When I asked when I should return Bryan the owner asked if I could wait a few minutes Of course I could He proceeded to try to true it to no avail and reluctantly told me I'd need a new wheel Not only did he have one in stock, but he changed over my tire, tube, and reflectors right then My old tube leaked so he replaced that as well In total I was there less than 45 minutes and the price was more than fair. I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.
