They wanted me to order the belt go get it and bring it to them. I told them that they had a hundred dollar deposit that they should order it with that. They told me they would have to check with the manager and get back to me. Took two days to call me back and tell me that they would order the part. Keeping my hundred dollar deposit they still charged me $183.00 dollars.

They said the motor had been rebuilt and it a tune up and was ready to go. They even put a fuel valve on it. Spent $475 on a used mower, and $45 to deliver! They said 30 days on the motor only. Got it here, went to fill up over the 1/2 way mark and it leaked. No big deal, right? Just don't fill it over the halfway mark. 35 days, and the blades won't engage. Called them, they promised to call back. End of day, I called again, and they said it would be $20 to pick it up. WHAT? I've used the thing three times? Asked the guy if we could have it back by the next weekend and he said no problem. A week later, I call, and they haven't even touched it. Ask for a call back the next day, and had to call again at the end of the day. They want to charge me $96+ for a belt and labor. This place is a major ripoff and the customer services is a joke!

As well some of the other professional Lawncare equipment. Now as to the owner and staff. Yes they do come off sometimes as rude, krass. As well not responding to phone calls in a timely manner. Yes guilty as charged. But as we all know what as been going on lack of supply of equipment, engines, parts and accessories. As taken its toll on everyone. Fyi. Bob's shop has been operating with just the owner and the lady at the parts department and sales. And that in it of self can explain some of the poor attitudes. But not get off Scott free. And now for the good. I have returned back to Bob's as outdoor power equipment technician again as of one week ago. And are making some head way. But please understand that the supply chain problems still exist and getting items needed is pulling our hair out as well. And making it very difficult to give a accurate time estimate.so in closing please give Bob's bicycle and lawnmower another chance for your business. I thought that was it I would go in pick up my bolt and done. Well the day came and I went to pick up my order and when I walked in a was greeted by the nicest group of guys I've met in a while. As I was waiting for them to bring out my order they answered all of my questions and helped my find a few other items I need for my trimmer and the mower. They were never condescending or annoyed by my elementary like questions. They were friendly and share their knowledge to make sure I got the right things for my equipment. All in all a great experience and look forward to taking my mower in for service.
