Checked in @5:30 Given an upgrade A room with a hot tube. Light fixture damaged. The room was damaged. The hot tube was damaged. Offered a second room. The security lock was broken. Blood stains on the seat in the room Unable to post all the pics. I need my money back.

This is the faucet barely attached which made no sense to it

This spot is bad if I could give them zero stars or even negative stars I would because when you arrive you automatically smell the smoke it's very heavy and you have shady people hanging out at certain times of the night there is a door where they were going to and from there was kids running in the hallway middle of the night the room I had was very dirty looking my mother had to clean most of the place the floor had burns in it everything just looked nasty the window had no screen on it I forgot to take a picture of it there was bird feces on the wall if I was you keep moving this place isn't worth it!!!!

Dirty wash clothes and towels mixed with clean ones

This was the worst place to stay the night. Sleeping in your car would be a better choice. My family and I chose this place for a quick overnight stay in between our long road trip. Our rooms were changed 3 times due to unclean and hazardous conditions for human life. The windows lock was substituted with a tree branch, random holes in the bed sheets, holes in the wall, used towels mixed with half clean ones, and asked for non smoking room: the whole hotel smells like smoke and the cleaning staff just sprayed glade and said keep the air on to keep the smoke smell out. I couldn't forget about the drug addicts getting high on the steps and asking for money. Explained these issues to the desk clerk and asked for a refund to another place but was to a sign that states no refund after checkin. I refused to stay in this horrific establishment so I took the loss and went to a much better hotel 10min away.

This is what weeks of water damage looks like. Had to keep buckets underneath to prevent flooding from leakage.

Our stay was pleasant!…read more My partner and I stayed here overnight. First of all, as soon as I pulled up, I was glad to see they had charging stations. We drove from Baltimore to Waldorf to attend a cookout so that was clutch. When you walk into the entryway, the ceiling is very high and the hotel is open, airy and spacious. It gives that welcoming feeling! I like that. It also appears modern. We arrived right at check-in and there was one person in front of me, one person behind me, and there was only one receptionist at the front desk. However, she was very polite, professional, and cordial to all of us. Also, I don't know how this happened but we both forgot our toothbrushes. I went to the hotel shop to purchase some and couldn't find any. I asked, the receptionist who had him behind the counter and gave me two. That's good to know. I must say, I DID NOT appreciate having to pay $10 for parking when I parked my vehicle, it did not move, and there a huge parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. I can see if I use ballet, which they don't have because you don't need it, but I parked my car (PERIOD). It screams money grab. Aside from that, our room was spacious. The bed was nice, the air conditioning was working and everything was as it should be. We were on the fourth floor and had a perfect view of the fireworks when we got back to the room. One thing I think I should note is that there was no safe in the room. Breakfast was served in the morning along with coffee, etc. Overall, I would stay here again.

And also the sign in the bathroom says housekeeping is provided every other day during your stay. That's not true. We stayed for 3 nights and we had to request house keeping, when we asked the front desk she said they only do it if you stay past 3 nights. We don't care so much about the changing of the sheets and stuff but the garbage needed to be emptied and towels replaced. I called one evening to get towels to the room she told me i needed to go to the front desk to get them.

They technically don't let people check in before 3pm and we were there before 1pm. The front desk clerk was less than enthusiastic about working with us and even begrudgingly acknowledged and thanked my wife for her diamond Hilton status. She was planning to put us in a room worse than what we reserved until the manager showed up and said they need to take care of diamond members. She then gave us a solid room and early check in. As tired as we were, we were super grateful. The room decor was fine. The bed was not very comfortable and be warned that the shower door only opens on one side. While it looks like a double slider it is not. The problem with this is that it forces you to enter the shower directly under the running water instead of at the back and where you can better gauge when you want to get wet based on water pressure and temperature. The couch also had stains on it and the breakfast was average at best. But of course the breakfast was free so I won't complain much about that (you get what you pay for). The staff was hit and miss with some being cheery and friendly and others looking past you like you don't exist. I also got a chuckle at the fact that when we checked out via the app the tv instantly switched from the channel to the generic welcome screen. I guess that means get out this instant! I've never seen a switch so fast. But that's ok. The manager made the experience better but overall it was an adequate stay that could/should have been better.

This hotel has been upgraded the halls, rooms and decor are nice. The staff was very friendly as well except the Friday morning gal checking our room numbers for breakfast was on her phone the whole time. Also, Saturday morning breakfast was late 6:10. We almost had to miss it we all had to leave for our event. I would definitely stay here again.

Since I'm allergic to feather pillows, down, etc, I put in a request for a synthetic pillow. When I checked in, none were available. The front desk clerk even walked me into the supply room and I could see this for myself. He gave me a cotton comforter and a flat sheet to wrap around it and this was my "pillow". So when I checked out, I told the woman at the front desk what had happened, that I was coming back the next week, and please set aside a synthetic pillow for me. She pulled my records and noted all this. Came back the next week and brought along my own pillow from home just in case. Same thing! Nothing had been reserved for me. They do remove all feather pillows before you enter the room, but even requesting in advance both in the reservation and in person had no effect in terms of saving one for me (not even three, just one!). They were friendly, helpful, the rooms were clean, but this was not acceptable to me. Also, the breakfast was very sparse, nothing like most Holiday Inns - some bread stuff, some meat stuff, some dried cereal, yogurt in the fridge. Nothing they should brag about.

The next day when I walked in and looked over to speak to a different front desk worker she couldn't even care to look up and acknowledge a customer had entered the lobby and was looking at her. The King suite was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. That was a hit. A miss was the toilet. Clearly one of the bolts was broken because it wobbled freely when you touched it. Surely housekeeping noticed this when they cleaned the bathroom, so it should have been repaired before the next guest arrived. The free breakfast was a hit. I'm usually skeptical of hotel free breakfast options but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the Belgium waffle, eggs and frittata. A miss was outdoor cleanliness, because the pool area - while closed still - had chairs thrown all about and it just looked messy. Someone should be tasked with keeping it looking nice even when technically closed for the season.

I had selected this hotel in advance and knew this was where I was going to be laying my head. When I told my colleagues where I was staying, they were a bit worried, thinking it wasn't a great place to stay. Plus, you can tell that this was another chain hotel before switching over to a Hilton branded hotel. But I am happy to report that this place surpassed my expectations. Checking in was extremely easy here. Being a Hilton hotel I used the app to check in ahead of time. If you do this, you can request a digital key, time of check in, and bypass the front desk altogether. I love this option and it allows me to move at my own pace. And, on the backend of it all, checking out is simple as well. Walking in here I was a bit lost at first. Attempting to find which corridor I needed to go down to get to my room. After going back and forth, I found the correct corridor. This happened as the front desk came out and checked on me. While in the lobby area, I was a bit worried. They had a police officer posted right there, it gave me pause that something has happened here in the past and this is why the police officer was sitting right near the entrance. Honestly, in the end, it didn't matter to me, I was just spending the night and would be on my way. Made my way down the corridor and I happened to have one of the rooms at the end and on a corner. When I opened the door, with the app, I thought I was being pranked as when I opened the door, it felt like I was looking at another hallway. But, being in a corner room, this made sense. Small walk down this hallway and the whole room came into view. Honestly, this room was perfect when it came to the noise level. If something was going on in the hallway, I did not hear a damn thing. I felt isolated and I did feel relaxed. With the rebrand came a remodel. They did a good job at this in my opinion. The colors were vibrant in the bathroom, relaxing in the living space. I had more than enough space in this room. King size bed, couch, desk, etc. This is the best room I have had in a while. I was able to sleep well and felt very comfortable. The only downside was being ground level, even with the blinds closed, you can still sometimes see car lights coming through the window. But, with the sized of the room, it didn't really affect much in the room. Then, like I said, check out was really simple. Did it on the app and walked out one of the side doors out to my vehicle.
