I came here as a walk-in shortly after 10:30am (when they open) on a Friday morning. I was in luck! The shop was empty. Four people filed in during the 7 minutes it took to get my eyebrows done. As others have mentioned, there was no warm welcome, but that's ok. This is definitely not what they're known for. I told the lady it was my first time getting threading instead of waxing. She mentioned that it's very easy and it's supposed to be more gentle on your skin. It seriously took about 7 minutes, with just a spool of thread, and she made quick work of my brows. At one point, she told me to hold down my eyelid, so she could get the underside of my brow/upper eyelid. Afterwards, she applied some cooling liquid with a cotton ball and handed me a mirror so I could admire the work. Job well done! I always thought threading meant they pulled out individual hairs, but it seems that they pull out hairs in a row/line. It was only slightly uncomfortable, and in fact it was much better to pull out the hairs in a row using thread than it would've been at home with tweezers. With waxing, I'd have a general burning sensation all at once. With threading, you get little stings here and there as they shape your eyebrows. My eyes watered just a little. It was very tolerable! First time getting my brows threaded, amazing. I don't have a whole lot of brow to begin with and didn't know if I wanted cleanup or shaping (all I said was "not too thin") but they got right to work and made my eyebrows look fantastic. Trust these ladies, they sure know eyebrows! What really impressed me was that they also took away the little hairs all around & in between my brows all the way up to my lower forehead (my hair is fine but I sure have a lot of it) so the final result looks super clean! I've gotten my eyebrows waxed many times and nobody's ever been that thorough! I think I'm a threading convert. It's super crazy quick, especially compared to waxing. It smarts a bit during the process but I feel like it left my skin less irritated than with waxing, and the pain basically vanishes as soon as it's over. If you're sensitive you might want to apply some baby orajel to your skin before you go in. Also you really can't beat the price, less than 10 bucks for such a great service is awesome. read more

I only trust the women here to thread my eyebrows. I have never had a bad experience, they always do my eyebrows the way I like them. I once went to a different place and they screwed up my eyebrows. My eyebrows were looking extra bushy. I was rocking the unibrow and everything else that comes with it. I came to get my eyebrows done with my mom at EZ brows or whatever it's called. We walked in a saw 2 employees sitting on their couch. One got up and helped my mom with her eyebrows. We were in a bit of a hurry, so I asked the other employee who remained seated, if she could do my eyebrows while the other employee did my moms. She pretended she didn't hear me the first time, so I repeated myself. She didn't even make eye contact with me, but told me that she was "on break. Did I mention how dead it was when we walked in? There was NOBODY THERE! it's dead as hell in here. In my head: Do my brows and go back to your hour break! Hey, I'm a hard working man myself and break time, is break time. I can respect that. I personally would have gone to the back room and taken my break there, instead of laying halfway across the couch whilst playing with my phone, especially when customers as myself are waiting to be helped. They have ALL day to be on break after I leave. Pretty shitty customer service, but it's ok. No biggie. UNTIL a lady walked in and asked to be helped. The girl who was on "break" quickly got up and helped HER! What happened to break time? The lady who walked in was nice looking and .. Anglo. I'm not Anglo and covered with tattoos. I'd hate to use the race card, but I'm running out of scenario on why I wasn't helped. I thought maybe she didn't want to help me due to my appearance? Maybe my race? I sure hope not. My overly tattooed body? The fact I was wearing Raider attire? Idk. I remained polite throughout the entire time I was waiting for my mom to finish with her brows. As soon as she was done, the girl who helped my mom, asked if she could do my eyebrows. No thank you, I'll go somewhere else. I actually said no thank you, and walked out. I'm not too eager to give them my hard earned money. Even though their customer service might be lacking, that's still not a reason for me to be ignorant. Two wrongs don't make a right. Another girl later walked in and had her brows worked on by the texting employee on break, so I know she knows how to do brows. I don't stink, I smell good and groom as much as possible. I'm not rude at all. Why did she not want to help me? I'm still puzzled by this. I went to the Woodland mall and had my bushy brows threaded. I look like a low key chola, but it's all good. Terrible service, rude people. I went in asked for a simple clean up but left with eyebrows from the 2000's. The middle of my eyebrows is all uneven. My left eyebrow's arch is all gone and its all thin. My right one however, remained to be slightly thick. When i told the employee about this she denied messing them up, when its clearly very visable. This is very upsetting knowing ive spent months trying to grow out my eyebrows. They say "eyebrows should be cousins, not sisters" but now mine seem to be distant relatives. Dont go here, theres better places available. read more

I will tell you that the current woman (not sure how to spell her name!) is excellent! I don't even have to tell her what I want anymore. She knows how I like my brows and is consistent. I was in the area just checking out the different stores located in Woodland while waiting for my daughter to get out of softball practice we usually go to an eyebrow place here in town where we live however since I was there and I saw the reviews from other helpers I decided to go in and check this place out soon as I walked in she said hello she was wearing her mask they didn't have signs to make sure you have mask and social distancing there was sanitizer available and like most eyebrow threading places they sanitize before and after the customers they thread. The lady did an alright job on my eyebrows but the wait omg *eye roll. When I walked in the lady was working on another client and she was taking her sweet time and chit chatting with the client. Then another customer walks in and still having a conversation with the client. I know you can't talk while you have yard in your mouth that's why I didn't mind when she didn't greet me. I went to get my eyebrows threaded today. I am very disappointed, I told the owner of my previous visit there a few months ago. I told her, I asked the young lady to leave my eyebrows thick, I told her I'm letting them grow out. What did she do? She threaded them super thin. I left crying. Today, I went in and spoke with the owner. I told her what happened. Again, I'm letting my eyebrow grow out again! I was very specific, I said, I want them as thick as possible. Can you please clean them up only, I'm letting them grow out do to the previous incident. She said, yes, of course, I'm sorry. And what did she do? She did a worse job. Came to this placed based on a recommendation from an IG friend and was really excited that it had such good reviews (even though it was just a couple of them) First of all I have to let everyone know that this is a threading place no waxing, I didn't know but I was fine with it . I know some people prefer one or the other so just a heads up. Second all I am sooooo picky with my eyebrows which I'm sure most girls now a days are. So I took my little sister with me because she wanted to get her eyebrows done but once she saw they just did threading she got scared and didn't want to do it. I wasn't planning on getting them done there since I'm loyal to the person who does my eyebrows but decided to have them do them on me first so my sister could see how threading works. The lady there was super nice and informative and did an amazing job on them. A little thinner than I like but she shaped them perfectly so I couldn't complain. The real great part was how she treated my sister, she was super patient and went easy on her since she was scared. The lady threaded her eyebrows so beautifully and she still left her normal shape which was crucial to me and my sister since she's only 13 and I refuse to let anyone mess up or over pluck her eyebrows . They have a stamp card so if you go a certain amount of times you get a free threading session which is super awesome . I love how nice and professional the lady was and how she made my little sister comfortable so I will definitely be returning and recommending the place. read more
