I recently stayed here again. I see all the negative reviews, but for me, As before, I was very happy. I got a room with the military rate from the Wyndham page for about $85 out the door. I called ahead, asking for a downstairs room, and I was told no problem. Check in was a breeze. Everyone I dealt with at the motel was top notch. I got room 123, a few doors down from the lobby. The room and the bathroom were spotless. The TV got a great picture with plenty of channels. The Wi Fi was fast enough to stream video, there was a desk where I could work on my computer, plenty of plugs and USB ports to charge my gear, and the bed was beyond comfortable. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was good, with sausages, biscuits and gravy, (The gravy was a tiny bit thin, but it was delicious!) They have cereal, a waffle machine, as well as coffee and hot chocolate. I would continue to stay here in a heartbeat. Thanks again. read more

Clean and quiet motel: it might be a little noisy sometimes due to the freeway; but you'll get used to it and fall asleep well. Comfy beds, really clean and organized bedrooms: housekeepers did a great job deep cleaning. Laundry room and vending machines were also available and functioning very well. Secure location; which is adjacent to US 101 exit. Parking was absolutely safe. Inexpensive prices and friendly staff. Lobby was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Decent breakfast and coffee. Electric vehicle charger was also available and free for guests. Amenities were also good; hot tub and pool water was cool and super clean with comfy tables and chairs. Definitely staying here again when I visit Ukiah. Highly recommend and really worth it. read more

Hard to review a hotel you never stayed at. We reserved a room to stay in the night our flight arrives for our vacation. While I was standing in the car rental line I checked my email and there was a notification I forming me that my reservation was cancelled. I have stayed at this Super 8 multiple times over the years. It has saved me countless times in finding a place to rest my head. The place seems safe. It's right off the highway, and easy to find. It's well lit. I will say when I went Panda Express the nearby neighborhood area seemed sketch at best, but the property itself is nice. The front desk staff person that checked me in was nice and friendly. I didn't get to try out the pool, and I likely won't try the breakfast. I value my sleep. The rooms are nice. I had a king bed, and it was super comfortable. There's a couch with a table tray kind of thing to eat your food on while being comfortable and watching TV. The TV has multiple channels, and if you want to login with your Netflix account you can do that too. The rooms have plenty of lighting and are clean. The shower is nice. Like most hotels I've stayed at they are switching from bar soap to the product in pumps in the shower and sink. That's how it is here. The internet service on the property works great. I'm able to hang at the small desk, and play some online games, and write this review. All around a 5 star for me. read more

That was my money for food for the next couple of days ...I better get the money back. I believe that this is illegal. Beat my expectations, given the ultra low price I paid for this room. Hotel is environmentally friendly: no throw-away plastic bottles (probably available upon request), the heater/air conditioner was not on by default, I can appreciate all that. Room is clean, nearly everything (flooring, sink and counter, etc) had been recently replaced. Looks like they recently remodeled the whole place. Breakfast only had waffles, toast and cereal: no eggs and bacon, but for this low a price, I wouldn't expect anything more anyway. Professional service, no complaints here. Thanks!! read more

If there was a no star option I would use it. From the time of check in it was horrible service rude woman telling guest she doesn't care no refunds due to cigarette burns in rooms. An on the sheets comforters an on furniture. Before we even checked in. Once checked in after inspecting the room to find a musty odor among a smoke smell. To also find cigarette burns in the room also an in the. Ath tub of all places. In what is displayed as a nonsmoking property. Also harassed after checking out for using the pool. When multiple of my friends are guest checked in an was forced to leave. And was told it is not okay to use because guest can't use the pool. When there was no one at the pool. By far the worst customer service by far. Will never come back or recommend to anyone ever!!!! Stay anywhere else but here! I'd really like to give 3.5 stars as this place ultimately is not bad and has a mixed review, but prefer to be a nicer person and give the 4 stars instead of the 3. Good news first. I've stayed here several times over the years and while it's always been fine, sometimes better or worse, I'll say they've definitely improved some things like a lovely remodel to the pool and hot tub area, and their rooms upgraded as well (new mattress ( not fancy, could be too soft for some, but fine), and furnishings, noticeably less homeless / drug population nearby from what we could see this time (an issue a few years ago), very cool that they have EV chargers; the kicker for my decision to come again this time, and ultimately it's very affordable. ( we paid $84 + tax on a Saturday night! (though true, we are off season in late sept)) Also the room was very clean, plenty of chargers for electronics ( but they need a C charger! I forgot mine and had to charge in my car), actually a nice spacious room with a couch and desk They also have a free breakfast, free wifi, and dish network tv. The negatives are: tiny bathroom, and tiny bath, fridge so cold it'll start to freeze your stuff, appears to have nice big black out curtains, but they are only for decoration and don't close! The curtains that were supposed to dark things out still let allot of light in from the outside hall lights! We had to pull the decorative curtains up around the edges of heater ledge (not how it should be) to block out the light. My suggestion, get a little more material on the dark out curtains so they cover windows. The heater worked nicely but there are alot of noises inside room at night between the fridge noise and the on and off of the heater fan ( can't have heater on and fan off). But no noisy neighbors! :) My suggestion, the single blanket on the bed is awful thin; have another warmer blanket in the room and people will use it and turn off heater because it will be too hot, also saving energy! TV was tricky because when you try to use the guide it has no info. You just have to click up and down to get what's offered. Also it shows you can get Netflix and a few other aps that wouldn't work; they say hook up To wifi but it wouldn't work. Maybe an explanation in the room wo be nice. Free breakfast is bare minimum: three cereal choices, a waffle machine, toast option, sausage, biscuits, cold hard boiled eggs, coffee ( Starbucks is a plus), hot chocolate, or tea. No juice or yogurt, but they had some nice Asian pears that appeared to be homegrown. They have a new policy that the hot tub only is hot from 3 pm to 10:pm, so if you're coming for the hot tub, be ware! My suggestion to the owners: Try turning it on early am when you start breakfast. I think it would be a plus for the hotel's reputation to have it available for morning guests before they leave, as i thought i could do but I was wrong. I nearly missed the 10 pm cut off night before! Luckily the girl working at night was very nice and let me quickly go the last 10 min it was open and let me stay an extra 5 min or so. Suggestion to owners: Now i realize it probably takes time to heat, and you don't want to just leave it on all night un used and wasting energy. But do you have a cover for it? Invest in some kind of cover, and get it heated with a little independent solar panel! Just think, you could have it open mornings too! Overall i DO recommend this place as good value for the money as well as being safe and clean. Although i gave 4 stars to be on the nicer side, it's more of a 3.5. P.S. another dream vision for the owners: Find a way to get the adjoining restaurant to open an epic needed Indian restaurant in Ukiah! *3.5 Stars* Super 8... you have served me well! I'm giving you a solid 3.5 stars on this one. It's always so hard to decide on decent hotels when it comes to using Yelp. You have your scary one star reviews and then your glowing five star reviews, but sometimes it really all depends on preferences and your own personal experience. I decided to book a hotel for Yelp's Grape Escape since I knew I would be drinking all day and it was a 2 and half hour drive from me. I booked the hotel later than I should have, so the closest hotels that I could find to the Anderson Valley that weren't already booked up or super expensive were located in the city of Ukiah. Super 8 is affiliated with Wyndham Hotel Group, so I was able to book my hotel right from their website and I received at 20% off booking promo! Woo hoo! The hotel is located less than 2 miles from 101 and it was super easy to find. Check in time is at 2:00, but I arrived around 7 o'clock due to all of the earlier festivities. The check in process was super easy and the lady at the counter was very cordial. When I got to my room, I noticed that they had given me a room with two queen beds instead of one king. It didn't bother me too much, but this might be an issue from someone else... especially if it ended up being the other way around. Luckily they were the same price and it was non-smoking, so it ended up being no biggie. The interior was neat and clean and the air conditioning/heating worked very well and was in great condition. The room came equipped with a mini refrigerator and a microwave which I didn't use, but it was nice to have them there just in case. It also had a mini flat screen TV which I watched only briefly while I was getting ready to leave the next morning. During the day and into the night, I didn't hear any noise and I was able to sleep soundly. However, I could hear the people upstairs running and walking around early in the morning. It sounded like a bunch of people in high heels were just walking around the room the entire time. It was extremely annoying! The night before, I looked at the hotel brochures to see when the cut-off time for their complimentary breakfast was. I couldn't find it and I didn't call them to ask, but I should have because I missed the cut-off by a half an hour. I wish that there was some sort of documentation listing when breakfast starts and ends, but I can't totally blame them for that. Just so YOU all know... breakfast ends at 9:30 am (not sure when it starts?)! I had a decent experience and I would stay at this Super 8 again if I was in the area. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. Please board this place up. How can a place so awful be a part of such a beautiful area? As soon as we pulled up outside and looked at the dirty parking lot and trash blowing across the grass, we should have turned and run. The "no smoking room" was tiny and stank as did the rest of the building. It smelled like nothing I've ever encountered; imagine a petting zoo for decrepit animals smoking Marlboros pinched between what was left of their rotting teeth. We went out early and stayed out as late as we could manage. The next morning we were up and out, passing on the free breakfast as we could only imagine the state of the the kitchen. If you can handle it, check out the photos (but be warned, they are not for the squeamish). The thing I'm pointing to is literally a bugger wiped next to the headboard. Avoid this dump at all costs. We ended at this motel because it was close to the freeway, and been tired, we overlooked the fact that was under some kind of fixing the the building. All the rooms were covered with paper and masking tape on the outside, we have to remove masking tape to find the room number assigned. The room itself was okay, but the refrigerator it did not keep our items cold, our ice pack did not get cold. Very skimpy with the coffee, only one regular and one decaf. One set of towels for two people. Breakfast was one stiff like cake, no fruit or any other items. When I did the check out, I mentioned about the old pastry, and the owner was in the office and right away shouted at me telling me that "this place is not to provide free food, that their rooms was a $145. Per night that I got a super deal at $113. In a very loud tone, and he keep raising his voice and very belligerent, like a was his servant. I kept mentioning , just give me my receipt, but he kept raising his voice to me trying to intimating me, because I am a woman. The idea of hospitable does not exist with this immigrants who has no respect for females that would dare to question anything. The motel business card shows Raakedh and Saroj as managers. It's pretty rare that I give a Super 8 5 stars. This place was the exception to the rule. Quick synopsis; Super friendly staff, very clean rooms and updated hotel that was a pleasure to stay at. Check in was a breeze, no issues. The staff was super nice and friendly. Rooms wasn't ready right away but the cleaning staff got on it right away and had it ready in 10 minutes. The room itself, surprisingly for a Super 8 was pretty nice. Clean, updated, AC, coffee, big screen TV, did I mention DISH service? There was an issue witu my mom and dad's room. REMEMBER folks when you deal with third party room services, the hotel has nothing to do with them other than a simple service. They actually fixed it pretty quick, yes there was a fee but it was out of their hands. RECOMMENDATION: Call the hotel directly, most of the time they will beat the price posted on sites. Yes I will stay here again and thank you front desk for being so helpful. read more

I would give this motel a rating of 2 1/2 stars if it were possible. This motel is on the west side of Highway 101 on Gobbi Street in Ukiah. It has an easy on and off the 101 Freeway. It has recently been updated. Lots of space for luggage. We had a soft king bed, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. It was pretty pleasing to my eyes. When we got under the cover (there was only one blanket) I was cold. I asked the inn keeper at the front desk for an extra blanket and went to the front desk to get it. Then I realized that I didn't know how to adjust the temperature for the room. The inn keeper looked at me like I was stupid and pointed to the heater in the office. When I went back to our room, I saw the heater and realized that it wasn't on. No wonder I was cold. I struggled with getting the temperature set correctly. I must have got up to adjust it 4 or 5 times. For me, the bed wasn't comfortable. It was way too soft. At least it was a king size bed, and I was able to toss and turn without bothering my partner all night long. The biggest issue for me was the smell of smoke in our room. It was a non-smoking room, but obviously people had smoked there. The administration had signs in the office, and even in our personal bathroom warning if we smoked that we would be fined. The smoke smell really ruined it for me. All I could do was smell old smoke while tossing and turning all night. I would not recommend this motel if you are a non-smoker, and if you bothered by the smwll of old smoke. However, if you can't smell well--you may consider it a good deal. I would give this motel 2 1/2 stars if I could. read more

HORRIBLE HOTEL. They overflowed their parking lot for a tree trimming company staying with them. They told us to park wherever we could find a spot - even illegally in a handicapped spot or blocked off area if needed. We still couldn't find a spot to park. They refused to give a refund due to the hotel being booked through a third party - Chase Rewards. Chase Rewards transferred funds at the time of booking, so it's on the hotel to provide a refund. The hotel straight lied to me and then denied the refund requests through chase! We stayed at the Marriott instead. Please do not give any business to this rude and horrible place. read more

We broke down in the town of Ukiah and went to the super 8 because that's where I always go the car repair won't be done until later in the day ask for a late check out and was told 11:30 a.m. they wouldn't budge despite the fact that the car won't be ready it's over 100° and we have two handicapped children with us called customer service and they said the only reason they couldn't give us a proper late checkout is because the room is already booked. Unfortunately for this motel that's not the truth we had to re-rent the room so we wouldn't be stuck in the heat with our bags and two handicapped children so I've spent my whole life going to super 8 and I will never go there again and I will spread the word do not patronize this motel read more

The hotel itself is well kept , quiet and nice. The problem is the unhelpful, excuse making and arrogant staff. They breakfast they offer is a joke. They leave out enough food for a few people and the food was not cooked. I explained this to the Day clerk "Uni" and the response was. "I just set it out". What does that mean? You have doughy uncooked biscuits and white watery gravy or what should be gravy. These people are clueless and should be fired. Both the day and night clerks were rude. I will notify Super 8. Avoid this place at all costs. At least until they are replaced with someone with people skills. They act like there is no other place in town and that's just not the case. If you do decide to stay here. Beware of the Uni the arrogant. She doesn't smile and will insult your intelligence at some point. Great hotel. Terrible staff. Whoa, was not expecting to rent a room in a tree trimming corporation yard! Rooms clean enough, but that's all we can say about this trash-ridden dreary place. Giant trucks jamming the parking lot, large groups of cigarette smoking people playing loud car stereo and yelling across the parking lot; dumpsters overflowing trash, talking and dropping things inside and out at all hours of the night. We didn't sleep given the noise and uncomfortable bed. If our car hadn't overheated and we weren't stuck, we'd have left as soon as we got here. Spare yourself if you have a choice. read more

It's a budget hotel, so 5 stars is a lot to ask, but... this was my experience today and when I go there. I travel to Ukiah for work frequently, usually every 6 week or so. Every time I go to Ukiah, I stay at this hotel; it's inexpensive, my room is always clean within reasonable standards, the customer service is always friendly and ready to accommodate. They are usually packed, a lot of work crews stay there and some COLORFUL personalities (which I find kind of entertaining), but it's very mellow and reliable. Today, like an idiot, I left the headlights of my work vehicle overnight. It's a van I'm not used to driving, I swear. As soon as I couldn't leave this morning, they helped me out, no questions asked. The very kind front desk attendant , (maybe the manager) called their maintenance manager, he grabbed jumper cables and they helped get me on my way with smiles on their faces happy to help. Of course this should be the response of any hotel, but the swiftness in which they handled it shows great management. And being so good natured about it, was really appreciated. The rooms in the back are so dirty and outdated everything was broken, the safe, the lamp, the clock, phone didn't work. No toilet paper. The pillows were so flat you could slide it between two books. Floor was filthy so was the covers and the bedskirt looked like it had c^m on it, the sofa was filthy, there was cigarette burns on the cover and the curtain, the shower head almost broke off, the door frame is also gettin ready to snap off. And I chose this area because it was closest to the little grass area to walk my dog an the jacuzzi but she told me to stay in the "other side" but I was fine with the room she showed me, it was cleaner and in better condition. Then when I complained about the covers being dirty and the phone not working she blamed me for staying on that side. She said if I wouldn't listened and stayed on the better side it wouldn't be as bad because people are living in those back rooms. read more

Wildfires forced us to evacuate with pets in tow. It was hard to find anything near us so we went an hour away and found Super 8. My sister put it on her card so I had no idea how much the room was until now. $200 for one night ($160 + $40 for two pets) and because we had pets we were put in a room that was surrounded by rooms occupied by pot smoking, loud, very questionable people. Our room had a broken shower curtain so water went all over the floor, there was only one bath towel for two of us. My 90 year old mother and her dog were in the room next to us and her coffee pot and shower head were broken. I don't mind the extra for the pets but $160 for a skanky room amid skanky people and being evacuees was out of line. I do not recommend staying here . read more

We recently took a trip to Northern California and decided to spend a night in this lovely town Ukiah. As a member of Wyndham Rewards and travel with a dog, this Super 8 motel was the only pet friendly hotel in that area. Although we read many negative reviews about this motel before booking but this Super 8 seems to be our only option. When we checked in the lady at the front desk asked me how I would pay for the pet fee $20. I told her I would pay her cash if she could provide me a receipt. She replied that there was no receipt so I decided to pay with my credit card for this pet fee charge. After we entered the room, we turned on the A/C and noticed immediately that there has a strong smell of urine coming from the A/C, it looks like someone was peeing near the A/C. So I contacted the front desk told them the situation and they agreed to change room for us. The next day, after we checked out I noticed there were three changes on my credit card, $20, $100 and $43.76, I recognized the $20 for the pet fee, $100 for the security deposit but no idea about $43.76.(since our room fee was paid by my Wyndham reward points in advance) I called them to ask about the changes and was told that they would void the $100 and $43.76 two changes and email me the receipt. After I received the email of my receipt it showed that they only charged me $20 for the pet fee. But a few days later my credit card showed that a $100 was been charged. I had to contact my credit card company for help and then my credit card company opened a case to file a dispute against this change and finally have them credited me back on this $100 charge. The whole thing was really annoying and unpleasant during this trip, I definitely wouldn't recommend this Motel Super 8 in Ukiah for anyone with pets, unless you have time to deal with these issues. read more

The hotel is close to downtown. Safeway is a short distance away, which is convenient. The room was non smoking with no smells and spacious. The furniture looked new. The shower is warm and preassure pretty good. The TV is suprisingly good, with lots of channels, big screen LED TV, and good quality image and sound. Fridge, hair dryer, and coffee machine were working well. Free WIFI works well. The hotel needs to improve in cleanliness. There were a couple of long hairs in the bed, a bunch on the floor, and on the bathroom floor. This is quite disgusting for many people. The hotel grounds felt safe and it wasn't noisy. The ac/heater worked well but it started making very laud sounds early am, and I had to turn it off. Breakfast was good for a budget motel, with clean breakfast area. read more

My husband and I went there a few ago. The front desk called us at 10 am screaming at my husband asking why we were not checked out. We purchased 2 nights there. My husband was on the phone arguing about that he paid for 2 nights for a good 10-15 min. The morning of our 2nd day. 10 am again front desk called screaming at my husband asking why we were not out yet. My husband asked "what time is checkout" front desk said "11" my husband hung up on him. We stay at alot of hotels. We have never been treated this way. We will never stay at this hotel again. Was going to be 4 Stars, then I went to Breakfast and saw the mouse trap on the floor.on the morning that I wrote this review, I figured I would go down to the Breakfast Bar thingy to get a coffee. My findings were so cringeworthy, I had to go back and share. Hopefully the management will realize that it's cleanliness needs to be consistent, and if they are going to be careless enough to let this go, then there might be a consequence. I like to think that that I give the benefit of the doubt, I'm always nice to waitstaff, janitors, and the people who seem to not get a voice. I always tip well if expectations are met, and I have only sent back a few food items in my life. I don't like confutation.... that being said... this was flipping gross....so check out the pics... My room was clean, my bedding was clean, and saw no trace of the ppl/ person before me. My room had flooring, which was great because I don't like carpet in hotel rooms for obvious reasons. I could be a total snob and criticize the flooring for bowing up in places, and needing to be replaced, but I would rather it look like that than be some nasty carpet I could not walk on in white socks.Totally dig that they have Keurig coffee makers! But bring your own Kups if you are a coffee snob like me. I went to Schat's Bakery & Cafe for food. A great little place by the courthouse. In Ukiah, everything is just a few minutes from everything else, and Schat's I found on another visit here one time. It's seems kinda like a local staple and is VERY yummy! All in all, my room was very clean, fresh smell, Keurig coffee pots, sofa and areas of flooring, where only things that looked a little worn. My bed was comfy enough. read more

Checked in late at night and was told that because the reservation desk made a mistake of it being 5 people not 4 that the price would now be $20 more. Eventually they agreed to honor the quoted price. Night desk staff was extremely rude and lacked any desire to accommodate guests. Everything in the room was unplugged from the lights to the coffee maker to the cooling unit. Beds were ok. Most would consider them too soft, and you feel every movement of others in the bed. Pillows are average, but will need to use at least two if you want any support at all. Tv is above average size with Dish channel selection. Rooms are no smoking, but the staff places ashtrays in the halls and stair cases so that is all you smell once you step outside the room as the ash trays looked as if they'd not been emptied for a few days. Nothing got better in the morning. Breakfast was COLD sausage biscuits and the absolute worst tasting hashbrownnpatties I've ever tried. Apples are the only fruit option. Toast and dry cereal finish off the offerings. And if that was not bad enough, you are required to eat in the lobby as no food is allowed in the rooms. So just hope that there is enough space to sit in the 4 small tables provided. (Just a note, the food policy regarding food safety does not make sense when there is a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room. ) Much of this I could bear. I worked in a hotel for years and can excuse a bad day. However, the rude staff and service, and the attempt to raise my price, will result in me never returning. read more

Long story short our reservation for a different hotel fell through because of Expedia putting my husbands suffix as his last name so they couldn't find his reservation. We found this hotel it was off the freeway. Lobby was nice, clean and smelled good so I figured that's how the rest of the hotel would be. Wrong!!!!!! Our room was disgusting, it smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. After observing the room I discovered it was so dirty. I had Lysol wipes with me so I started wiping everything down. The bed skirt was filthy, the walls, the restroom omg don't get me started on the restroom. The baseboards were filled with so much gunk. We literally had no choice but to stay here. All hotels were booked up and we were exhausted already from working. We didn't even pull the covers back and thankfully we had our own pillows. As soon 6 am came we were up and out. They hotel was pretty packed with people so I don't know if it was just our room or if other people didn't mind the nastiness. The owners/ manager should be ashamed. After reading several reviews before arriving I was pretty concerned and prepared for a sketchy place. The 3 of us were pleasantly surprised. The room was great! Yes, there were only 2 towels for 3 of us but that is an easily fixed issue. And it makes sense as most rooms might only have 1-2 people (saving on washing unused towels). We slept in so we can't say anything about the breakfast. My husband checked us in so I didn't interact with staff but he said it was great and has no issues. I was totally pleased with our room. Maybe not all rooms are the same but room 124 was great! We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area. I did sleep with earplugs (because someone in our family snores) so I don't know if it was noisy but everyone else slept fine and hotels can't necessarily control others' behavior all the time. Went with my family this weekend thank God 1 of my boy didn't go because we had a smoke room and with his asthma it would had gone bad. The room smelled so bad I had to go down the street to kohl's to buy a candle to have on all night. The bathroom was small it would had been good if they had a working fan. The ac wasn't even cold that's when my husband pulled the filter to see that was so dirty hasn't been cleaned. They had a white chair in the room it was so dirty with stains. read more

Overall the property and the service were fine at this location, however, the cockroaches in the room were unacceptable. Enough said.

Covid has taken a lot from everyone. My girl and I decided it won't hold us back from a planned trip. Along our trip from Washington to Tahoe and back we had stopped at several hotles along the way. We have had our vehicle broken into at the Days Inn in Arcata even with trusting in our observation of our surroundings . After leaving the front office we see a police vehicle leaving. We get in the car and head to our room and notice what appears to be working girls about to make a transaction with a guy in the parking lot. If you ever had seen WE'RE The Millers and know who Scotty P is then you will know you don't want him around your car or family. One white guy and one mixed guy with braids walking around making obvious drug deals. Another man comes out and makes another separate deal with some random guy who parked as I was bringing ALL our belongings inside. If you like prostitutes drug dealers and other bad elements stay there. I would recommend staying else where. read more

Super job, Super 8. I visit Ukiah almost quarterly and every time I do, I stay here. I often travel with my four legged soul mate. This hotel and staff welcome us with warm, open arms and clean rooms. However, this time I stayed without my fur baby so the review is for a non pet room. Wow! They've remodeled and it looks great! The bedding is more aesthetically pleasing but, it's just as comfy as it's always been. The water pressure is still the best in the city and they kept the microwave and fridge for each room. I'm so grateful that when deciding their remodel they didn't skimp on anything. All in all, It's clean, quiet, and friendly. They have my continued business. 3 years strong and I've never even thought of staying anywhere else. *I didn't visit the pool this time nor did I make it in time for the breakfast. But those are both usually good too. (I partied way to hard the night before.) P.S. I didn't mention that it's centrally located and there are a lot of shops and restaurants because Ukiah is small, so everything is literally close and centrally located... You can go anywhere with a 4-9 minute drive. If you find yourself needing a good night's rest and hospitality in Ukiah, I recommend checking in with Raasesh and Saroj (they run the place.)
