DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ! They do not know how to follow instructions. My dress shirts always come back with double creases, I have to steam out the mistakes. My dickies, I request that do not iron them just vlean them. Yet everytime they come back the iron them and they are doubled creased. This time it was a pair of Levis, again a request not to iron but no iron them. The Levis do not have creases I just iron them flat. But what ever genius works the press decide to put the in the press thus creating a crease on the inseam. So now I have a visible "white line" crease instead of an all indigo blue pair of Levis. read more

The woman in the store must've been having a miserable day (or is just continually miserable) because after plenty of times coming into this cleaners she had a manic episode on me today. I took them here on a Tuesday... they said that they would be ready on Friday after 4pm.. owners Very pleasant... I picked them up around 6 pm..the following morning (today) I opened the bag and noticed that the stains were STILL on the sleeves... I then decided to get a wet cloth to see if they would come out rubbing them with water... they totally came out!! This leads me to bet that they were NOT even cleaned at all!! Not a good place to take your expensive clothes. First of all, they never take fault of the damaging they do to your clothing, nor do they apologize. I've been a long time customer of 12+ years and felt insulted when the manager/owner never called me to take action for what they did to my clothing. Okay this is by far the best dry cleaners ever! It's 27 miles away from my house but I'll take the drive because they never disappoint. My uniforms are always clean, pressed, and ready to go the next day ! If you bring it in before 10am on week days they'll have it ready the same day. But if you bring it in and want to pick it up the next day, they'll have it ready by 2pm which is fast. It's really affordable too. read more

I had zippers replaced on two pair of pants. In less than 2 months the zipper is no longer working properly on one pair. I stopped by to ask about the quality of their work and provided the pants so the worker could see the defect in their work. I was told the zipper used could easily break, and I would have to pay for a new replacement. This is poor customer service!
