A lot of things went wrong at this establishment; can't recommend it to others. Y should not have yelled and also her body language (hand on one hip, then arms crossed, then hand on the hip again) screamed out disrespect and anger; instead, she chose to not be polite, explain the situation quietly and respectfully. She was quite awful. Further, because of this incident, we wanted to check out as fast as possible, however, no one was at the front desk (nor available by calling from the room's phone), even though later they claimed they were there the whole time. Had to leave the keys in the room. With all this going on, there is no way anyone would have felt welcome.

Moving on, upon entering the room, I had to search for a light that worked as all the wall fixtures failed to turn on. Fortunately the bathroom light worked, but in hindsight I wish it hadn't given the large amount of water damage visible in the ceiling tiles. After that, I retreated to the car to bring in some bags & while doing so, a creepy old man staying in the room next door decided to have a peak out the window to see what was going on. Except he did so without bothering to put any clothes on, thus exposing me to the full monty. I know Hope is the birthplace of Bill Clinton, but I didn't need to see the other guests doing their best impression of him. Some other nuggets from the room: the fridge didn't work, the toilet wouldn't stop running & the sheets were a little dirty.
