They also added that coupons should not be bought through Yelp, but directly with through them, which was not stated on the coupon either. I ended up leaving and not getting the massage. Awful customer service and very unscrupulous business. After my review, I received a reply stating that there was a "confusion" on price. However, when I was asked to pay even before the massage, which is quite strange, I was told that the price was $70, which is the value of the coupon that I purchased. They told me that if I hadn't purchased the coupon, it would have been $70, but with the coupon it would be $90 and they couldn't honor it. S-H-A-D-Y!!!! Yelp, I recommend not doing business with this establishment. Very unscrupulous.

Appointments can be booked online on their website but we decided to call in to check if they're accepting walk-ins since we didn't see any earlier times. We got the okay to go right away & headed over there. Both of us opted for the 60 minute back massage for $88/each. Once you check in, they bring you over to pick out a scented essential oil to use for your massage (6 different scent options). After you choose your scent, you'll be given a robe to change into! I chose the Jasmine essential oil & my friend chose the vanilla scent. The massage was super relaxing & I felt rejuvenated afterwards. We were both surprised during our massage, when they massaged our scalps since we didn't think it was part of our massage haha but it was nice! Now, the massage was by no means a deep tissue massage but it was still lovely. The spa was clean & the ladies were super sweet. I would definitely come back again soon! Next time, I will maybe try their scalp + back massage. I also thought that their prices were very reasonable!
