Three of us went to have a massage this morning and we had very good experiences. I had 60 minutes Thai foot massage with Sunny. She was wonderful!! Thai foot massage wasn't only foot massage, but came with a whole body massage, starting from head/face. Sunny tried to relieve my stiffness, so some part was strong massage, not medium pressure, but that's what I wanted. 7 hours after massage, my body is still loosened and warm. I would say Sunny's massage was therapeutical and fixed my body. Thank you!! My daughter had 60 minutes Combo massage with Owen. He was another wonderful masseuse and she said she would ask Owen again next time. I didn't understand the differences between Thai foot massage and Combo massage. Since the foot massage came with a whole massage and my daughter and I had a quite similar massage after all. My husband got 60 minutes Thai Yoga massage with Jason. My husband's body is always stiff and Jason fixed it. He was a wonderful masseuse, too! The receptionist, Mia was friendly and kind. She had a language limitation, but I used google translation and she went to get Jason to translate our daughter's knee injury condition, so everything was clear before we got massage. I've had many massages over the years, and this was by far the worst one. I booked a 90-minute Royal Thai massage. For the first 20 minutes, she focused almost entirely on my head, repeating the same movement over and over. Then she moved to my feet and was basically tickling them. I had to ask her to stop and instead use deep pressure on my lower legs. At that point, I wanted to end the massage, but I kept thinking it might get better. Unfortunately, it didn't. When she worked on my back, she mostly used her elbow. I finally asked her, as politely as I could, to please stop because it wasn't relaxing. She didn't understand me, so she had to get the person at the front desk to translate. The massage therapist wasn't very skillful and seemed to be all over the place. I've never had a massage where I couldn't wait for it to be over. The $80 was definitely not worth it. Not bad for the price! We got the deep tissue massage for an hour ($60) and it was good. However, my masseuse was focused on my head for a solid 10 minutes with the same motions. Not much pressure until towards the middle of the massage. My boyfriend's deep tissue was mainly getting elbowed the entire time. I also don't think we got the full hour because we arrived a bit earlier than our appointment, but we had to check in, drop off things in the locker before sitting on the bed. Next time, I'll just have to make sure of the time and just get the regular Thai foot reflexology or Royal Thai. Came back here for the first time after many years, and I couldn't believe it, one of the worst massages I have ever been given. Order the foot reflexology 1 hour massage and they didn't even touch my back. Usually they have you roll over and atleast give you a 5 minute back massage, but none. Foot massage was just repeated same movement, just okay. My poor husband said he felt he was just getting touched, and kept on asking for stronger strength, but gave up because nothing changed. I've came before for 30 min of Thai yoga and I loved it. Returned for 2 hours and I was soooooo disappointed. My masseuse STARTED on my legs (?) and she did a solid 30 min per leg. I told her I wanted emphasis on my back but there was clearly a language barrier. My phone was put away so couldn't translate. Didn't know how else to emphasize I just pointed to and touched my back. I went yesterday, requested deep tissue, one hour. The massage consisted of just putting pressure for few minutes in one area , not a massage at all, just pushing down in my body. I asked and literally showed him how I wanted, he nod yes and continued doing the same thing. When paying I explained how I felt but received no answer, apparently the front desk guy didn't understand English. He just collected the cask and looked down. I called asking to talk to the manager and was told "no" after insisting, the person on the phone said will call in half hour and never did. It's a hit and miss situation with the massages. I asked multiple times for him to stop, that he was hurting me..only when I loudly said Stop" someone yelled in what I guess was Korean and finally he let up. For several days after my lower back was painful to the touch. It was my birthday and I splurged on a 90 min massage..the masseuse said I was done, I went to pay and it was only 60 minutes. I told the receptionist that I will only go back for the additional 30 minutes if he is gentle and it's a "relaxing" massage. Last Sunday was my second time visiting this business and it will be my last time! For starters I walked in and spoke to a young lady and stated I wanted a 30 mins Thai yoga massage. I did noticed that her smile went away and she replied " 30 mins Thai yoga massage ? " with an attitude as if I upset her for picking the 30 mins. I didn't think much of it and continued to follow her to the back. Mind you this is my second time so I will expect every visit to be the same as my first, meaning if I was provided a warm welcome , a locker for my items the first time and someone leading me the way within a viewing distance I will expect that my following visits. Well this young lady did neither of those. She started walking and sped off ahead and didn't even give me a locker for my items. I was searching for her to see where she went. ( I should have just left after that ) finally when I found her she just said this room and point where to leave my shoes and went to back to call the massager. Well the massager came in and started the suppose 30 min session. It was the most painful massage ever ! I got hard the first time as the option and it was not painful. This lady was pushing her entire body weight into my body and just moving her hand in circles ( this is not what they did they first time , it was an actual massage ) well time passes ( I didn't feel the time ) I was trying my best to not concentrate on the pain and the lady said it's over. I handed her 10 dollars of tip and she opened it , looked at the tip , closed it , looked at me when a look and literally just left me . I was so confused so I went to the front to check out. This time there was the young lady that checked me in and a man who I will presume is the manager because everyone was asking him questions last time . Well she then says your total is "61 " and I was shocked, I replied with 61 for a 30 min massage ? And she said " ohh it was 30 mins? You wanted 30 mins ? , I said " yes I asked for only 30 , did the massage lady do an hour ??!" She said " yes she did an hour , I'm sorry about that " I was annoyed and said " it's okay .. it's okay " what got me mad was when she replied with " anyways you can't get anything done with 30 mins so an hour is the best " I just looked at her with a upset face because who are you to decide what will be best for me. I know I can't get everything in 30 mins but I wanted 30 mins worth of a massage. What if I only had money for 30 mins? What would they have done? Why do I have to pay for your lack of communication? Because I know she understood me in the beginning because she replied back what I said . So it got me thinking was it intentionally because they want people to get an hour? If it was a mistake than at least offer something due to YOUR STAFF ERROR ! Before anyone says didn't you feel the hour ? No . I didn't and no I don't think the customer is responsible on keeping track of time with there's no clock in eye sight to even keep track. The responsible ones are the workers . I'm more annoyed on how this was handled . They didn't sincerely Apologized or gave me 10 % off or something . Both that were up front made me feel that they just wanted me to leave . I feel like they only care for money and if they do you wrong oh well . Don't waste your time / money . We've been going to this location for 20 years. My massage was amazing. Five stars for sure. David is great my wife on the other hand on a scale of one to 10 she got maybe a two and that's being generous the woman who did her massage really didn't know what she was doing. So very disappointed in this experience will never be back. The reason will never be back is I called this location and Express or displeasure with the Massage that my wife received it is now 12 o'clock the following day no call from the owner so that'll be the last dollar that they get from us $100. Plus we tipped I wanted to give the lady a five dollar tip but she stood there waiting for her money as if I was going to hand it to her. It's not personal. It's about the profession you can't have a non-professional person that's never been trained. Do a massage on a woman who can take the hardest massage on the planet. I have been coming here for many years and went back yesterday for the first time in quite a while. I had a 90 minute combo massage. I talked with Jason at the front desk and asked for more work on both of my shoulders. He took time to listen to me and even had me stretch my arms so that he could see my range of movement. My massage therapist was David and he was very good. He spent quite a bit of time working on my shoulders while lying on my back and then again when I rolled over. My shoulders were very tight and while there was some tenderness while he worked on me he would ask me if the pressure and movements were OK. And let up when I asked him to. The service is alright but the attitude around tipping is absolutely ridiculous. We reached around 6:45 and the person at the front desk asked us to pay for the service and tip upfront because she said she was going to leave in a few minutes. Mind you the place stays open until 9. We only agreed to pay for the service upfront and said we'll tip after.Then when we were done with the service we asked for the receipt so we could add the tip but they couldn't for some reason, so we thought we'll get cash from the ATM. Reading some of the negative reviews, I don't see the problems most mention. I've brought family and friends over the year and I am there at least twice a month. You still have the cozy feeling when you walk into the place, nicely decorated throughout. I checked with my husband, and both our massages were very good. My husbands complaint was the male employees don't seem to keep the prep noise down as the females. They were dropping the bucket of water down and sliding it across the floor. This place isn't what it used to be. The first problem is the language barrier with the front desk guy. I ended up paying more for the same massage in a different part of the studio. He was unclear what I was asking him for and I was unclear what he was saying. The second (and biggest) problem is the noise level was out of control. A staff member had 2 children there that were loud and running around. In through the front doors and all around the massage area. There were several loud conversations going on in the staff room. At one point in the beginning I stopped the massage to say something. The noise calmed down for a bit before it started up again. As I checked out I began to complain. Again, the language barrier, the guy either doesn't understand, or doesn't care. Either way. My massage therapist was excellent and really did her job of trying to relax me. However, the clamors of the world were very loud which is exactly what I was trying to get away from. That's most likely my last visit there (after 13 years). What better way to end a long work week than with a massage? I came here with my mom this morning and we purchased a special package of 10 gift cards ($350) and received 2 gift cards free ($70). These are good for a total of 12 (60 min) head to toe massages. When they say head to toe - they really mean it. Starts off with a scalp massage and they work their way down and around your body, even focusing on each individual toe! It was relaxing for the most part. My mom probably enjoyed it more than myself - she started snoring! LOL. The next time I come back, I'll have to let them know that I'm more sensitive around my shoulder blades. I felt so much pain during that section that my foot popped out of reaction. It felt like the masseuse was digging his whole elbow and forearm into my back. I also sprained (?) my knee a few weeks ago and completely forgot about it until he lifted my leg up to stretch it. Just the other day I was still feeling pain whenever I stretched it a certain way so I was nervous. But he must really know what he's doing, because whatever he did took all my pain away! read more

This place was a very pleasant surprise. After a long day in the hospital observing cases during my training. A colleague suggested a foot massage. What a great idea right? I found Thai Foot Massage on Yelp under foot massage. So We decided to Uber from our hotel. Initially you walk up to a counter to check in. Nothing fancy, however, as soon as you walk through the door.......it's calming and so unlike the front. To he right there are two tables that are raised and you feel like your in Thailand. Then to the left there are a row of chairs for your foot massage. The best part we were the only patrons. One hour foot massage for $35. It was amazing. It's definitely not your run of the mill foot massage. I wish Hawaii had one with a similar atmosphere. read more

Than when I was checking out to pay for my service the front desk male said that I had a different service and that I owed more money than what the service was that I literally pointed out to him on my phone to make sure he understood me. Over a $5 difference!!! So to switch the price on me pretending you didn't understand me lost yourselves a loyal customer and a somewhat negative review on Yelp that may cost you even more than a $5 loss. I like to support honest companies that do not try to take advantage of their customers and treat people how they would want to be treated. Ya know, the Golden Rule.... 4. My service was eh....so so. Nothing fantastic, and the massage tech moved my neck in an abrupt way versus gently turning it and that I believe is what has caused my neck issue the last couple of days. I did not enjoy her touch and found it rough and not relaxing. I truly wish your business luck and hopefully you will have a different perspective about over charging a customer dishonestly because if you continue to do that it will not help your business grow. read more

I've been going here for years with my mom. It's hard to compare prices because I have only gotten massages from the chiropractor but I enjoy the special techniques used, I think they are TCM-focused. The only down-side is that the room is a shared space so you will hear people talking from time to time or noises of enjoyment from other guest. read more

This review doesn't go to the massage therapist because I didn't even make it that far... I scheduled an appointment through website. Got an email with my appointment time and date right away and then received an email from the owner to confirm my appointment is on 10/10 at 3pm. Arrived 10mins early and the receptionist says my appointment was on 9th. I thought I made a mistake so I checked my confirmation email and it says 10/10 at 3pm which is the day I arrived. Try to show my confirmation emails to her but she didn't want to see it and said she called me twice and I spoke to her to confirm. I don't recall the phone call and she didn't leave me any message.( If she really called me twice why didn't she leave me a message?) I checked my phone history and there is only one call from the number at 3:04pm on 10/9 no message. So only thing I can think of is that they changed my appointment time without letting me know and booked someone else at my actual appointment. I had a hard time understanding her English and it wasn't going anywhere so I just left. What made me more upset was her attitude. Mistake happens so I understand if there was a miscommunication and we could say sorry to each other (not having my phone when she called me to answer, maybe?) and we could move on. But my confirmation says I'm arriving at the right day/time and She sounded I'm the one who's wrong. How am I supposed know if they don't let me know ahead of time?? With her attitude, I gave up. Luckly, a massage place cross the street from here was able to take me right away so I didn't have to waste my drive and ended having a good massage. read more

Went for a 1 hr massage appointment at 5:30p with my husband today. He was treating me since I've been hard at work (I'm a school teacher). I had the most inexperienced therapist work on me. My carotid artery was fully massaged, my head was jostled around and I've never had an elbow to my spinal column!!! I wonder if my therapist was even licensed!? Is there a way to check?! I had a better experience at Foot Reflexology in Tempe!! I'll never go back here again and while the older male therapist was polite, he truly had no idea what he was doing! read more

The therapist were very professional. overall, The therapists were very professional. They know how to cater to you. Leaving here I felt like the witch in the Wizard of Oz "I'm melting!" But in a good way, no an amazing way! While in town visiting my friend we decided we wanted some pampering and relaxation. She suggested this place and I'll admit, at first I was skeptical. Keep your clothes on during a massage?? Hmm, sounded a bit strange to me but I soon realized, clothes or not, this massage was heavenly. Oh and for $35, you seriously can't do anything else for $35 to relax you that much! How it works: you are taken back to the massage area where you lay down face up with your feet in a bath of warm water. They start with your neck, head and face then proceed to your arms. Your feet are then removed from the water and they massage your legs and do reflexology on your feet. After that you flip over where they do amazing work on every inch of your body. I swear he didn't miss a single spot, it was just heavenly. The pressure was perfect and it was still a very effective massage even with clothes on. Do keep in mind that you are in an open room with others being massaged next to you, I think maybe 6 people total. I thought that was odd at first but honestly you become so relaxed you don't even know it. If you want a more traditional Thai massage, the kind where you are stretched....basically yoga with another person they offer that also. They have lockers to keep your belongings and a changing area. They have brown scrubs for you to wear if you so chose. But I suggest just wearing yoga pants/capris and tank top and you'll be super cozy. read more

I've been to many many reflexology/foot massage places in CA, where they are ubiquitous and cheap.... this was similar, but my masseuse was cautious, spoke better english, and did an amazing job. the room is clean and spa-like. the music is interesting, but better than nothing! they have lockers to put your personal things in before you get massaged, which is really really nice. it's funny, because i'm pretty sure most, if not all the masseuses are Chinese and not Thai.... and they only difference I've noted between the other foot massages I've had and this one was a little more "stretching" done.
