Either Travelocity or the Super 8 missed up my reservation. It was supposed to be a 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and it secured 2 rooms with 1 queen bed. Front desk was no help and could not care less who missed up. Said it wasn't her problem and that was it. No fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast consisted of nasty biscuits and gravy that tasted like glue, apples, prepackaged boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit cups, toast, some cereal and coffee, Room had died pee on the back of the toilet lid! Wi-Fi sucked. Night lady said when the weather is bad it has trouble. I asked, do you have satellite internet? She said no. If you are hard wired then it has nothing to do with weather. She said I don't know what to tell you. Will not go back or recommend this place. I need to contact Travelocity and see if there is any type of a refund because this is one of the worst experiences I've had with Travelocity. read more

Terrible treatment at this hotel! I did not have a reservation but just walked in and got a room on August 16, 2025. The front desk person apparently botched something when she entered my information into the computer and they did not record that the room I booked was occupied. As a result, I was woken up twice in the middle of the night by other guests trying to get into the room. Then woken up again before 7:00 a.m. by hotel staff pounding and hollering through the door asking for my name. It was a lousy stay and I felt that I should get a full refund. The front desk person said she would check with her manager to see about at least a discount. I received neither, zilch. I contacted Wyndham, which is the parent company or somehow affiliated, and they took no responsibility for the situation and referred me back to the hotel to fix it. But I had already talked with hotel staff and received no refund or discount. I hate to say it, but with all the very obvious and garish support for Donald Trump all over town, I had to wonder if they blew me off because I am Latino. Brown people don't matter anymore, despite the fact that the Hispano part of my family has been in what it now the U.S. since 1598, not to mention all the Indigenous blood. I like to think better of people, but these are very uncertain times for many of us. Still waiting to see if someone might choose to make this right, but I doubt it. read more

We could not have hit this place at a less favorable time. When we arrived to check in it looked like the hotel was closed.  A construction company was digging up the entire parking lot.  We phoned to assure they were open, and where to park.  The agent's response was yes, they were open, but he did not know where to tell us to park.  We temporarily parked next door at the movie theater, however, there were signs clearly posted that cars would be towed if you were not a theater customer.  When construction workers left for the day, I moved my vehicle to the newly dirt parking lot where they had removed the asphalt for the night. A very typical Super 8.  The usual bedding and barely tolerable mattress.  Bathroom was clean and acceptable.  WiFi did not work after logging in with the pass code provided.  It did allow log on, but nothing would work. Hotel room was acceptably clean. Check in was very slow, but tolerable.  The desk agent had just come on to shift, was caught totally unaware that the entire parking lot was being torn up.  He explained he was totally caught off guard, and did not know what to tell customers.  Managers of this property clearly did not have a plan, or failed to train their staff how to respond to guests when questioned.  There was a number of puzzled guests already in the lobby when we arrived. Ridiculously over priced Super 8 at $160.37....  As we expected, bright and early in the morning, the construction workers woke us up with the ridiculously noisy trucks and equipment. No consideration for the hotel guests. Terrible planning by the management, who clearly could care less for the paying customers. I would not return with the number of  higher quality brands nearby with a considerably lower costs. read more

Very happy with this Super 8. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and updated. No odors, issues or concerns. Staff was very friendly and I felt very comfortable and safe. I had to stay due to weather and would definitely stay again if needed. I would recommend to everyone. Only MINOR issue was they had a couple smaller square pillows and the bedding was a little thin. I'm sure I could have asked for more. Overall very pleased. read more

I went back and forth on 2 or 3 stars here, but the front desk staff was always very friendly, which is worth the bump up. The property itself needs work, though. The place is old and in need of a deep clean. The room had a strange, musty smell that was quite unappealing. The shower faucet seemed broken and was difficult to adjust. On the plus, though, the room did have a small fridge and microwave, and the beds were decent enough. The art pieces on the wall, oversized prints of the local landscape, were a very nice touch. All things considered, this just wasn't much of a bargain. Ironically, of the multi-night road trip, this hotel was the most expensive and the least nice of those we stayed at. It was also extra to keep our 7 lb dog in the room, but we were thankful it was at least pet friendly. With multiple options in Dillon, if I was back in town, I would probably choose differently next time. read more

Cameron was behind the front desk when we arrived and was wonderful. Very kind and generous with his time. He gets five stars for sure. When we checked in, our room was... a bit strange. The mattress was on the floor and i wasn't even sure how that could have happened. Anyway. Not Cameron's fault. He remedied it right away and got us a new room. The room was simple and small. Just as you would imagine at a budget hotel chain. Pros- the bed was awesome. I dunno what it was but it was lovely and firm and very very comfortable. My fiance is 6ft 6 and I'm used to a queen mattress sinking when we lay together. This wasn't the case here and i was very grateful! The bathroom was clean. Cons- the tv was mounted completely off center to the bed. So it was in front of the tiny seating area and only half of a couple in the bed could see it. Just a bit odd. Also it was very poor quality of picture etc. Not the end of the world. Also the rooms need a DEEP clean. Attached is a picture of the window frame. Not enough to drive me crazy but I'm sure some people wouldn't be too happy. The four stars is for Cameron and the bed and DILLON in general because we had an absolute blast in this town! read more

It's nice that it's in the middle of town and not far from interstate 15. It's small no thrills motel that I thinks a little over priced. The rooms seem small but they have free internet and the breakfast was pretty good. The staff was nice and the place was clean. read more

Terrible service , "manager" wants to charge extra for " rooms left in terrible condition " but when I ask for photos they supposedly took she doesn't want to provide pictures. Absolutely terrible service. Would not recommend anyone staying here. FIRST EVER time being charged extra because they took longer then 30 minutes to clean it after almost 2 weeks of me asking for them to clean. I can show my point of years of staying at hotels and nothing bad ever wrote down . She doesn't even want to show pictures because she know she's lying. Absolutely disappointed. We stayed for almost a month and she was the only one that had an attitude whenever I asked a question . She is supposedly the "manger" . She laughed and just hung up multiple times. I asked for proof and she can't provide it , if she can provide it I'd be ok with it but I'm not ok with being charged extra without proof read more

We arrived in our room and the window was wide open, this was April 5 and it was not warm out. When we closed the window we found out why the window was open, it had a rancid smell. There was a badly stained towel left in the bathtub which I had no intention of touching. Two of the pillowcases had makeup staines on them, everything just felt unclean. There was no internet access in our room, we had to go to the lobby to use it. I realize there are few pet friendly places to stay in Dillon, but this was a terrible experience. read more

We had a great experience here! Our requested first floor 2 queen room was as advertised, clean, comfy beds and included a fridge and a microwave. The morning breakfast bar opened at 6:30 am and closed at 10. Lots of choices: fresh made blueberry or plain Belgian waffles (my daughter recommends the plain), yogurt, bagels, toast, doughnuts, fresh fruit, instant oatmeal, cereal etc. My favorite thing to as how friendly welcoming and helpful all the staff was! It makes all the difference! A great deal for the price (ps it was about $25 cheaper when we called and made the reservation the afternoon of our stay, instead of booking thru the internet.)! read more

My husband and I visit Dillon at least a few times a year, this time we were coming back from Nevada and coming through town at 1AM on a Monday night (Tuesday morning). We decided to stay at here as it was one of the cheaper options in town for the week. We weren't expecting anything extravagant but when we checked in, our room didn't have a refrigerator, some of our toiletries were opened and clearly used by the person before us, the toilet seat was broken and hardly even attached to the bowl, the toilet bowl was DIRTY, and when my husband and I went to try to shower in the morning before starting the last leg of our trip, there was NO WATER to our shower... highly do NOT recommend staying here. We had our 5 month old son with us and I was scared to even let him touch anything in side the room. read more

Last minute change in return trip home landed us back in Dillion... We use Expedia and booked here.. for a Super 8 this is top of the line... I'm guessing because it is independently owned... visit was during covid-19 and thank goodness they are not going to force restrictions.. but of course have to encourage due well let's not go there. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was good and pillows seemed new and fluffy. I didn't get a chance to try breakfast, coffee was good though. There were some annoying things though, every nite I would get there after a 12 hour shift, my key wouldn't work, and I would go back downstairs to get reprogrammed (there is no elevator). One night after work when the key didn't work, I went down, and they told me that I had to move to another room, because they were shampooing all of the carpets on the second floor. So I abruptly moved downstairs to accommodate them, and ended up losing some clothing in the process. When I get to my new room, the carpet is still wet from being cleaned, so that sucked. read more

Do not book here. Management is incompetent one of the staff member open my door at 3 AM and allowed another individual into my room who was not on my reservation. This certain general manager is very rude when it comes to contact. Apparently the way they "do things here" is all you have to know to get into someone's room is their last name. We stayed here driving back to Utah from Washington. It was 1am and it was the only hotel available after checking and driving through 3 cities. As we were leaving in the morning i noticed a small reddish bug and a small blood smear on the sheets near where my husbands feet were. (not even sure if the sheets were cleaned previously, my husband never found a bite on his feet) Three weeks later...........i am convinced we have bed bugs after waking up almost every morning since with a new bite. exterminator is coming tomorrow to start the very expensive treatments. When I checked in, I was gonna stay from 5 July till 28 July. I checked in online and was told it would cost more to do that versus checking in directly to the hotel. I was checked in by Alisa, who is friendly and very sweet. The next day, due to miscommunication, I was given a higher rate, with my military discount. I was confused and, to try to solve the issue, Alisa talked to her manager, Mandy. After she did, Alisa told me Mandy accepted the first offer and even was willing to work with me, since I get paid every two weeks, and I'm in the process of relocation. They were gracious and never rude. As for the rooms, they are kept very clean by the Housekeeping staff, which was Kat, as far as I met. They got every accommodation I asked for, and kept every item stocked. And Mackenzie and Acadia keep guests happy and accommodated during check-in, and as night auditors. The whole staff are some of the best I've seen, and I've been to 48 states. Central to shopping at Safeway, and Pizza Hut or McDonald's. Family dining is a few blocks away. I'd recommend them-even if you're on a budget, or just passing through. read more

Noisy noisy noisy. Found blond long hairs on my pillow upon checking the bed. price was right but take a pass. Walls are paper thin. We complained about a room full of active kids above us, staff assured us it was handled. 15 mind later I went up stairs and spoke with the hippy with three pre-teens kids jumping off beds onto the floor and wrestling around the room. He looked stunned and stoned but promised to quite down. 30 mins pass and we call the desk again. They promised to move them into another room. Worst stay of our entire vacation. Pass on this place. Worst hotel in my vacationing experience. Staff should have kicked the jerk family out. read more

Very Clean rooms, firm beds.we stayed here a few days ago and had a very pleasant experience ,friendly staff at the desk in the evening and friendly staff person serving breakfast. We are staying again as we are on our way home and tonight they quoted us a rate $5 above the rate a few days ago! They were quite surly when I corrected them and honored the rate but I felt I was being reprimanded.I checked the rates on line and in fact found I was quoted the correct rate the first night and tonight they were simply adding on $5 .Not impressed. Do you research on line for rates before committing to a room. Rooms are excellent. read more

Cannot say enough good things about this location! Customer service (especially from Carly and Chaz) was excellent. Room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was given that they are on the main street in town. Safeway right behind them. Pizza Hut next to them. Perfect location! Loved the breakfast in the morning. We came here after a bad experience with another hotel in town. Sooooo glad we moved! We had such a great stay here that we ended up cancelling our reservations at the next town we stayed in and rebooked at a Super 8! read more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while getting settled at the University. Our expectations weren't high, but we were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep. The staff was the friendliest and most attentive I've ever encountered, and I'm a frequent traveler. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. This hotel is evidently run by, to be polite, untrustworthy staff. I stupidly left my I phone in the hotel and contacted the hotel a couple of days later to ask if it had found in the room. They initially claimed it hadn't. I had to get their confirmation for insurance claim purposes but all my emails requests were ignored. I eventually managed to speak with the manager 2 weeks later who advised he had got the I phone. I arranged for a fed ex dealer to send me the phone if the hotel manager would pass it to them. Despite emails and calls pleading for him to do this it was not forthcoming. My final deadline passed before I was returning to UK so I phoned police. Essentially the manager had my phone but clearly has no intention of returning it , ie theft. The police were brilliant, they went to hotel, confronted the manager and retrieved the phone immediately. If you want to deal with such people then that is anyone's prerogative, but I am sure there are other options in town with honest hotel staff. read more

This place is a hole. We stayed here only because we were traveling through and a local event had filled up the rest of the area's lodging. The floors had not been vacuumed, the walls were filthy and had what appeared to be food particles on them, it looked like a teenager had painted the walls in the room (actually a teenager probably would have done a better job), the tub felt "squishy " -- like there was water under it and we could not use the AC unit (and the temps were in the 90's) because it smelled of mildew and neither of us wanted to subject our family to any bacteria that may also may be living in the ac unit! The breakfast was absolutely disgusting -- and we have stayed at many hotels with continental breakfasts. When I went to check out, I was ignored by the three women behind the counter, and when I finally got their attention long enough to check out, there was zero customer service. It is pretty standard to ask how your stay was... But maybe they already knew what the answer would be! We have stayed in a lot of somewhat disgusting hotels when traveling and needing a place to crash-- this one wins the award for being the filthiest by far. I would NOT recommend staying here. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I called to cancel a reservation this past weekend, and after talking with a very nice lady who said everything was taken care of, the charge was removed from my card. Two days later, the charge was back on my card and I called and talked to the manager who proceeded to YELL at me on the phone about how that particular weekend I wasn't able to cancel (can motels even do that??) and that he remembered me, called my husband, and my husband said it was fine. Here's the best part, not only did I NOT receive a phone call, I DON'T HAVE A HUSBAND! He lied to me, and then tried to blame me for it. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Please please please do not waste your time, money, or energy dealing with this terrible place!!! There are many more very nice places to stay in and around Dillon, Montana!!
