OMG I LOVE THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE!!! Ok, so I can't believe that I live not too far and almost always forget about this beauty supply store. So my daughter and I ventured in here the other day because we were looking for more idea so what to do for her hair. I swear as I walked through here I heard "angelic music" because it was like a "beauty supply warehouse without that dingy warehouse feeling". The hair products (wigs, tracks, braids, etc.) are all up to par and updated. I saw hair in here that I haven't seen in a LOT of the other local beauty supply spots. The accessories for hair are awesome. Prices are extremely reasonable. The people running it can speak and understand clear English. They don't make you feel like an "unwelcomed thief" in there store. If you want to steal this IS NOT the place to do it. They have no problem with snapping your picture (even if you make it out of the store they will go to your car and take a picture of you in the car, your car, plates, whatever) and POSTING IT ON THE FRONT DOOR OF THE STORE TO LET YOU KNOW "WE GOT YOU!" LOL I love it! We literally spent about an hour just taking our time browsing and soaking in all of the cool stuff they have. You need it for your hygiene, fly style, they got it! Soap, hair accessories, all kinds of styles of wigs, nails, tons of nail polish and everything to go with it...jewelry. Plenty of products and space. This is not one of those small beauty supply stores that they crammed everything into and you have to turn to the side to walk down the aisle. This is one of those spacious, well displayed/presented, smell clean, good customer service kind of beauty supply stores. AWESOME! I will be going back to this store in a few weeks! The prices are completely outrageous. Products are often $6+ then the market prices.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. If you buy pantyhose, check them before you leave the store. You could waste six dollars or be sitting at event with a hole. Check the ALL SALES FINAL rule as well on your items. S..... first said I can exchange. Then they said it's no manager named S... at the store. Then S....said she works during the weekday so they don't know. Then S...says the head manager won't allow an exchange. To lose a customer over six dollars is crazy. read more

The hours on the door date they close at 9pm..I arrive at 8:52pm the doors are locked..Severa people are still shopping..I knocked on The door as i only needed 1 item! The employee of asian decent just waved me off!! Someone exited at 8:55pm, the doors opened, I asked If I could purchase one item he quickly shut and locked the door! Without a response!! Worst place to shop at, the wigs are 1900 old, and expensive. So today 04/06/18 I went in bought a braids spray, the first girl on the photo was my cashier I paid cash got my receipt i went home tried to spray it was leaking all over and couldn't spray right, i went back. The 3rd girl in the pic acted like a manager for my return and the 1st girl said when i paid nothing was leaking and she had seen nothing wrong wit the spray like bitch did u try it. So i couldn't return the spray to get a different one so i told their ass to keep it. All i am saying if u wanna go to medieval times go to this old out of time store. This store was huge and offered a lot of variety at decent prices. The store is clean, well organized and staff are there to assist you should you need help. I found a few packs of hair in the clearance bin for 50%off and for the other products I purchased at regular price, I received a 10% discount since I was a new customer. Some of their hair care products can be found cheaper elsewhere but they have almost every line you can think of so very convenient if you want a one-stop-shop. I would drive over to this beauty supply store due to its size just to purchase some odd and end products. Last time I was there I was dressed down from leaving the gym (head scarf and sweats) sadly I was treated very badly and followed around. I will no longer support this business EVER! This place has an unlimited amount of hair and hair products in their store. Upon entry I and my girlfriend was greeted by a young woman by the name of Patricia. She took her time all the way through checkout to explain the different types of hair to my girlfriend and hair products. We asked if their is anything on sale in the store she said that we can have 10% discount on the hair. However, yelp offered a 15% discount for first purchases so we went with the Yelp discount instead. People of Yelp please take advantage of the discounts they will help in your purchases and even go along way. Some places will allow you to combine discounts this store doesn't. On top of that the manger didn't even know about the 15% off discount that Yelp offered but they still honored it for us. Thank you Yelp! The store looks ghetto and dirty on the outside but on the inside Bam! There is also a wall of people who have come to steal over the years so you have been warned. This store doesn't care if you steal your picture of your license plate, drivers license, and/or picture of you will go up on the window or walls around the store for everyone to view. Other than that go check it out and go see Patricia she knows what she is doing and she's very nice as well. This place also sells clothing and shoes too but don't take my word for it go and check it out. Had an amazing experience at Super Beauty. I called first to make sure they had what I needed. They angered the phone promptly and answered my questions directly! This store was so welcoming, as soon as you walk in all the workers say "Hi" around the same time like they in a choir or something it was oddly nice and cute. They have a worker for each section, and let me tell you they all know their stuff. If you have a question about any products,cosmetics, hair or just random things, they have an answer for you its great!! Not only, do they have great help there they also carry pretty much everything you would look for. They had aisles upon aisles of products. I didn't have a chance to browse though it all (I don't know if that'd even be possible) but I did get everything thing I was looking for and more!!! They had a pretty amazing wig selection with some awesome sales so I got about (3) wigs. The manager was very nice and helpful also. He gave me an additional discount because I ended up purchasing so much. I've never really had that happen to me at a beauty supply store usually the managers could care less if you buy anything. Looks like this will be my "go to" beauty supply store. Great selection. Reasonable prices. Friendly customer service. What more could you ask for in a beauty supply store. I will never go back to this beauty supply store again i got a wig from here that was $250 and there was a discount prince of 50% off so I got it for $124 he charged me a penny for tax so it went up to $125 then he charged me $15 for tax on $125 when tax is 6% he charged me tax for the original price instead of the tax when in Maryland the law is u have to charge tax of the sale price witch was $125 he he tells me no he not giving my money back we asked every store was he wrong they agreed even our bank they like to get over on people there so if u go there I suggest u double check your receipt they also had the worst attitude toward us there when we approached them about it nicely never had this happen in any other beauty supply store . never again .
