Right away someone working on a pedicure asked what I needed done, I stated "acrylic overlay on natural nails". I was told to pick the colors and sit at table 5. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do the design I wanted so I showed them a picture and they were confident that they could. Waited about 5 minutes while looking for the colors I wanted before Holly sat down and started working on my nails. Holly did such a great job! Understood exactly what I wanted and made sure to show me before putting it under the light to cure. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes! Linda really took care of my nails and I don't want to go back to any other salon! She was super friendly and made suggestions that actually helped my nails, I actually left spending a couple dollars less that I anticipated because she actually cared for my nails needs and because of that I will continue going to her from here on out. I have had a lot of so-so pedicures and a handful of amazing ones. Linda is a talented nail tech and caring person. I actually had a lot of compliments on her work and I appreciate them myself. I was able to book an appointment via the phone the day before and when I went in I was sat right away, no waiting. It was packed and everyone was so busy but I do feel like my reservation was valued, where sometimes at other salons it doesn't feel like it means anything. 5 star service all around and many thanks to all of the helpful people who work here but especially Linda. read more

No matter what I ask for, she always delivers exactly what I want and somehow makes it even better. Just finished having my nails done. $55 was not worth this type of work. Disappointed. When I called, I asked how much for a Full set - Acrylic French tip, the lady on the phone said " $55 dollars Honey " I said ok I'll be there at 1:30pm. I arrived and checked in, I sat down at Station 5. Nail tech Leon asked me what I wanted and I told him the same thing, he started glueing on my nails and then said it will be $65. I said oh no the lady on the phone told me $55. He said that's for one full color. First, I hate being lied to. Second, I was ok with getting a full color. Well, I feel like I got ripped off $55. My nails are finished and they are so thick, I can't believe this is $55 work. I don't like to complain or confront people, so I just paid the $55 and left disappointed. I won't be back. read more

I got acrylics for $50, my friends got pedicures for $30 which included a regular nail polish color and for gel polish it's an extra $10-15. I returned 30 min later and was told to go sit down at a station. Station was dirty with someone's left over to go container and lollipop on the edge of the counter. Waited there about 10 min for someone to come. I was then moved to another station. Went in for builder gel. The service felt super rushed. There was another women waiting for the nail tech who was finishing my nails. Nail tech stated she's almost done while only putting on the builder gel. Then has a full conversation with the other lady waiting while doing my nails so that felt rude. Nails are all different lengths. Some are filed crooked. Not sure if I'll be back. Everyone at the shop is so kind, accommodating, and patient. This was my first time getting GelX, and they were so helpful with providing info about gel X versus acrylic, and overall just providing general support. Very disappointed! I felt like the lady, Lilly, rushed through the entire process. She put the product on simply to wash it off. She put no effort into my cuticles, and I had to ask her to redo them.
