They did not laugh at my attempt to fix it myself and showed me an easier way to get into the dryer if I ever had to do it again. While they were here, I had them also fix an element on my stove that had not been working for quite some time. The repair man was friendly and knew his stuff. So, i was tempted to give this company four stars, just so i would be believed as i don't give many…read morereviews, however, they deserve five, so that is what i am giving. It is SO nice to have a repair person come and actually be honest! So this company seemed really busy, spelled my name wrong, address was wrong, etc, I was annoyed, but stuck with them and was so glad i did. When the repair man (Bibi) came, he said the $80 consultation visit/fee would come off the final bill, and it did! We needed a new door-button, but because the appliance is ten years old, he had to find a whole new "face" to fit the button. so he searched, found it, put it in, and it cost $220 for two visits and the new part. To find the problem he checked out all the electrical stuff, he said the dryer was still in good condition, which was nice to hear, as we don't use it much. Bibi seemed friendly and skilled, I would use them again.
