    Wakeboard rental, vest and helmet.

We stopped here for my husbands 50th birthday. They have wakeboarding which he loved, and a lovely beach. Even though it isn't the ocean, it looks like Pinellas county beaches. The bathrooms were clean and nice, the swim area is very small, but the people (both the staff and they other customers) are incredibly kind. We were blown away. The wakeboard operator was engaged with the people going offering helpful tips and tricks with a smile. Thanks for offering such a fun place to hang out or play in Pasco/Hernando County! To park at the beach, it is $5. The wakeboarding and the on the water obstacle course are extra $$- but WELL worth it.

Beautiful and quiet place to relax. It's going to be my place for relaxation. It's also nice when there are events here. There's plenty of room for events.

Awesome little gem of a beach! Very family friendly with bathrooms, fresh water showers, and a food truck that serves fresh tasty hot dogs, piña colada's, snow cones, and all types of great refreshments. The beach it's self is small but not too small, perfect size for it not to get too over crowded. There's lots fun water activities for family and kids to enjoy. The water is clear with a white sandy bottom. Also parking is only $5 for all day. Great place to come make memories with loved ones on a trip to FL.

Went to this park for the second time recently for the Crab and Shrimp Festival on a sunny Sunday. The festival was well organized, with lots of food trucks and merchandise vendors. My husband and I stopped at a t-shirt vendor selling 50 spf color printed shirts with a fish and mermaid themes for ourselves and the grandchildren. The entertainment featured a great reggae trio from Land O Lakes, and a Justin Timberlake tribute performer, whose wife and 3 gorgeous children sat near us. This would be a great venue for a holiday party - I'm thinking 4th of July with a fireworks show - for Pasco County residents. Easy to get to off Route 19.

Local favorite, visitors welcome! I bring my family visiting from Alaska here. It's a much appreciated break from the beach, harsh salt water, and unknown sea critters. *COME EARLY, *BRING BEACH ESSENTIALS, *PLAN ON STAYING:) I'm 28 Y/O & I did the WAKE BOARDING ZIP LINE with my nieces who are 14 & 16. The staff was incredibly helpful the entire time! Wake board rental was roughly $48 per person for two hours. Well worth it for the experience! Due to covid the inflatable jungle gym "adventures" are closed. RESTROOMS available & FOOD TRUCKS on site. Parking $5. (Line to pay for parking gets lengthy, go there first).

What a gem! Stopped here with the fam after getting shut out if Wiki Wachee Springs due to full capacity. Couldn't be happier with the clean man-made springs beach, blue water and warm! Only regret is how expensive the kids' float waterpark thing is. $15 per kid for ONLY an hour? They enjoyed it but it was hefty $$

Hidden gem recommended by our Lyft driver that turned out to be great since the red tide wouldn't let us go to the beach! They offer an obstacle course that does tend to get packed and fills up quickly but is $15 for 45 minutes! Beach area is free and is a man made beach with what we believed was fresh water. They have several activities available, kayak, wake boarding etc and have a Groupon deal that makes it very affordable. Parking is only $5 all day BUT remember to pay at the pay station and place your receipt on your car's dash as they do not charge by license plate. Also, they have showers and bathrooms avaialiable and several food trucks with picnic tables by beach area. Overall great spot to visit if nearby springs are packed!

    Kayaks and paddleboards for rent..

Prob more like 3.5 stars. Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach it is not. But if you're in this area it's nice to have a place to go to relax on the sand, have a snow cone, philly steak, listen to music outside, swim, play volleyball, rent a kayak or SUP (I think it's $10 for 45 minutes which seems a great way to give it a try... ) It's a former mine site that is now basically a large salwater lake. There's also an inflated water play area you can pay to access. Sunwest Park costs $5 per car load. There are lifeguards (and some cute ones at that..) They've done a bit of landscaping, there are showers and bathrooms, a covered picnic area. They brought in sand. Enjoy. Definitely a Hudson scene..

    Half of the course.

So fun! Went because the family wanted to, but was pleasantly surprised at how fun it is! Kids loved it. I think they are overpriced (that's why only 4stars) it's $15.00 per person, so for a family of four $60.. for only 45 minutes of course play. But the beach is free. Bring your own umbrella, there is ZERO shade.

The entire park is nestled up against the beautiful water. Today the tress were green & a breeze cooled the temperature as the sun was shining bright. What a HAPPY place! There's a 24/7 boat ramp w/ trailer parking. (Boat launching/trailer parking is $5 daily.) This park is six acres on the Gulf of Mexico. According to the website, there are 1,900 feet of beach frontage, 200 feet of swimming area, & 290 feet of beach front w/ fishing access. There are picnic tables, charcoal grills, a pedestal shower, restrooms, water fountains, a bike rack, a playground for very young children, swings, & at least five pavilions. (One is two story, although the second story serves only as an observation deck.) Sam's on the Beach & Inn on the Gulf are located on the park grounds; there's a large parking lot that attempts to accommodate the park & the businesses. According to multiple articles, finding a parking space in the evening (pre pandemic) was a major challenge. Please see the park pics as I am unable to adequately capture this memorial park's beauty in words alone.
