I shopped around and landed on them because of how much they care! They are so knowledgeable about Myrtle Beach biking and were ready to talk shop and answer all my tourist questions. I first went with a mountain bike (which rode like it was brand new!) and then changed it out for an e-bike because I was feeling lazy. I called on a Saturday, and they said they could get me in the next day. When I dropped off my bike, they said they would call to give me an estimate. I didn't hear anything on Sunday, and I left a voice message and sent a text asking for a progress update. I finally reached someone before they closed and was told that they were backed up with rentals and a few repairs before mine. I asked for a general estimate, and I was told around $75 for the rim, depending on which one they could use on my bike. Again, I was told I would get a call with the estimate. I heard nothing on Monday. They are closed on Tuesday. I heard nothing on Wednesday. Around noon on Thursday, I received a call, voicemail and text saying that my bike was ready and the invoice for about $150. I picked it up on Thursday evening, and they did a nice job. My critique is that they need to improve their communication, particularly with estimates.

I have a fat tire mountain bike that I had screwed up one of the pedals. I took it to them. They fixed my problems added a kickstand and a riser for the handle bars and a tune up. They kept me informed on what was going on. It was all done for a reasonable price. I'm am very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

" ..When i look at their Website ..they only offer one brushless and lithium scooter ..and the price is $1,599. They used to have a 1000W Lithium ..but now they do not. Their 1000W Elite ..uses Lead Acid batteries and a 36v brushed motor. They still want $600 for this scooter. Here in 2018, the only type of battery to get is Lithium. They also do not do any scooter orders over the phone.
