Chris is a sleezebag and will milk your vehicle for everything he can get. 2 month turnaround turned into over a year of battling with this shop after he had his team forge my signature onto a check without my knowledge. He held my car for 8 months and did no work to it, just so he could rack up storage fees, all the while leaving me without a car. Wouldn't even give it a 1 star if I had an option. Chris is horrible at his job. He started off all nice and told us how repairs would be about 2-3 months. Well repairs are still not done and he's had our car since August of 2023. He never updates us , if we call and ask for him he's never available. We saw him at Home Depot just last week and he practically pretended he didn't know us and headed straight to his car after we made eye contact. Chris , you are a horrible whatever it is you are at super collision. unless all you care about is collecting money you were on point with that. at that time you were communicating then right? you made sure to collect the money and promised our BMW was ready to be picked up and STILL today the vehicle is not completely repaired. according to your receptionist ur still waiting on a piece of the bumper. i drove by on Saturday 3/9/24 btw and saw it parked outside and yes also saw that piece she mentioned was missing. this whole experience has been the worst! never again will i ever do business with SUPER COLLISION. Definitely not a Great way to start with a new customer. I called on a Saturday and spoke with a lady that informed me that they were not open on sat but please send my R.V. Info over and someone will call me back on Monday I specifically asked a few questions on how was the communication between the RV services and customers? Do they respond quickly back to customers and issues? Based off the timeline of ordering materials do they normally finish repairs pretty quickly? She stated that it was great. So I said awesome. I sent over an email with the pictures of my RV and the items I needed repaired and it would be handled under the warranty. Five days later no call back: I have called every day this week just for a follow up and still nothing. Very very bad first impression.. read more

I had Super Collision make repairs to my Class A RV starting in June, 2021. I am still waiting for the new ladder. It was requested that the damaged ladder be included in the repair from the start. It was reported to me that the ladder was ordered on August 16th. I found out that it was actually ordered on the 21st. It is now December 8th and I still don't have the ladder. Other issues that were to be address were left undone. During this whole process, communication was for the most part nonexistent. Chris Cabrera, a principal with the company was who I met with when we were generating an estimate in mid June. I was told He would be engaged with the repair from start to finish. Never heard from him again. Information and updates get an F- grade. I have attempted to call and ask what if there were any updates. Most times I would get the answering system. Never a call back, but maybe a terse email reply. I would only use this company again if I had no other option and was not planning to use the RV for 8 to 12 months. I took my car to get it appraised at a few spots in the HD and they wanted it for about a month or so which was way too long for me. Finally, I took my vehicle to get inspected by the crew at super collision center and was helped right away by Timothy. They got my car fixed in about two weeks! When everything was finished my car looked great and was really happy with everything turned out and how exceptional the whole crew and service was. Every time I had a problem with anything Chris had always help me fix it ASAP even if the problem was from a different shop. If I could give 0 stars for the body shop I would. After standing in front of my car and being told by Chris the owner that he would get my car back to the condition it was prior to accident after I stated I had only bought the car 8 days prior to accident I was also told 20 days max they would have my car. Well 20 days turned into a little over 2 months and then back to the shop 3 different times lost my job due to his broken promises and then come to find out frame sub frame what ever you want to call it bent a bumper that is ready to fall off a head light that does not work and all he can say is I must have been in another accident and that he will repair my car but any part I have to pay for and first 10 days I have to pay for rental. This body shop does not stand behind there work cause I have not been in another accident to cause any kind of frame damage or cause a bumper not to stay tighten down or a head light to malfunction. This body shop was paid over 12000 to fix my car and this is what I get left with cause no other body shop is willing to take the liability of another shops work and I refuse to pay for parts they were already paid for or a rental car cause if they would have done the work correctly instead of trying to take short cuts we would not be having to go to court. In all honesty this body shop deserves a 0 for stars worth. After being in a car accident we took my car to get repair at that shop. They told us the car was going to be done in 1 month since they didn't have much work around to do. We waited that month. Then another month passed by & finally after 2 1/2 months we got the car back. We received a call from Chris saying he was going to take it from his part to get it checked out from a dealer & they stated it was "100% fine" then comes around the time to pick it up & the headlight from the passenger side wasn't working. Chris brother told us to bring it in Monday for the lights to be fixed in 30 minutes so that was no problem. Then now it turned into an electrical issue that's going to take a couple hours so we have to take it on Thursday? Like we literally paid them over $20,000 , so we can have the results of coming back again & again for small damages that could have been fixed before being released . They deserve 0 stars!!! We've had a couple of separate encounters with Super Collision Center. First we took a commercial trailer in to be painted. One of the tires were not put back on correctly and fell off while driving on the freeway! They reimbursed us for some out of pocket costs and their check bounced which cost me additional fees. We needed some collision repairs done on our travel trailer so we tried to give them another shot. Big mistake! We were quoted 4-6 weeks for repairs after about 3 months the repairs still were not completed. They wouldn't answer or return my calls but had no problem cashing the insurance checks. I would drive by often and my trailer was always sitting in the same spot untouched. After we finally got it back they forgot to reattach my ladder so I had to go back and pick that up. My trailer was never repaired correctly as promised we ended up getting rid of it and purchasing another. I would NEVER recommend this JOKE of a company to anyone! read more

Let me preface this with saying that if Yelp gave me the ability to give Super Collision Center zero stars, I would. On June 4, 2017, my husband and I were part of a head on collision where the other driver, in the incident, ran through a red light and hit us directly as we were making a left-hand turn. This resulted in our 2015 Honda Pilot being completely destroyed from the front-end and no longer functional. We were referred to Super Collision Center located in Hesperia, California under the guidance of legal counsel. Super Collision Center said that they would return our vehicle to its original condition. This is where our nightmare with Chris began. We received the "repaired" Honda Pilot on July 31, 2017, after almost two months of entrusting our vehicle's repair to Chris at Super Collision Center. At first, it was a headlight not working properly and then a constant squeak as you drove the Pilot. The horn not working when the car was turned on is what prompted me to return the Pilot to Super Collision Center on August 8, 2017. After debriefing Chris about the list of issues we were experiencing, he said that since Honda signed off on the repairs that it was Honda's problem and not his. When we first took our car to Chris he basically did anything to get our business. However, it was made clear that Chris nor Super Collision Center would be addressing our concerns on the returned Honda Pilot. Chris' first lie. The Honda dealer ship determined that in order to repair the issues it would cost $530.46. Furthermore, the Honda dealership concluded that Super Collision Center painted over the surface of the horn, which was not grounded properly either, installed incorrect fasteners, and found missing fasteners. Honda still cannot figure out what Super Collision Center did to my car to cause numerous warning lights to stay on. The story does not end there. Seeking some type of relief for these negligent practices, we took our complaint to consumer affairs and their representative confirmed that Super Collision Center, in fact, used after-market parts instead of the original Honda parts they claimed to have installed. Second lie. All-in-all, my Honda Pilot is in such bad condition that I don't feel safe driving it anymore. Please do yourself, your car, and your money a favor and stay away from Super Collision Center and Chris. read more
