I have never been to a foot spa before, so this was a first time for me. Appointments are most certainly available and walk-ins are welcome. My case was awkward walk-in and was seen immediately. It was much later in the afternoon too and there was no issues. A 60-minute massage was arranged and a couple add ons were available for additional pricing. The sugar scrub made the most sense to add. Combos are also available, such as neck, back, etc. The foot reflexology starts at $30 for 30 minutes and increases by $15 for 60 minutes and another $20 for 90 minutes while the combo starts $35. Foot detox is also available for $25. We were brought over to a room with dimmed lighting and serene music for relaxing. I'm not sure how many rooms there are in total but there's a set of three beds for each room. A basket is placed by the head for personal belongings. They begin with placing a thin sheet/blanket for comfort and then an another on your face to cover your eyes to relax you. For one, it's definitely less distracting and what I was told is that it makes it less awkward for the reflexologist. While focusing on one foot, the other leg was covered too. I noticed that they focused on specific areas of the feet with most of a downward motion and then extends it further to your legs and repeating the motion. It was definitely relaxing and any tension that had built up was most certainly diminished. They were most certainly professionals in their craft and even offered us water bottles to rehydrate. This is not your run of the mill foot spa. I have been here a few times now and each time had a different experience. All good, never bad. The prices are fantastic for the quality you get. I have always got the 1 hour package that focuses more on the back then the feet. The reflexology and foot massage is awesome. The back massage and body is even better. It is like most places like this where there is a small room with a few different massage beds. They also have curtains to separate them. Everytime I have been in, they ask you to take off your shirt for the massage. And give you a towel/sheet to put over. If you are not shy, no big deal and worth it. They do a fantastic job. My only complaint it it is noisy when someone comes in the door at the front. The sound is not blocked by the walls and it is quite loud. Reflexology was just okay it was more like what you get when getting a pedicure. However my masseuse was sick and it was so hard to relax when she was coughing and sniffling the entire time. They are all more than great and will ACTUALLY massage you, so don't come here to be put asleep. I came in tonight for a couples massage. This is our 6th time here so I would say we are regulars at this point. We got a 60 min massage for $45 dollars. Both therapists left the room 4/5 times which took time away from the massage. My masseuse was applying a lot of pressure like I requested but on my spine and direct bones so it kind of hurt. When leaving our tip we were asked to give it directly to the masseuses, and when I handed him my $5 dollars, I'm not exaggerating he ripped up the money and crumbled it into his hand. Friendly / polite staff, quiet / soothing music and clean. Be mindful that the staff speak English as their second language and that they value their service over decor. Previous owner was nice, but under new management is even better. Friendly and clean. They have a special thing going where, you get to choose what scent to go into the water for your feet. With $30/hr foot massage, you get whole body massage and foot reflexology. This place by far is the best where they really do a full package for you. With this affordable price, we can really go once a week! Update 2/2 They now have a combo option for $40/hr and you get deep tissue massage focusing on pressure points. Jason is great. Just let the owner know which areas you want to be worked on and she'll translate it over to the massage therapist. I was a regular customer at this place but after my experience today I would not go back again. I had a 30 minute foot massage today and that went well. After paying for my service I added a tip of $6 and the guy looks at me and says "this is too small". I informed him that it was a tip and that he shouldn't ask me to pay more for a tip. Tips are optional are they not ?? He then proceeded to say but I massaged you? And I told him yes you did and I paid for my massage, the $6 was just an extra that I pulled out of my pocket to say thank you. He then says I should be paying 15 or more for tips. Are used to love this place. The last time I came it smelled good, the towels smelled freshly washed. I get a gentleman that smells like food, his hands smell like food as he's massaging my face, I don't think too much about it I figure it'll get better. Once I turn onto my back I paid an extra $10 to get 30 minutes on my back. He used his elbows the entire time, I told him multiple times it hurt and he just continued. Once he stopped doing that he dug his thumbs into my back. It felt like he was cutting my back. It was on fire. The worst massage I have ever gotten. I just left the MOST AMAZING combination massage done by Mike, and let me just say this was by far the best massage I have ever received. My fiancé and I have been coming to this location for about 4 years and him much longer before then, I have to add that we have been to many foot spas in the valley and this takes first place.
