I purchase a coupon and once I arrived they told me that I would only receive a 60-minute massage although it was not stated on the voucher. They also added that coupons should not be bought through Yelp, but directly with through them, which was not stated on the coupon either. I ended up leaving and not getting the massage. Awful customer service and very unscrupulous business. After my review, I received a reply stating that there was a "confusion" on price. However, when I was asked to pay even before the massage, which is quite strange, I was told that the price was $70, which is the value of the coupon that I purchased. They told me that if I hadn't purchased the coupon, it would have been $70, but with the coupon it would be $90 and they couldn't honor it. S-H-A-D-Y!!!! Yelp, I recommend not doing business with this establishment. Very unscrupulous.
