I contacted the company expecting them to stand behind their repair, but instead I was told I would have to pay another $170 just for them to come back and inspect it. For a repair costing nearly $500, I expected the work to last considerably longer than 3.5 months and for the company to take some responsibility when the same appliance fails again so soon. Before using this company, I strongly recommend checking their reviews on other websites as well, not just one platform, and paying close attention to other customers' experiences with repairs, warranties, and follow-up service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

So, i was tempted to give this company four stars, just so i would be believed as i don't give many…read morereviews, however, they deserve five, so that is what i am giving. It is SO nice to have a repair person come and actually be honest! So this company seemed really busy, spelled my name wrong, address was wrong, etc, I was annoyed, but stuck with them and was so glad i did. When the repair man (Bibi) came, he said the $80 consultation visit/fee would come off the final bill, and it did! We needed a new door-button, but because the appliance is ten years old, he had to find a whole new "face" to fit the button. so he searched, found it, put it in, and it cost $220 for two visits and the new part. To find the problem he checked out all the electrical stuff, he said the dryer was still in good condition, which was nice to hear, as we don't use it much. Bibi seemed friendly and skilled, I would use them again.
