Came in for soak off. Told them it was builder gel right as I sat down. She cut down my nails, wrapped them in foil, I sat there for about 20 minutes rotating between acetone and drill. Then she left me for about another 15 minutes to help someone else who walked in for a refill and pedicure. I got my nails done today, and I will say the staff was nice. However, the lady who did my nails did a horrible job. She cut me multiple times, and even though I politely asked her to reshape them, the job still wasn't done correctly. I would never go back, nor would I ever recommend this place. read more

I've gone on two separate occasions before today and have appreciated the service and work that they do here. Today I came in and was very disappointed in the lack of hospitality. They were not communicative and one of the staff members seemed to have attitude when working on my nails. I brought 2 nine year olds for manicures and the staff did not treat any of us 3 like priorities in their store. We were not asked if we wanted refreshments, even after one of the kids said she was thirsty, which would not be a problem if they hadn't asked a different customer who came in after if they wanted drinks. When my sister (again, 9 years old) asked for an addition to her nails, the staff told HER it would be 5 extra dollars for the both of them. Had I not overheard the conversation and been okay with it, I would have been charged extra money ($10) for something that was communicated with a 9 year old rather than who was paying. Not to mention, the quality of the work is not great. I paid $60 for a set of short french tips that look rushed. They did not ask me what base color I wanted, and the color they chose does not compliment my skin color. Had they checked with me I would have asked to change it. I asked for a letter which is off center and tacky. The staff was not considerate of me and the customers I brought in. I was very disappointed as they have not always acted like this. I unfortunately will not be coming back and do not recommend you do either unless you know they will prioritize you over other customers. read more

I walked in this place today with intent to have Manicure, Pedicure and eyebrows wax . First I observed 6 employees 4 of them were tending to two customers and two to one customer each than 7th lady comes out and she sat me in the Massage chair for Pedicure and half way through the pedicure she claimed that one of my toe nails is to thick that she cannot cut it . After hearing from her several times that she cannot cut my big toenail I asked for the tool to use to cut it my self so when she gave me the tool she told me that the tool breaks easily and if it breaks while I try to use it that I will have to pay $15.00 for a replacement so she got hold of my foot and tried to file same toenails instead of cutting it . I insisted on that I want my toe nails cut well as I have not been able to get my nails done due to the Nail salons closure prior to May 1st 2020 . Super Nails employee refused to do my pedicure properly as always in the past and as in the order it should be done so I requested that she stops to service me and I asked to talk a manager Nancy who was doing manicure on another customer. So the employee lady that I didn't want to continue to service me got upset and ask that I wear a mask . I replied that I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask . Than she sent Cindy so this one told me if I buy a mask for a $1 and wear it that They will finish my pedicure and if not that they won't . Once again I replied that I have medical condition and that Harris County Mask order excludes people with medical conditions from wearing a mask ! So I left with leaving $5 in cash at the counter for 9 of my toe nails that was trimmed and NOT CUT I walked out with a hurt big toenail ! This place does not ask you about the mask when you walk in but half way through the pedicure than they stop half way and make their own Order and if you do not agree they make you leave with half of pedicure ‍ I recorded this horrible experience on my phone ! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. When I came in I asked for the pricing book to see how much the services cost. The menu that they gave me is from 20 years ago and the prices have changed drastically. All I wanted was a simple manicure and pedicure. When they started on me a lady walked in who needed her toe nail polish fixed. The lady working on my pedicure stops and fixed this ladies toe. When she comes back to work on my toes she raving about this ladies blog as if she's more important than my service. Both the manicurist and pedicurist were very rough when handling my hands and feet. They rushed through both my manicure and pedicure. Now as I look at my nails on my feet and my hands it looks like a five-year-old painted them. There's paint all over my cuticles, the nail polish is streaky, my nails are rough, and the topcoat is not covering the entire nail. I am furious to say the least. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. This is my second time trying them because I am new to the area and they're very close to my house but I will NEVER go back. The first time I went there, their machine was down so I couldn't pay. I was headed out of town so this was a very big inconvenience. They wanted me to pay with cash which I don't carry. I had to explain this to the lady multiple times before she was OK with me leaving my license picture and returning later to pay. This place is horrible. When you go to a nail salon it's to relax and get pampered I didn't feel relaxed or pampered during my visit. read more

Never EVER again! I came here a of couple weeks ago for a shellac mani/pedi. I paid around $45. Today I came and got the SAME thing and they charged me $85!!!! I even tipped $10. I just paid almost $100 for a mani/pedi. I asked her to break it down and she tells me that they have a separate "charge/upcharge" for shellac. What?! Y'all just did the same mani on me (plus a sugar scrub) for half of that two weeks ago. They are clearly not the kind of business you want to deal with. I could have really bitched but I let it go. If you want a nice, well-priced, manicure (not an expensive spa treatment) then come here! I came in on a Monday morning so I was the only one there and received quite the pampering! Lee did my pedicure while Cindy did my manicure at the same time. They were both very sweet and friendly and turned up the volume on the price is right for me to enjoy. After they finished, since nobody else was there, they let me stay in the massage chair while my nails dried. I think they gave me extra services too; I only paid for the basic mani/pedi but they did the warm rocks that I thought were only considered deluxe. Excellent service, I will be back! The first time I came, they worked on an ingrown toenail for about 20 minutes until it was fixed! It was great!

My nails are always great here unless the man working does them. He is rude and my nails always look awful and chip after he does them. It's awkward to say anything if he's the only one available so it's really just luck-of-the draw unless you make an appt with someone else. read more

I will never come back. I made an appointment for a pedicure and refill. Arrived 5 minutes before appointment. They started my precut ire within 10 minutes. Within the next 45 minutes three more people walked in without appointments that they took before starting my nails. An hour and a half later they begin my nails. The other three people were completely done and gone at least 30 minutes before me. What was the point of making an appointment. I do not like people to waist my time. read more

I have been coming here for probably 10 years now. Nina does my nails almost every time and she is always willing to discuss different designs with me and find the right one for me. Kelly is also wonderful with acrylic and fake nails she's super fast at it. for my pedicures I love to have Lee do it Lee has been wonderful and has been for many many many years, will be coming back for more years!
