I haven't been in a car wash place in forever!!! I rented a car for my trip here in Oklahoma so after my rental, I was responsible for cleaning the car, I found this place on Yelp with such good reviews. Their prices are cheap!!!! $10 for a basic wash, $20+ for a premium/unlimited washes?! Not in my state would be this cheap. And the employees are super nice! I love the colorful lights inside the washing area and there's some race car vibes to it. After the wash it has signs to drive around, to park your car so you can do a powerful vacuum. If I'm ever in this state again, I'd definitely go here for a car wash again! read more

$12 car wash was the cheapest. Did not spray my car going in, helped guide then went and sat down. Soap only covered driver side, passenger side still dirty after going through. Would not recommend if you want a clean car. read more

The men were rushing me and extremely rude, especially the man with the beard. I was wanting to learn more about the place since I've never had a car before to take to a wash, and possibly get me a car wash membership. After being yelled at and made very confused, I did eventually get signed up for the membership. Only after my card declined 5 times and they finally told me I need to get a different card. This caused me to have to leave the car wash and add money to a completely different card, just to get treated even worse when I returned. I know I was probably frustrating them with all my questions, but that's kind of part of your job? Additionally, when I came out the other side of the wash, I was extremely disappointed in the package I had just bought. Not sure how this place has almost five stars with the service and the poor cleaning job the car wash provides. Immediately after this experience, I emailed support as you're told to do, to cancel the membership. A month later, I was still charged. I had no idea this place was going to play 50 questions with me in order to cancel my membership, despite that same email only belonging to one account, at zips car wash. I guess I have to recommend this place. Prices are fair, service is great, be prepared to purchase a membership or repeatedly decline. I was use to this car wash when it went by the name of kangaroo car wash but driving by the other day I noticed it changed to zip wash PLUS it offered pay one price for unlimited washes! I'm thinking, "OK, it will be $20-$25 for the basic wash" NOPE it's only $14.50 a month and you put a little RFD sticker on your windshield and it's unlimited washes all month!! Great wash and the vacuums are great, an added plus, ALL the employees had ALL their teeth and nice clean uniforms! Pretty snazzy for an Oklahoman car wash! Vacuums all worked, always a vacuum available, trash cans are always emptied and entire car wash area is clean, neat, groomed, and modern. I just purchased a new black truck and it shows the dirt quickly so this will come in handy!! read more

I paid for the $16 car wash, the best one they have. After I went through the wash, I drove over to the vacuums...when I got out of my car, there were COFFEE GROUNDS ALL OVER my drivers door, the hood, under the windshield wipers, all over the windshield, some even managed to get in the the hinge where the door opens! I was like WTF!?!?!?! I walked over to an employee and told him what had happened and asked if i could go through again, just spray some water on it to get that crap off. He checked with his manager, and I was allowed to go through again... AND THEY GAVE ME THE $16 wash!!!! I was just wanting it to be rinsed off, I didn't expect the whole royal treatment! I was extremely thankful, and I will always go to this car wash. The staff and management are very friendly, professional, and courteous. just too bad they don't do interior detailing. read more

I love driving through to get my car washed. The payment kiosk is easy to use and understand. I have used both cash and credit card without any problems. Have always received either a receipt or correct change. The crew has always been pleasant and helpful, and always offered me a sucker. I am secretly glad that they quit passing out suckers, but I hope they do still offer them to cars with kids. I have tried all 3 washes and they all seem to be the same to me. I am guessing that the computer knows which car paid for which wash as the crew doesn't need to see my receipt as some drive through car washes do. I can tell that something extra is being done with the high price wash, but the others not so much. The past 4 washes have left soap residue pooled up by my windows and after driving the car home, I have white streaks and drips. I have had car washes there in the past without this happening so I'm wondering if it's too much soap or not enough rinse cycle. Also, does any dryer at a car wash give you enough time to dry your car off so that water spots don't form? I think that is just the nature of the machine. I keep coming back because it's a clean, friendly place and you can vacuum your car out as well. read more

My buddies car was clean on the inside ...disgusting on the outside to the point it was hard to see out the windows. We went through the tunnel wash only to see the car was not clean. Truck hadn't been washed in too long. Came out looking great. A lot of the time these kind of washes are questionable, but all their sprayers seemed to work great and the foam was foamy, the dryer did an even job. Cost was average. read more

Zips ownership runs their car wash locations as cheaply (think Ebeneezer Scrooge:) as possible! This has an unfortunate domino effect to customers (numerous & repeated equipment malfunctions=dryers that do not dry effectively, mechanical issues and vacuums that do not work) Saving money is one thing, doing it at the "EXPENSE" of delivering a quality product to customers is another! When I spoke with the district manager of OK locations, he admitted they had a lot of room for improvement, however was VERY VAGUE when visiting about improvements zips plans on making. Stay away & spend a little extra for a much better PROduct elsewhere! read more

Really good for an automatic car wash. However it seems that the efforts of the guys operating the pre wash are ineffective. I took my car in, with a couple slight mud splatters, and whatever other buildup it gets from driving in the rain and some bug splatters on windshield and front bumper of my car. At the end of the wash everything was clean and spotless except the bugs on the front of my bumper which seems to be a common issue with almost every automatic wash. It just seems that by now the guys prewashing should know this and should focus more on problem areas as such. But, still one of the best automatic car washes I've ever gone to. You might also note that this particular wash also has a problem with flipping my mirrors completely backward (toward the front of the car) after they were already fully folded in (pointing toward the back of the car). This wouldn't be such a big deal on older cars, but on newer vehicles like my own there are cameras and gadgets, gizmos and lights and all sorts of stuff inside the mirrors I imagine could be harmed by this over time... read more
