He caught an attitude with me which included hand gestures and a shrug for my request. This store is located in a dead plaza with little to no traffic. I won't visit this store again and spend money there. There are much better stores in the area with better customer service.

BevMax has never disappointed me, and I can always find what I need (even if they've moved it around.) The staff is always friendly and helpful, even entertaining. I've often called ahead to see how much of something they had on hand (if I was going to/throwing a big party) and they are always happy to set a quantity aside for me until I get there. If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service! There's on site parking, which is a HUGE bonus, especially in that area. Sometimes the clientele is a little bit sketchy, but that's part of why I go there. Entertainment! ;)
