My Windows were actually wiped down well. Usually with rags that are wet. This place actually cleaned my Windows well. I will make this my Sunday morning visit. First they charged me way too much for a simple oil change then I took advantage of the free car wash. figured I would get something out of being over charged. I have an Escalade and the mirrors were not folded in but I took my suburban through a few times with no issues. Well not this time. I noticed my front wheel was a lot closer to the track then the back tire, I watched as it went through and seemed find up till the last part. It hit the metal rack and scratched my mirror and folded it in. I spoke with the manager who told me oh well not our problem. I asked for the owner who he stated wasn't there. I will be going back on Monday. I only asked them to make it right. Some of the stretch could be compounded out but unfortunately the metal on the mirror will need to be replaced. Again I was told too bad not one else complains. Customer service is horrible and I will not use these guys again. I wonder if the guy with the work truck that the oil change guy crashed got treated the same way. read more

This place is horrible my boyfriend went there it wasn't his first time ask them to also wipe down the floors it's a transit van the floor is plastic no rugs. He gave the guy 20.00 tip and they didn't wipe down the floors. But took the money I went after my boyfriend called me so upset that they didn't do the job he couldn't even get to the guy to show him what they didn't do. So I went there and spoke to the very same guy and showed him the picture and I wanted the 20.00 tip back or they would have to wash my car for free. He gave a hard time at first I yold him I wasn't going to move till they took care of the situation. Guess what they gave me back the 20.00. Don't go there not loyal to their customers. There is a self service section (vacuums) across the street on the island next to 1&9. Try to come off hours or during the week to avoid the lines. read more

Called one lady a whore and I called them out on it and they just walked away. They overcharge you first off. Took my car in for an oil change. They suggested the synthetic oil. I've came here a few times times to get an oil change primarily and you get a free car wash which is a nice incentive. I'm rating only 2 stars because I am highly disappointed with the integrity of some of the employees. 2employees work on your car & idk who it could have been but someone stole my AirPods from my car after the service was completed. I just used them earlier that morning and placed it by the door so when I noticed they were gone later that day the had closed so I came right back the day after to ask if they perhaps had them or it somehow fell out during the service but they claim no. I always bring Snow White(my car) here. They do a great job. They are open 24 hours and it's only $6 after 8pm everyday for an exterior wash(thats all they offer after 8pm). I do tell them "no brush anywhere" on the car as its going through the wash(saves the paint). They have 2 vaccum machines across the street so I have no problem doing that myself. read more

I use the Quick Lube portion of the business as my last minute oil change place. The technicians are honest, friendly and fast. They also don't try to push a ton of "extra services" on you that you don't need. I also use the car wash portion of the business as part of the Oil Change/ Free Car Wash package and as a good, hand wipe Car Wash. Over all a good job for a great value. read more

I been going here for years now, and all of a sudden they tell me I need antefreeze. I figure why not, until I realize they are putting it in the reserve tank. Not only does your vehicle not require to have it in the reserve but they filled it to the top. After I questioned them why they filled it to the top, they tell me it wasn't them, it was when I started the truck. Hence, the only time the radiator will fill into the reserve is when the truck is overheating. You got me this time but I hope this helps others who don't know! Greatest service for an oil change some people just don't know their own car. A professional certified technician tells some people what problems are in their own car and they think they are been lied too. but in my opinion good prices and good service, best place I have been to. This is a great 24 hr car wash. We came from Michigan in heavy snow storm and our car was terrible. On a Sunday evening we desperately were looking for a wash. Only this one was open. We pulled into it, and the guys were great. The guys pre clean to take worst mud & snow, and let the car thru automatic one. They take a good care, wipe it and gave it. When techs see something else your car needs, they often tell you without any pressure to get it done then. For car wash, staff is great and there have never been issues with any type of wash I had done to me or my wife's vehicles. The oil change section is open until 8pm which is so convenient for people who work a normal 9-5 job and don't want to waste any part of their weekend getting an oil change or car wash. Stopped here this morning for an oil change. The worker tells me my car requires a special oil. I asked him to do a regular oil change. He then told me it would be $92 plus tax for the special oil.
