I've often called ahead to see how much of something they had on hand (if I was going to/throwing a big party) and they are always happy to set a quantity aside for me until I get there. If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service!
