Two roll down shades, one for privacy has a blue pattern that lets the light through and a black out shade that works perfectly. Hooks in entryway for coats, hats, bags. Entry is a big enough area to get in a bit of yoga. Bathroom is a good size. Two sets of soft, absorbant towels. Multi-use personal care items by sink and in shower stall. Shower head has two settings; wide spray or narrow. Good pressure, plenty of hot water, drained well. Very clean, plenty of tp and tissues. Shelf over vanity for personal items. Four hooks in there. Breakfast was nice with juices, pancakes, turkey sausage, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, pastry, oatmeal and all the expected add-ons like hot sauce, syrup, jelly, etc. The hotel store has a variety of snacks, drinks and personal care. A water bottle filling station and ice machine are just off the lobby. Ice buckets and cups are located here as well for guest convenience. This hotel has a very fun vibe. The game area reminds me of a hostel we went to in Italy. A place to gather and meet other travelers. Lots of small conveniences that make sense (like ice buckets near the ice machine and bottle filling station). Good amount of parking. Located near shopping and restaurants.

The bed was nice and comfy. I liked that they provided ear plugs, I'm guessing for loud neighbors or when it's loud outside because of events or games. It was late and I was very tired and quick. So quick that I didn't change the number of guests from two to three. We had gotten an extremely great deal using our points and I was worried there would be an issue when we arrived. The reception employee let our third guest, our son, stay at no extra charge. I was so relieved and ready for sleep. When we entered our room I was highly impressed with how roomy it was, how clean, quiet and comfortable. We noticed that check out time wasn't until noon so there wouldn't be any rush to jump up in the morning to leave. The next morning we checked out the indoor pool and work out room. With the pandemic there wasn't a hot breakfast. My son went to the kitchen area and got our free grab and go breakfasts. The sack contained a bottle of water, a small banana nut muffin, a oatmeal raisin bar and mandarin oranges. There is also coffee and juice available 24/7. The staff here is so kind and friendly. When we were ready to leave we found out that we never unplugged our cooler and our battery was dead. When we asked the staff for help they immediately assisted. They said it was part of their service to their guests and they even keep jumper cables behind the front desk just in case they're needed. We were so pleased with our stay here we're already planning another trip. When they asked us if there was anything to make our stay better my husband said he would've liked a coffee pot in the room so he didn't have to hurry and get dressed to keep coming to the lobby to get cups of coffee. I still give this place 5 stars, I feel they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We was on the first floor but there is an elevator inside to help getting to the other floors. An A+ hotel and we'll definitely be back.

When I booked the room online it was easy but when I checked in I met Halie the Manager and my fondness for this hotel was cemented. She not only made life easier but she also was excited to work with my family to have all of us stay here over Christmas so here I am writing a review in the lobby to let everyone know that this is a hidden gold mine.
