire staff is amazing and they make us feel special each and every time we are in the clinic. Never disappointed with their services. Thank you for being so awesome, Playhouse Dental! I had been switching dentists. I had gone to another Dr. Bob, but switched my kids to my dentist Dr. Lemme for convenience, and also because Dr. Bob had a lady on staff who was really inappropriate talking about her divorce etc (she is no longer with Dr. Bob though, so don't hold that against him). Love both Dr. Bob and Dr.Lemme, but because Dr. Lemme is not a pediatric dentist, when my son had an injury on a tooth, Dr. Lemme could not provide pediatric pain killers. I just love the staff at Playhouse. Dr. Hill is AMAZING! What a gal! Dr. Stout, one cool dude. The kids just love going here, the hygienist and other staff are super duper friendly and obliging. Everyone is polite, appropriate, child friendly, happy to be there, and informative! It is just a super practice, and I wish I could see Dr. Hill, no offense Dr. Lemme, but she just wears cool earrings and is so bubbly =) read more

Absolutely fabulous office staff and both dentists are wonderful. We normally see Dr. Hill and she is soo great with my little girl. My son has autism and SPD and needs to be put under anesthesia to get dental work done. We were told he would get an afternoon appt because of his age but had asked if they would work us in for an earlier time due to my son not understanding/comprehending that he wouldn't be able to eat or drink anything. We got told that it wouldn't be fair to the younger kids and that it's policy for older kids to go later in the day in which we understood and even said we'd wait until they could get us in if it meant putting his appt off until they could get us in. The lady said even if he does get put in ahead of a younger kid it wouldn't be fair to them that my son goes ahead of them, WELL, it's not fair that they aren't willing to help my son considering his special needs. We were then told something about the anesthesia guy which I don't get what he has to do with appts. Point is, we were asking for them to work with us considering our situation with our son and they are giving us every run around possible and dragging there feet like we are a bother. All we simply want to do is make things smooth for him and they are not willing to work with us. Our January appt is what determined he needed work done and here we are in May still waiting, they simply concluded the phone call with with we will call if we can work him in BUT no guarantees. read more
