They said they called and I told them I work during the day how can I answer. Only way me answering if yall leave a voicemail and I can return it when I have a chance. Not recommending this place at all.

Dr. Lemme is very skilled and knowledgeable, and has a way of explaining things so they make sense. I had an old root canal tooth that had turned pretty brown over the years. Dr. Lemme let me know at our first few appointments that I had options other than pulling it for an expensive implant or putting on a pricey veneer!! I had always been told those were my choices. Anyway, I did the treatment (internal bleaching) over several office visits this past summer and have been absolutely thrilled with the result!!! Plus it was so inexpensive I honestly felt like I got triple the value of what I paid. Appointments have been easy to schedule, and I appreciate the text reminders. They are sticklers about timing, which is of course understandable with a large practice, but they could be more lenient for those coming from the islands on the erratic ferries. I've been running 15 min behind on the ferry over, given them a call to give them a heads up, and then found myself begging them to accommodate a longer tardiness than their policies allow. When people take off work and school for many hours to travel to the dentist, some additional grace would be appreciated. Perhaps the message is that they don't need islanders. Anyway, my kids have all graduated from this pediatric practice (happens at age 14 - be warned!), so now I can speak freely. I never had any doubt about the quality of care; it is just the way patients are handed otherwise.

We went around in circles for about 20 minutes until they finally admitted that when they got the file from the Dr. Lee's office there were behavior notations on it that the Dentist was in here refusing to see her and they came up with a plan that was completely not actionable, and when we were unable to make that work, they just dug in harder and harder. I wish we never went to this place. They claimed to be. Experienced with children with special needs they wasted almost a year of time because they did not communicate their intentions with integrity and of course it's my daughter who then suffers. I think once integrity and trust is gone nothing else really matters.

I visited it a total of 3 times only for cleaning. On my first visit of the year I went for a cleaning ( my insurance covers 2 cleaning a year), last week I received a bill from my dentist for $213.00. So I called my insurance and they said that they could not cover that bill because my dentist was not in my network anymore, then she said that they can change that as they please, she asked me if I was notified and I said no, so she said that I needed to call them. I spoke to the lady in the billing department and she was very rude and disrespectful, I told her that I should have been told about it by a phone call, text or email that my visits were not covered anymore, if I knew I would not have got the last teeth cleaning. But instead they didn't tell me and charged me for it. When I told the lady it wasn't fair and I would not pay the bill, she raised her voice and threatened me that she would send me to a collection agency, so I just hanged up the phone.. Having been in customer service my whole life , never would I talk or disrespect anyone this way! This woman should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!!
