Important information about what was actually done during the appointment was missing, while other parts of the record included incorrect information about procedures or actions that supposedly took place. Communication from the office was also extremely poor -- phone calls were not returned, excuses were constantly given, and the practice appeared disorganized and poorly managed. She had bloodwork done there twice. Both times, the results were posted to her patient portal without any follow-up or explanation from her doctor. Seeing abnormal results without guidance caused a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety. We ultimately sought care from a different doctor outside of their practice, only to learn that my daughter had mono; something that was clearly indicated in the very first set of bloodwork. During this time, she also developed a viral infection that went unaddressed. There are far too many other doctors in our area who practice medicine responsibly, communicate with their patients, and take the time to provide proper care. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise against using this practice.

When I tried to explain why I was calling, Emily immediately responded that she didn't know what I was talking about and asked for my name and date of birth. I understand she needed to verify my account, but the conversation felt dismissive from the start. I answered her questions and continued trying to understand the estimate and insurance adjustment process. As the call went on, Emily told me that I was being rude because of my tone. While I may have sounded frustrated after being transferred around and spending more time than expected trying to resolve a simple question, I never used rude language or spoke disrespectfully to her. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. I asked for an email address to provide feedback and was told there wasn't one. Lol I thought they were kidding about not getting out of bed until I put my foot on the floor. My bathroom was about 3 feet away and yes, I had to fix a sock and I was going to try to get to the bathroom on my own. Next thing you know, I had red lights flashing, and a fire alarm sound a very loud one. They aren't kidding. They have to arm and disarm your bed before you can get out of it. It's for our safety of taken several bad falls before they weren't gonna let me do it on their watch. I felt like I was in a hotel. It was so nice even the wall color was pretty. I'm not happy with some of the management and some things that were done and the way they were handled. Remember to be your own ADVOCATE. That being said, though, remember your nurses and other stuff, including the people that deliver your food, I had some of the cheeriest and kindest people from that area as well. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed.
