WHEW! Where do I start! IF YOU WANT UGLY NAILS GO HERE! Tracy apparently is the only one who can do nails and designs. I went tonight and literally 3 different people worked on my nails! One lady applied my nails. Tracy came behind her and fixed them and attempted the designs that I wanted! Then another customer had been waiting for a very long time. So Tracy got up from helping me and said another lady would finish my nails. She was very rude asf and it took everything in me not to lose my shit! I had to speak up about my nails being wrong quite a few times like the service I received was highly unacceptable and very much so unprofessional! My nails look a hot ass mess! I spent $115 on some trash ass nails! I don't even do reviews but I had time tonight because this is very unacceptable! Now I'll have to go elsewhere and pay MORE money to get my nails corrected! Quite expensive but better than most if you want a nice nail design. However, the service is awful. They don't honor appointments. The first time, they were on time. The second time 30+ minute wait after appointment time. The third time she said to come back in an hour or so... when I had an appointment. I didn't go back of course. I only recently started coming here and honestly, Hannah is the reason why I keep coming back. Never in the many years that I've gotten my nails done, have they lasted so long! I don't know what technique or material she uses, but they last me at least a month. Hannah is so sweet and will try her best to accomplish the design you're looking for. I'm rather particular and I prefer a quiet environment but the shop is very social and can get rather loud sometimes. It's not very organized but if you don't mind that kind of stuff and just want good results, I highly recommend this place. If you can't get Hannah, Tracy is also very good at shape and designs from what I have seen. read more

I've been here twice and have had a good experience with my shellac manicures. They paint the polish on thin and with precision. I hate thick shellac manicures and I have never had that here. The nail techs are friendly and pleasant to talk to and the place is small but clean. My nail tech was the older gentleman in the salon and he checked if I liked the shape of my nails and adjusted it when I wanted a slight different shape. He wasn't annoyed or anything and wanted to make sure I liked my nails. I appreciated that and now that I look at the shape at home, they are flattering and perfect. read more

Tracy is good at what she does but she is unprofessional and extremely offensive. She has no problem canceling your appointment last minute or making you wait over a hour because she double booked herself. I have witnessed her make racist comments to other customers and insult them to their face. Personally- one time, Tracy asked another nail tech to remove my acrylics... instead of the nail tech soaking my nails and gently removing them, she got a knife and ripped my nails off, I was in so much pain. I asked Tracy if she could soak my nails instead but she said no they had to be removed that way. My nails were bleeding and damaged for 4 months. This was my last time going to this salon. Tracy is a good nail tech but she doesn't deserve my business or anyone else's unless she is willing to change the way treats people. read more

Drove about and hour to this location and it did not disappoint! The gentlemen named nick did my pedicure and took his sweet time and paid attention to detail. My pedicure was relaxing and I enjoyed the pampering part especially when he got me a goooood margarita. As far as my full set Ms. Tracy did not come to play! I waited a few days to post just to make sure the set is able to last and they look as if I just got them done today! ( some locations their sets be looking a week old after two days). I did a classic French set with a twist and she stenciled butterflies. She's a straight up artist! They look perfect. The total amount for services were about 135 a bit pricier but worth it for sure! This place really rubbed me the wrong way. I had an appt at 12 and didn't get started until 1pm. When Tracy finally starts me, her first question is "what's wrong with ur face". She assumed something must've been wrong with my skin or face because I had a mask on. I was super taken back by this question. I said nothing is wrong with my face. She said "well why do you have a mask on? Are you sick?". Like wth. No I'm not sick but I did just get my wisdom teeth out so my face is super swollen AND Covid is on a rise again so if I want to wear a mask that's MY business. I rarely pamper myself, because I just do not have the time. It was my first time going to his shop today. It had the be one of the worse nail experiences I've ever had. I do not care what they offer me...never returning. Here's my run down of why this place is the absolute worse. 1) it literally took almost 3 hours for me to get a shellac pedicure and manicure! Who has time for that. An hour seems too long to me. 2) I left bleeding! Yes BLEEDING! My nail tech cut the crap out of me when he was butchering my cuticles. He also filed my finger. I didn't sign up for pain. 3) He took ten years, cut me...and then tried to over charge me. Went to the cashier and he said an amount that was $5 higher that what I totaled services to be. I questioned it and he had the nerve to write a different price for the service I got. I said, "No, that price card says $31." Then he acted stupid and said sorry before changing it and proceeding to point to the tip amounts. Sir...after ruining my Saturday you have some nerve asking for anything else from me....he should have been giving me money back. Be careful y'all, just in case they are all scammers. P.S, this place is not taking proper COVID precautions. Those chairs do not look 6 ft apart. Only plastic dividers on nail booths. Very crowded. I've worked with Tracy 6 times prior to today and I've always loved my nails. However, today I called to set an appointment (@ 2pm) and was told to come in @ 6. I drove an hour to get there and lingered for about 30 minutes just to be told that I couldn't be seen. I was asked "to come back tomorrow" as if my time and money did not matter. I'm extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism I experienced today. If you want to feel valued, I would refrain from spending your money at this shop. I would give this location a 5 out of 5, but I had a unpleasant experience when I first entered due to Tom having told me to come immediately because he was leaving at 12, but once I arrived another lady was scheduled an appointment...so instead of making a stink out of something so minor I told them I was totally ok with going with someone else and I'm glad I did! I am sick and tired of Tracy this is not my first time going to her but it will be my last. Every time I go to get my nails done and Tracy does them it's always a fight about what she doesn't want to do or what she feels like it's best. The very first picture is the nails originally wanted. Tracy didn't want to do the butterflies, so she kept insisting on me to get stickers. I told her I didn't want stickers I'm not five I want you to draw these butterflies on my nails if I'm paying what's the problem. She started and then completely wiped off the butterflies and started complaining again saying that the stickers were better so I got fed up and decided to switch my nails to the second picture. Just for her to say I can do the butterflies but the stickers are better.... When she started to do my nails like the second picture she was rushing through and when I noticed I started to look at the original picture and she told me to stop looking at the picture.... Just being rude I was so pissed off after she finished she asked me if I like my nails and I told her no they're ugly you rushed through them. Then she gave me a weird face like I was crazy if you look in the picture the nails only have three squiggly lines why do my finger nails have five squiggly lines and you can't even tell because it looks like I have a random extra white line just floating out there but they still look stupid the lines are not even or neat it's just wrong. If I am paying you my good earn money don't sit there a tell me what you want to and not want to do to my nails that's so rude especially when I have been nothing but nice to you and I have a picture. The picture wasn't a reference the picture was exactly what I wanted. Tracy is not cheap so the fact that she's acting like that I should've went off on her. I'm never going back to Tracy. The only place that I can give her is that her nails last a long time but if you're not going to give me what I want there is no point in me coming to you for your services. read more

Not impressed. Bought a Groupon for a $17 Shellac mani and thought I would try this place....and I actually checked the reviews on here before my purchase! First off, I became wary when my cuticles looked rougher after the cuticle trim than before she started. The sides of some of my nails aren't completely polished and some of the edges are not clean. Please note if I have to point out how to polish correctly then you've already lost me as a future customer. I picked a blue color and there's polish under at least 8 nails that she never cleaned up. In fact, I was told that I could just peel it off....wow! I also don't care for my nails to be filed after they are polished.....can someone please tell me why they do that?! I asked her not to but I don't think she understood and proceeded to do it anyway. As I checked out I was told next time I needed to schedule an appointment...um, there won't be a next time! The Groupon never said anything about needing to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Also, there were only 3 techs working with 3 people waiting while 2 of them were working on 1 customer for a mani/pedi. I think I'll just stick with my $32 shellac prices where I usually go. read more

My nail tech was a nice lady and in no way want to bash her but I wanted a marble design and well it's not so marble looking. My biggest issue was I found this nail spa on IG I wanted Tracy booked an appointment for Tracy well to find out when paying I did not get a Tracy to do y nails! This salon is mediocre at best. The personal catch attitudes when you need them to correct a mistake that they are making on your nails or they do the opposite of what you asked. My acrylic was put on incorrectly causing it to break and my actual nail to be pulled out. When I got my toes done, they carelessly did my pedicure leaving dead skin around my toe nails. Then they have the nerve to charge obscene prices for crappy service. Id give them 0 stars if I had the option. Please be sure to avoid this salon. read more

John was super attentive and Tammy did such a great job with my milk & honey pedi/mani. She even took care of some tights spots on my neck and shoulders. What's even more great is that with a few minutes under the black lamp, my nails are flawless, even after driving home and unloading the car!
