She was super friendly and made suggestions that actually helped my nails, I actually left spending a couple dollars less that I anticipated because she actually cared for my nails needs and because of that I will continue going to her from here on out. I have had a lot of so-so pedicures and a handful of amazing ones. Linda is a talented nail tech and caring person. I actually had a lot of compliments on her work and I appreciate them myself. I was able to book an appointment via the phone the day before and when I went in I was sat right away, no waiting. Went in after work @4:30p with no appointment made. As soon as I walked in it was a full house! Every chair and table was taken due to graduation/promotion season! Right away someone working on a pedicure asked what I needed done, I stated "acrylic overlay on natural nails". I was told to pick the colors and sit at table 5. I wasn't sure if they would be able to do the design I wanted so I showed them a picture and they were confident that they could. Waited about 5 minutes while looking for the colors I wanted before Holly sat down and started working on my nails. Holly did such a great job! Understood exactly what I wanted and made sure to show me before putting it under the light to cure. I was in and out of there in 40 minutes! Just finished having my nails done. $55 was not worth this type of work. Disappointed. When I called, I asked how much for a Full set - Acrylic French tip, the lady on the phone said " $55 dollars Honey " I said ok I'll be there at 1:30pm. I arrived and checked in, I sat down at Station 5. Nail tech Leon asked me what I wanted and I told him the same thing, he started glueing on my nails and then said it will be $65. I said oh no the lady on the phone told me $55. He said that's for one full color. First, I hate being lied to. Second, I was ok with getting a full color. Well, I feel like I got ripped off $55. My nails are finished and they are so thick, I can't believe this is $55 work. I don't like to complain or confront people, so I just paid the $55 and left disappointed. I won't be back. read more

Second time here after moving to the area. They were busy and was told to come back in 30 min. That was okay with me since it was a Sunday and did not have an appointment. I returned 30 min later and was told to go sit down at a station. Station was dirty with someone's left over to go container and lollipop on the edge of the counter. Waited there about 10 min for someone to come. I was then moved to another station. Went in for builder gel. The service felt super rushed. There was another women waiting for the nail tech who was finishing my nails. Nail tech stated she's almost done while only putting on the builder gel. Then has a full conversation with the other lady waiting while doing my nails so that felt rude. Nails are all different lengths. Some are filed crooked. Not sure if I'll be back. I called around 3PM on a Tuesday hoping to be seen same day by Holly. They said they had an opening at 5:45 which worked great. I live in Davis and had planned on shopping at Woodland to kill time. On my way there, I receive a call from them asking if I can go in earlier since they had a cancellation. This worked even better. Soon as I arrived, I was asked to be seated and Holly greeted me moments after. Such a sweet lady! Tried to make small convo with me which I appreciated. I showed her an inspo pic and she offered me something similar as they didn't have the specific polish that the inspo may have called for. This is my first time getting a fill so I'm not sure what is usually included in that service; but Holly went to work on removing most of my old acrylic and shaping to my preference. At first I was a little worried it wouldn't come out the way I wanted. She reassured me she wasn't finished. When she finally was, I was SO happy with the shape and length. It is probably the best almond shape I've had. Before she started the polish, she informed me she would try her method on one nail first to see if I like it. During the process I was skeptical... but again, I was so pleased with the end result and she continued with the remaining nails. She kept checking in on me every once in a while to make sure I was happy. I thought it was funny that many other workers kept popping over to see her work or she would talk about it with them. At the end, she asked to take a picture of my nails which was always a bucket list item of mine to have a nail tech take photos of my nails. I was so pleased with the results. Total came out to $70... which seems a bit high for a fill?? I usually pay $60-$70 for a full set with design with my girl Haley at House of Hues (my go-to!). But whatever, I was really happy with my nails. I also tipped $15. She seemed slightly disappointed when I paid with card. They prefer cash payments here it seems. However I did ask via phone if they accepted cards and they said yes. If my primary nail tech isn't available, I would absolutely come back here. Holly is so sweet and gentle and does amazing work. The only negative experience I had was being cut/bleeding on my thumb (and also found out when I showered there was a cut on my pinky) when she used the dremel. She was very apologetic though. I also wish the underside of my nails could have been cleaned up along with my cuticles being cleaned up. Aside from that, if you are looking for designs done well, I'd definitely book an appt with Holly! ----- Update: Day 3 and the cut on my thumb is hurting a lot and is slightly swollen. See images. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was very rough with putting my feet down into the water. Not very personable either. The vibes here were heavy like evil eye heavy.
