New owners, was previous Coulter Car Wash. Appears staff are more on top of keeping vacuum area working flawlessly and plenty of towels to wipe down my car. The soap and other sprays may not be as good as the ones used by Coulter's, but my car is clean. They have the greatest staff!! I accidentally left my phone on top of my car and went through the car wash...it got lost inside the car wash and the workers shut it down for 30 minutes to look for it. When they couldn't find it, they said when they close that night they will clean out everything and keep looking for it. I left them a phone number and 30 minutes after closing, they called saying they found it, no damage to the phone, and were cleaning it up for me! I truly cannot say thank you enough to the staff at this location. They also left this hilarious photo on my phone as well. Thank you to Nick & all the other staff! I've been a member about 4 months. In the beginning the staff was right there to guide me in; not any more. At first I was happy with the vacuums' appropriate performance. For the past 2 months either the vacuum nozzle won't stay on or there isn't any suction. Don't know if the canasters need to be emptied or replaced. This location is very busy and popular next to the interstate; however, management needs to do some quality checks. I've been here for an hour and one half and have not seen anyone leave the very accessible office. I'll finish out this month to see if there is any improvement; if not, I'm gone. read more

The best car wash in town. Most other automatic washes seem to miss the back middle of my car; not here! It gets every inch of my car clean. Also, the air driers at the end leave your car spotless. They have self serve vacuum area. The vacuums have two different nozzle ends. A wide one for large areas and a narrow one to get in all of those small crevices. My favorite part is that there are air hoses with nozzles to blow out the dust from those really hard to reach areas. They also have an automatic floor mat cleaner. read more

We have been using this wash since they open and have been monthly members for a long time. It is a good value if you use it more than twice a month. Lately it seems that there are some jets not working properly but hopefully they will remedy this quickly. Free vacuums are great with mat washer and high speed air dispenser. Absolutely loved this car wash! Fairly priced, the actual wash itself was great! Fast but car was very clean! They have monthly memberships too which is a nice option. There are free vacuums as well and they worked phenomenally, unlike most vacuums at car washes. They have an option to purchase items to clean the console. I do badly want to use this car wash, however, it doesn't remove the bugs at all. They need a upfront man doing a scrub!!

I've been coming to this car wash since the day it opened. It has slowly declined these past two years but even more so this past few months. The pavement is absolutely disgusting outside of the wash. The grime and trash is unacceptable. You go through the very overpriced car wash only to drive over trash and mud. The vacuum area should be pristine. There used to be workers put power washing the outside area but now they walk around and try to sell the monthly membership to people trying to vacuum their cars. I always get the "best" wash and my car never comes out very clean. Dirt in the wheel spokes, filthy back end, bugs stuck to the windshield. Would be nice if there was someone to pull that windshield wiper cover off after the wash when you pull out. Cant you reuse those? Seems very wasteful. I'm done. Canceled my monthly membership and will not be back. read more

We love this car wash for the location alone. We pay $80 a month for the Best+ wash because we enjoy having spotless cars on the daily. Different items though have started going downhill and making us reconsider using Coulter any longer. The dryers might blow a slight amount of air but don't work for anything. You have to completely dry your car by hand and in this weather is far from preferred. The second item is the vacuums. You'll spend 15 minutes on one section of your car because the suction is that lacking. PLEASE FIX THESE ITEMS!!! read more

The kids and I are goofy. We love a good car wash! We like it when there are flashing lights and different color bubbles... I know it's weird but that's who we are. This car wash did not disappoint. Every single time we've been, there's soap left, dirt/bugs left, etc. we always buy the top 2 washes. Much more worth going across town.

I went back today after noticing my wheel wells still had dirt on them. They wouldn't do anything to correct it even though it had only been 3 days. Apparently this sign only matters on the day of your wash. Sad for them to lose a monthly subscription from me by not making my husband's car wash right. Poor customer service. read more

Just moved to Oklahoma and was looking for a carwash, and low and behold, this amazing place. I'm one of those people that love going through carwashes for the experience. To see bubbles and the equipment move, so cool. It's soothing. This place I felt like I needed popcorn! The lights and the longer tunnel! Man was it fun/magical. Love this place. The first time I went through a car wash that "pulled" the car through, the attendant got mad at me and yelled and waved his arms. I know I wasn't that bad, but I was really embarrassed. Eventually, I thought I'd try it again and went to Coulter. I told the cashier about my previous experience, and he told me not to worry, they'd take care of me. Sure enough the attendant at the entrance of the wash came over and basically talked me through the entering process. It was easy and a lot less stress. I was really impressed with how clean my car was. It was clean all around and even the lower part. The next morning when I went out to get in my car, I immediately noticed how black my tires were. So nice! Long story, short, great car wash and super nice staff! I've been back several times and have recommended it to my friends and family. read more

We just used this spot to vacuum our filthy MB Metris van with our 2 little boys, and when I tell you Coulter's vacuums (2 different kinds and one with water) are powerful and effective... Whoa! I would leave zero stars if I could. This car wash broke a piece on my Land Rover. When my husband went in to tell them he didn't get to speak with the manager but saw the videos and they figured out the day it happened. It took three business days to actually get In touch with the manager, Mark, he claimed that it was loose when we went in. Videos are not clear enough to even tell if it was because it was under a luggage rack. Now we are going to have to pay $3000 to get it fixed because the entire luggage rack has to be replaced. We can't leave it like it like it is. I highly advise you not to use this car wash. They are not honest even when there is video that we both saw. Cancelled our memberships. read more

If you want a mediocre wash and vacuums that have damn to no suction, this is the car wash for you. An absolute waste of my money. You'd think with the way this looks that they might actually service their vacuums once in a while, especially considering they're pretty new. NOPE!!! I had to do twice the work that had the vacuums worked well, would have come out no problem. I have to move from one spot to another and then still use the vacuums next to where I was both times! I would have been better off using my own vacuum at home. To whom ever the owner is, have your stuff looked at. All your vacuums are clogged and your workers are too busy talking to notice a woman, pregnant at that, moving around and having to use equipment still in the vacuums sections next to her to still do a piss poor job. read more

I first came here several months ago and pleasantly discovered how great their vacuum setup was. When you have two dogs that like to go to the dog park a powerful interior clean is periodically necessary. (Not only is the vacuum high-suction but there is also an air pressure hose to blow loose embedded dirt.) On this visit it was brought to my attention the sand bags left in my truck bed since winter were unraveling. But Mark and Dillon were amazingly cooperative and helped me clean out the debris so that my truck wouldn't get blasted during the wash. I have been going to Coulter Car Wash for over a year now. I can honestly say I have had nothing but great experiences at both 3900 E 15th Street in Edmond and 10720 N May Ave. in the Village. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'd suggest to try their mat wash it does a great job and there is no additional charge to use it. I like how the vacuums operate independently of each other as apposed to being tied together. It's nice to be able to pull into any stall and not worry about having limited or no suction. The best thing of all is not having to wait for someone to spray my vehicle before going through the wash. It does make it the fastest car wash in town and the finish has never disappointed me. Thank you Coulter Car Wash for the continued great experience. I see you are now building a wash at 2nd & Kelly. All I have to say is, if you've never tried Coulter Car Wash go check them out. Ran my car through on the "better" wash for $13 and the leaves didn't all come off the hood or the trunk. When I showed the worker he gave me a bad attitude and proceeded to tell me that tree sap wouldn't be removed. It wasn't tree sap by any means, they were very tiny blossom leaves that came off the car when I scraped it with my fingernail. I just didn't want to have to scrape up my new Mercedes with my fingernail. Besides, all debris should be removed with the "better"car wash. Normally a couple of workers are out front of the wash giving the cars a small pre-wash on the front and back end. I just don't like being treated like I'm trying to get a free car wash when I come here all the time and buy one wash at a time. Just because I'm not a part of their club doesn't mean I'm not paying to get my 2018 Mercedes cleaned properly so that I don't have to wash it off again by hand. Please work on your customer service. Nicest car wash I've ever been to. The wash bay is super clean, which gave me more confidence that if they take that much pride in the way their facility looks, my car would come out clean. I got the $7 wash, and everything looked good other than my wheels which were still grungy. Vacuums worked great! Exterior grounds were as clean as the interior. read more
