Dr. Lemme let me know at our first few appointments that I had options other than pulling it for an expensive implant or putting on a pricey veneer!! I had always been told those were my choices. Anyway, I did the treatment (internal bleaching) over several office visits this past summer and have been absolutely thrilled with the result!!! Dr. Lee is caring and empathetic, and you can tell he genuinely understands how stressful dental pain can be for kids and parents. My two boys have had fillings and other treatments, and Dr. Lee has called later the same day to check in and make sure they're doing okay. I also appreciate that he's conservative with treatment--he doesn't recommend fillings or cavity work unless it's truly necessary. Once, when my son had sudden pain from an emerging tooth, Dr. Lee even responded to my text on a weekend and reassured me on what to do, which was a huge relief. He also takes time to share practical tips to prevent cavities, which says a lot about how much he cares. So I called my insurance and they said that they could not cover that bill because my dentist was not in my network anymore, then she said that they can change that as they please, she asked me if I was notified and I said no, so she said that I needed to call them. I spoke to the lady in the billing department and she was very rude and disrespectful, I told her that I should have been told about it by a phone call, text or email that my visits were not covered anymore, if I knew I would not have got the last teeth cleaning. But instead they didn't tell me and charged me for it. When I told the lady it wasn't fair and I would not pay the bill, she raised her voice and threatened me that she would send me to a collection agency, so I just hanged up the phone.. Having been in customer service my whole life , never would I talk or disrespect anyone this way! This woman should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!!
