Love that all the reflexology places in AZ are so clean! They are really busy, as I've been denied when I've tried to walk in in the middle of the day. Been to many reflexology places all over AZ and this place was by far the most disappointing. *Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Came in for my brother and mother and both said there wasn't enough pressure. We didn't tip, because it felt like nothing was done and the woman up front kept hitting the tip sign saying we forgot to tip. Kept explaining to her we weren't satisfied and felt like we didn't get any treatment and won't be tipping. Instead of apologizing and trying to correct the issue she kept pointing to the tip sign. Not happy with the service. Not happy with the front desk. Never going back. Waste of money and time. read more

I had excellent experience while receiving massage service here. The front desk is really nice and can give me awesome suggestions as I am not familiar with Chinese deep tissue massage before. Therapists can only speak little English. However, I can clarify my requirements to front desk and the lady can translate for me. In a word, i no longer suffer lower back pain after doing massage. read more

Still 5 stars. It's been well over a year since I have been here since I moved to the east coast. The front desk lady still remembered me. And it's still $30 for one hour. And still a good quality massage. What i like about this place is they spend time on each part not do something as a last minute thought to fill time. We were looking for a 30 minute massage before we had to be at the airport. They worked us right in. I must say I was a little hesitant upon walking in as it wasn't what I expected or what I would expect of a typical massage experience, visually, however this was by far one of the best 30 minute massages I've ever had. My husband and I both enjoyed it and wished we would have had time for a full hour .These two ladies worked so hard!!!!!! I highly recommend and if I ever am back in Phoenix I will make time to visit again but will allow an hour for sure! read more

I am not even really sure how to describe this one. The interior feels dirty, the rooms don't have doors (just curtains that provide very little privacy). I received a "full body massage" that was just awkward. The masseuse kept going in and out of the room. There was someone else that came into the room at some point, I think to get something? Whispering in the hallway. The 2 stars here are for when there was actual massaging happening - the masseuse was clearly trained properly, but this whole experience left me feeling uncomfortable and weird. He also felt the need to pick up my clothing (which I had placed on top of my purse) and put it near my head when he was done. Errrmmm - please don't touch my stuff? Let me start this by the people we're great and nice.. . But a very big But. I went three friends and our people were inexperienced. They went from head to butt back to head to toe. It was weird and not strategic or felt like it was reflexology in any way. I have been a few times and this was sub par. I tipped ten for a service that wasn't worthy of $10 for one person. My friends didn't tip for this reason and we won't be back. Sorry but not cool. read more

We thought we were going in for just foot massages and because we chose the 60 min we got full body massages for only $10 more. The customer service is great, everyone is really friendly. I've never done something like this before so it was very out of my element. I was initially uncomfortable and tense, but as soon as I started getting massaged, my mental tension eased. I called and made an appointment for an hour massage. I was able to get in the next hour. The massage beds are really comfortable. Like some other reviews, I had a very odd experience at this massage place. When I walked up at 9pm, their neon sign brightly explained that they were open and their door corroborated that they close at 10pm, but the lights were off and the door was locked. I knocked on the door and a man emerged from the hallway and just stared at me through the door while I tried to communicate through the window why I thought they were open. He left with no attempt at a response, only to come back and open the door a minute later and ask if my friend and I wanted massages. He then asked if we were okay with male "masseuses", being that we were male, which we were. At that point he brought us into the waiting room and left us there with the lights off. He then came back with a lady who spoke better English and she asked what kinds of massages we wanted while the man repeatedly reminded her to make us pay ahead of time and in cash. After paying in cash, he escorted us down the hallway. They didn't seem to know who was in what rooms, as they stopped at each one and realized that someone was lying in its darkness before finding us a room. Once we were posted in the room, our "masseuses" came and got started on our leg and foot massages, but would often just get up, walk out, and talk in the hallway before returning. At one point my "masseuse" left and a new one returned to finish the massage. When the massages were over we agreed to get out of there as quickly as possible because we were so weirded out. We were unfortunately greeted by the same dark waiting room and the same locked front door. The man then came up behind us and pressured us to tip him before he would unlock the door. I'm not from Phoenix, but I would be shocked if there weren't better massage places. read more

Let me start off by saying it was a awesome massage... I didn't want to leave. But be aware that it starts off a bit odd, thankfully I was with a great friend which made me way more comfortable than if I was alone. Starting off no one really tells you what will happen, you simply lay down & wait. The men are in & out of the room several times bring a warm water foot soak, coving your body with a large towel, warm neck roll & a towel to cover your eyes. But, but when they start, the start & it's fantastic! I really love the pressure point relief. It was priced very reasonably $20 for 30 mins & $30 for 60 mins. Reflexology is not for everyone. With that said, I have enjoyed the services here once and I intend to do it again. My feet take a beating on a regular basis, and I don't know how to deal with it unless someone really get into them. For $30 bucks your therapist (and I use this word very loosely) stretch, pull and squeeze both arms, legs and more (no not that).. It can be uncomfortable at times due to pressure, but if it only feels good - then it's it only for relaxing, not for benefit. The negative reviews usually are people that didn't know what they were getting themselves into, and for that no blame can be put on the establishment and only on the patron that does no research. I felt at ease the whole time in here, and it was quiet and relaxing. My legs and feet were sore when i walked in, and felt so great when I left. High returning-factor. read more

I have been to every foot spa in the East Valley....the come and go and some are good one day and not so great the next.....I found this place by accident and boy am I glad I did!! I have been there 3 times and each time the therapists have the SAME routine. Meaning that "thing" you did to the knot in my neck last time, will surely get done again this time!! The owner must really take the time to train her peeps before she sets them on customers.....clean, quiet, relaxing, nice atmosphere...decorated very well. Not the cheapest, but by far not as expensive as other places. They also finish off with this hot towel treatment on your bare back...totally clears up the sinuses from the session you just had. Visiting from out of town and went here on a recommendation from a friend. BEST PLACE ever, I called with 5 min notice on a Saturday afternoon after the gym and they fit me in no problem. I was promptly greeted in front and I picked out my 30min foot massage only for $20. I was escorted to a back room with 4 beds, and my friend and I sat in the chair awaiting instructions. The staff was incredibly friendly and I had the best 30min foot massage. She massaged every area, every single toe and especially the heel. My friend had the detox ball which she said made her feel relaxed beyond words. I highly recommend this place, they are open 10 - 10 everyday and are in a shopping center with lots of parking. read more

My massage started on time, the environment was clean and peaceful. My massage therapist (Peter) used the perfect amount of pressure and intensity. I was so relaxed, I almost drifted off to sleep. I hardly write reviews and that too if I write a review, it is usually if a business has gone over and beyond and I want to give a kudos. There's enough negativity in the world so why add? However my experience was so terrible that I'd like to avoid others from experiencing this. First of all, my husband and I were waiting 20 minutes past the appointment time. That didn't bother me too much since we weren't in a big hurry. Once we got back there and I was sitting on the chair, the male massage therapist named Evan asked me to take my shirt off. I have never during reflexology at other places been asked to remove clothing. Nor have I ever been asked to remove clothing while already seated in front of a therapist during any sort of massage. That should have been enough of a clue that this was going to go downhill fast. I told him I was going to keep my shirt on after he asked me twice and to just begin the massage. Later he asked me again to remove my shirt and I said no. During the massage I felt like I was manhandled. I kept having to tell him to go lighter or avoid certain areas. It got to the point where I just told him to give me a scalp massage so we can call it a day. While I would give him feedback, he and the massage therapist next to him would laugh and speak in their language. Completely unprofessional! To make matters worse, when checking out and the desk clerk named Gordon asked "How was your massage?" and I replied "not too good actually" his response was , "that'll be $35 each". When I asked him if you would like to hear my feedback, he told me that other clients loved this therapist and they wouldn't be lying so he didn't really care to hear what I had to say. I will never go back to this place ever again. I not only didn't feel safe but the customer service was extremely poor. I wouldn't even bother giving it a one-star. Not a very good place for a massage. The lady at the front desk was really nice but the two massagers were terrible. Went in for a 90 min foot massage with my girlfriend and both of us were super disappointed. I never had a massage when I wanted it to hurry up and be over with. It felt like someone was just rubbing lotion on you for 90 min without any purpose. No pressure points, they jumped all over the place, no pressure until mine to press harder. read more

I do not recommend this place. Horrible service Yesterday October 23, 2015 I called the front desk at 6pm and booked two massages for 8pm. The man that answered the phone confirmed the appointments and took my information and said, "see you at 8." My friend and I got there at 7:55 and we checked in. At 8:10 we were still waiting and the man at the front desk said it would be 5 more minutes. At 8:20 he said there is only one massage person available and go have a drink at the bar and come back in an hour. My friend and I were confused. We drove all the way from downtown Phoenix. We ended up leaving and not getting a massage. It's very bad what they did and didn't even offer a complimentary massage to come back. read more

I had an excellent massage with Con Lee and felt very relaxed afterwards I had said I wanted gentle reflexology and she paid attention. I had been a customer since about 2011 and I think the place is much cleaner now with better service and staff than in the past. Hey, where else can you go for a pretty thorough full body massage for $35? Let's not be overly critical. My first time here (in a single room) was a really great experience! My friends enjoyed their massages as well. Today though, hmm I went as a couple. They seemed very unorganized at the start of the massage but it was just time for fun chat with the beau. Massage gets started a little later but was very good. Slightly uncomfortable though when two other ladies came in for massages in the same room! Again, hey whatevs...whoosah. At the end of the massages, I asked about the folks coming in. The owner (I'm guessing) said just next time let them know when we make the appointment to ask for the private couple's room...they only have one of those, the rest are singles or group rooms. See? The lady up front, who I think owns the place, is very nice and professional. Susan was the therapist and did a magnificent job. If I lived in Phoenix I would visit regularly. read more
