My husband and I booked a session to recuperate after 3 days in Disneyland. After a 90min massage, I feel like I am walking taller and lighter. I feel like the person quickly found my troubled areas and knew just how intense to work on the area and released so much tension. The place was clean, quite, and the staff were professional. BEWARE. I try to leave great reviews but this one needed to happen to ensure the safety of future clients. I requested to only get my feet and hand massaged. The front desk spoke Chinese to the elderly man explaining what I wanted. I fell asleep during the service and woke up to the older man squeezing the back of my neck, pushing down probably thinking it was a knot but it was the top of my spine. My pain tolerance is high, if I didn't wake up he could have paralyzed me. I woke up the next morning with multiple pinched nerves causing no circulation throughout my body making me unable to sleep now for weeks. I've gone to the doctors office twice and have to get an MRI done. read more

Touched inappropriately during massage So I went here for an hour foot massage, I didn't have an appointment but when I walked in a man approached me and when I told him what I wanted he suggested the combo for only a couple dollars more. I asked what that was and he pointed to my neck, so I said sure why not. While he was giving me the massage I got a weird vibe from him. I have had many massages before and this didn't feel right, but thought maybe it was reflexology and so a different technique. At the end of the massage I went to sit up and he attempted to stretch my arm, which I thought was weird...but once again okay. What happened next though was that he reached over with his other handed cupped my breast and attempted to rub at my nipple. I immediately said what the f*** and pushed him off. Grabbed my s*** and went for the door. I was so mortified and shaken, attempted to call the police non emergency line but thanks to employee shortages sat on hold for twenty minutes and eventually had to pick up my son. This behavior is disgusting and unbelievably inappropriate, obviously I will never be back but women beware. read more

Always punctual. Always give me water (there is a sweet lady who pops in and somehow always delivers it lol) the massage is quite nice and the ionization is essential. Trying it weekly for 5/6 weeks to remove my toxins. Has gotten progressively cleaner after 2 sessions. Clean place! read more

Grabbed a Groupon and made a same day appointment with my mom. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and decor. Much nicer than any other venue I have been to. I liked the setup - curtains between each "bed" that could be drawn to accommodate parties of 2+. Quiet space, could not hear other people. Front desk was very accommodating and made sure to let me know that I could come back for the same Groupon price, anytime. Loss of two stars because this was the most painful massage I have ever gotten. OUCH! My body was very tense throughout the massage, even after asking them to go softer. Unfortunately, there was either a communication issue or only one massage method... Either way, it is enough for me to not come back. Had a Groupon , for a foot /leg message plus detox. When I called for make an appointment , did not matter the day of the week it had to be 10:00 am, did not understand the reason. While I was there getting my foot/leg message there were 2 walk ins, and they had plenty of room.. so was a little frustrated. Than came the detox part, the most uncomfortable position ever, you are still lying down on the bed while your feet dangling in the water, where they put some sort of object no doubt the detox machine on the arm. Not one time did someone come in to check on you, to see how you are doing. Worst back ache ever , that night. I suggest that when a detox is being done that you are sitting up in a chair and not laying down...and I am still very sore from the day after... 2 stars because the leg message was the only good thing about it. read more

This is my first negative post ever with the many years of great service with Groupon The experience was definitely NOT worth the drive OR 30 minute foot reflexology experience. For about an hour the Rude "smoke odor" Front desk man ranted with hardly no English about the missing Groupon barcode, I had a printout WITH proof on my paid receipt. Ranting "no money ! only Groupon get the money! bar code barcode! check your phone ,,,,, Reluctantly. another man did my foot reflex. .Finally I checked out at the front desk and he called the owner and handed over the phone for me to explain to the owner about the escapade. She says we lose money on Groupon, give a good tip . I gave a tip to the tip bullies and he was NOT grateful! When I returned home, I left the confirmation Barcode on their VM and emailed/ scanned barcode to the owner with no response! THE END read more

I got a full body for 90 minutes and about 40 of those minutes were spent massaging my ass and upper thighs. The massage was great at first and they did a good job on the back and shoulders but I felt very uncomfortable with how much attention was being given to my butt. read more

Wow. Where to begin. Got a Groupon for this place for a foot massage and detox and made an appointment. Advertised at $29 for 30min. Got to the parlor and instantly overwhelmed with the smell of a sewer and cigarettes. I noticed their price sheet for the service was set at $25. I asked about this and wasn't given any rational explanation. I knew I could get refunded from Groupon, but between their poor business practice of trying to advertise their 'discount' on Groupon and the awful smell, my gut told me to run. I recently had total knee revision surgery on both knees. My legs and feet swell a lot. I thought this might be a good idea. And boy was I glad I went. The atmosphere inside was very soothing and the ion bath pulled crazy toxins (quite clearly from my joints). The ion bath was very relaxing and the massage was definitely a true massage for the benefit of increasing circulation. This was no fluffy rub-down. But rather a total and complete massage for true health and wellness. I wish I lived in the area because I would go all the time. They do have memberships which would make lots of sense for locals. My husband and I came in for a 1 hour reflexology massage. The place was clean with soothing music, but that's where the positive review ends. My husband said his masseuse was ok; however, the gentleman stepped away 3 times to answer the phone. When he returned, he forgot where he had left off so the massage was inconsistent. I highly doubt if the woman who gave me a massage had any formal training. It was so painful, I couldn't wait for the hour to end. It was intense, repetitive rubbing using only her knuckles. So I LOVE reflexology and massages of pretty much any kind. I've tried many, many, many modes of massage for years so I'm always willing to try a new place and check out what's around the places I frequent. Visited Super foot on a weekday and it wasn't too busy (great because it was nice and quiet). I loved that it is very clean, dim, soft mellow music to relax you. It had been awhile since I'd had a treatment and I was REALLY looking forward to this. Super foot does what a lot of places I've frequented do where you get part of the massage on your feet and they will also go over your clothing and apply pressure with unique modalities over your body, it can be a super relaxing experience. Well, we started face up, legs in the warm water and therapist worked on our arms first. The pressure was quite firm but also too firm in places it shouldn't be like inner biceps above the radial artery. A proper therapist knows you should stay away from that and not apply pressure directly on it but I guess ours didn't. I kept thinking ooh, maybe it'll be better when they get to my feet (I Love foot massages!) Then the feet, yay!!! Pressure: too hard, too firm, same spot over and over again, up and down along the shin bone on the inner muscle by the Tibia (no need to go that strong on most ppl this is sore). Ummm...ok then the foot, very intense up down repetitive motion right on the arch (also another sore area on most) this is known to be the area of the diaphragm in real reflexology and most reflexologists will ask you to take a deep breath and let it out when they are about to press into that area because it is pretty intense. I kept thinking ok, my therapist's pressure is intense, maybe I will love it on the back. Turned over, pressure was applied with hands and elbows right on the sacrum (lower back mid-spine) and along the spine as in on it, not the muscles along the side. Needless to say I got a little freaked out because at this point I'm thinking if they can't feel the anatomy well, this can cause damage to someone. Overall when it was over I was glad because I didn't enjoy it very much. When I asked my friend what she thought of it, she also said her therapist didn't seem to apply pressure in the correct places (same thing with the spine and up/down repetitive motion on legs/feet). Overall, wouldn't really go back. Too many other options throughout the valley. If anything I feel the therapists were lacking in 2 major areas. Finesse & knowledge of staying away from certain bony protrusions and arteries throughout. As for the repetitive motions...there is a big difference in getting a relaxing or even therapeutic/ deep massage where there are repetitive motions that feel absolutely amazing than when you get the feeling that this is all your therapist can do or knows how to do in that area. read more
