When we arrived, the receptionist claimed we didn't have an appointment. We showed her the text exchange and she confirmed the phone number. We also showed her proof of purchasing the Groupon. At this time, she suggests that we purchase another couples treatment in store. We declined, as we had already purchased a treatment. She then called the manager and asked that we speak with them. The manager then explained that they are not accepting the Groupons because the price is different when you purchase in store.... I'm sorry, but isn't that the point of a Groupon? Furthermore, one of the staff members confirmed the appointment and it's never been an issue before. I understand the price difference, however if you offer a Groupon for customers to buy, that should be honored. If not, remove the ad/Groupon from the website. Personally I feel as though they wanted to buy a whole new service in store rather than accept what we already purchased. Needless to say, I won't be returning. So, just as a heads up, don't purchase their Groupon. It won't be accepted.

I was told by the owner or manager, I'm not sure what her role specifically was basically told me I did not tip enough and I should tip more because there is a minimum standard.
