However, when I arrived, I was told I no longer had an appointment because I "took too long to respond." It was very frustrating and disappointing, especially after taking the time to confirm beforehand. I would be careful about purchasing gift cards or prepaying for services here if appointments may not be honored unless they're not busy. Communication and consistency with scheduling really need improvement.

Purchased the usual Groupon offer and made an appointment via text message. We purchased a couple…read moremassage and confirmed a 3:00pm appointment. When we arrived, the receptionist claimed we didn't have an appointment. We showed her the text exchange and she confirmed the phone number. We also showed her proof of purchasing the Groupon. At this time, she suggests that we purchase another couples treatment in store. We declined, as we had already purchased a treatment. She then called the manager and asked that we speak with them. The manager then explained that they are not accepting the Groupons because the price is different when you purchase in store.... I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a Groupon? Furthermore, one of the staff members confirmed the appointment and it's never been an issue before. I understand the price difference, however if you offer a Groupon for customers to buy, that should be honored. If not, remove the ad/Groupon from the website. Personally I feel as though they wanted to buy a whole new service in store rather than accept what we already purchased. Needless to say, I won't be returning. So, just as a heads up, don't purchase their Groupon. It won't be accepted.

It's definitely a more low-key vibe, doesn't give you that main stream industry spa feeling but it's very clean and healthy, and instantly makes you feel relaxed once inside. We offer for a 60 minute session being it was my friend's first time ever getting a massage and it was a very nice experience. They ensure that they ask questions to make sure that it was either enough pressure or too much, etc.. They were very friendly and I did enjoy the experience. The only thing I could say that I wasn't necessarily too fond of was when it came to pay I paid the total and I gave a tip ... I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard. That's the only thing I would say I wasn't too fond of because in the world of tips a tip is not supposed to be delegated by the establishment.. so I felt peer pressure into giving more tip... but she should not do that because you don't know the background of people you don't know how much money people do or do not have so. I don't think that was necessarily nice. But the massage therapist were great and amazing! So I can't say I will not come back.
