Original post: I hired Master Clean USA for a move-out cleaning to save time, reduce stress, and hopefully help secure my deposit back. The place was already pretty clean and while they did a good job on the bathroom, the rest of the house was poor and felt rushed and incomplete. The areas under, behind, and on top of the stove and refrigerator were left untouched, even though I specifically requested those spots to the cleaners on site and the rep on the phone, I was assured they'd be cleaned and that they were covered areas in the cleaning I purchased. In addition the windows were only half done, with dirt left in the inner frames, and the baseboards--especially in corners and high-traffic areas--were poorly cleaned with easily visible dust and dirt still left behind. The cleaners finished in less time than estimated, left early, and I was still charged at the higher end of the quoted range. When I came back to tip them for their work I saw this and unfortunately had to buy my own cleaning supplies afterward and re-clean these areas myself. I also documented everything with photos. What made the situation so much worse was the lack of follow-up from the company. Despite contacting Master Clean three separate times and being promised a call back from management to resolve it, I never received one call. At this point 3.5 weeks after, I can't recommend their work.

I got at least 10 estimates from local cleaning companies and they gave me the most confidence that they would do a thorough job cleaning the apartment. CLN cleaned all of the areas and they did it for the agreed upon price. This was a larger apartment with 3 bedrooms and 5 tenants who had been living there for a year. Every detail was taken care of.
