I got tired of paying the water bill, constant fertilizing and feeding along with mowing and weeding. Iver promptly came out and gave me a fair bid. Because I had used him previously and had vetted four companies before selecting him, I did not feel I needed to get any further bids He immediately started on the work and finished as promised. However, due to the weather at the time, he knew he was gonna have to come back to stretch and tighten the turf once the weather warmed up. Ivar and his team returned to the house over the weekend and made all the necessary adjustments to tighten up the turf and make it look pristine! I vetted four companies originally to do my landscape project before selecting Iver. He is a man of his word and will follow through with anything he promises. Chris helped us choose tile, rock and concrete that would best compliment our existing backyard and porch, and Blaise was instrumental in making sure everything was to our specifications, from the placement of handrails to depth of the shelf, and bringing things to code in terms of updating gates and fences. Cesar was our point of contact throughout the process, and he kept us updated every step of the way, so we never had to wonder where we were at in the project. I had a terrible…read moreleak in my sprinklers that was making my water bill over $600 per month that my previous landscaper couldn't find so I hired Vision to fix it. Matt, who I think is one of the owners told my husband he has contracts with buildings and made his company sound super fancy so we believed that we were really going to get quality service rather than the typical mow and blow. It was also quadruple the cost of my previous landscaper but if they could fix our sprinklers and get our water bill down and then keep the landscaping looking nice, we were willing to do that. His pricing is on a tier level so you can go silver, gold or platinum. We chose gold which was going to be $600 per month! Way way too high for for us so his suggestion was to have them come only twice a month rather than every week and we were told it would be no problem to keep the maintenance up doing it that way. Syed : I thought they had fixed the sprinklers but I'll get more into that later. So our first water bill after vision started actually was cut in half and the yard didn't necessarily look any different than it did before they started but it didn't look worse either so we kept them. As the months went on I started noticing my water bill was getting higher again. Then I was out of town and when I came back my backyard was dead. Literally brown grass. I was never told anything about it. I had a very busy couple of months and rarely went in my yard but because vision landscaping acts like they're the best company on the planet I trusted that things were being taken care of. When I sent this first picture to them, their office staff told me that they were surprised because usually the maintenance crew lets them know if there's a problem. They obviously did not do that. Then more recently I noticed a problem in the front yard. Vision told me that if I wanted them to come check and see if there was anything wrong with the sprinklers I would need to pay a service fee of $90 which was only to check. By the way I did pay extra for irrigation inspection twice a month but apparently that's not covered if you have an additional problem. So we checked it ourselves. What we found was that there were several sprinkler heads overgrown with grass so they couldn't be released to water the grass. Now we have broken pipes which I think is from the pressure of the sprinkler heads not being able to open. By the way, the leak that they fixed the first time - upon our inspection we noticed that they pointed all of the sprinkler heads towards the brick wall so we have some trees in that area getting no water at all and some trees that are getting way too much water and then overflow everywhere so it's making a huge mess with mud coming down over the bricks. Why they thought pointing the sprinkler heads at the wall would be a good idea, I have no idea. Also I had them plant a bunch of new plants in the front yard and they assured me that they would all be getting water the way they should. Well they were wrong about that and all the money I spent on the plants is being wasted as well because they're dying. I'm just hoping I can save them. Just this last week I sent Vision another message with another picture of the sprinkler heads that weren't able to open because of the overgrown grass and the office lady told me that it's so unusual that the maintenance crew wouldn't let them know. Is it unusual? I'm thinking it's not. Stay far away from this company. It is a total scam. I'm coming with receipts. Look at my photos and videos and then ask yourself if you want your yard to look like this.
