In the end, I did not buy them because they didn't have my size. They are a tiny bit skittish about pictures inside so don't look for a lot of those but I will be back to this place again and again. And you should swing by, too, because I'm a fan. Oh, I'm docking a star because of the weird and difficult parking lot.

She sends over this Asian woman who spoke hardly any English. Great... After much gesturing, I was able to communicate what I was looking for. She disappeared behind a set of boxes behind the counter and I thought she was looking for the hair I asked for. She was gone an unusually long time, so I walked over to see what she found for me. Turns out, homegirl was on the phone having a personal conversation. I looked at her like "Really?" and she had the nerve to smile and give me the "Hold on, I'll only be a minute" hand. No ma'am. After several more minutes of waiting for her to get off the damn phone, I finally asked the girl at the register to help me. She walked behind the counter and the Asian woman told her she helping me. I said to her, "No, you're on the phone" and told the Ethiopian lady what I needed. She was not much better. I told her the color and style I wanted, showed her my hair, and she proceeded to pull out everything I did not want. I asked for 1B 33 hair, she showed me a pack of the ugliest "33" hair I've ever seen. No 1B in it at all. And it was straight. I specifically said (several times) that I did not want straight hair. She proceeds to pull out other styles that clearly do not match my color. Finally she told me, "Well you should just get 30 or 430, because that's all we have". Wait...let me get this straight. Since your supply is inadequate and insufficient, I should just go out with my hair not matching and looking a hot mess because 'that's all you have'? Ok... The experience I had here was unacceptable. And it is not the first time the customer service has been lacking, but this has definitely been the worst. If you don't have what I need, then say so. If you need to take a call, then say so. Sistas spend way too much damn money in here to be bothered with this kind of foolishness. The customer service was the main reason I'd travel unfathomable distances to spend my money here. Those days have come to an end. They can kiss my money goodbye.

I have sensitive skin and I have even used their products on my baby boy, without any fear that it would cause a reaction. 2] The family who owns Hunnybunny are so warm, personable, and real. I have enjoyed talking to every one of them in the past few years since I've been a regular customer, including the kids, who own the business. :) 3] My husband's favorite scent in the world is Hunnybunny's cherry almond body butter, which I put on every night before bed. He always says that it makes him want cherry pie. When I run out, he makes an effort to stop by and get me a replacement, just because HE loves the smell so much.
