Leo was very knowledgeable and found the problem of a clogged pipe and filter. No pumping was necessary and he had the system running in no time. Leo also gave me better maintenance instructions for the future. The bill was a lot less than I expected and they did not charge me for an emergency service as the other company was planning to.
