They have an enormous selection and specialize in Penn reels and every aspect of gear from kiddy poles & rigs to deep sea goliath rods and reels (Scuba gear too and - beach apparel) I spent a good 40 mins chatting with Donna, who so nicely schooled me on local best practices (gear, bait, rigs, etc) She takes pride in her knowledge and it shows. For the Hall of Fame part, if you walk past the checkout counter there's a glass wall display of antique gear in their original boxes and a second one dedicated to diving - so very cool to see. Bottom line, anytime you've been in business for over 50 years - you're doing something right. Customer for life.
