My body is well past using massage therapy for pampering; I need it for relief from aches and pains. Out of desperation, I walked into Lemon Tree Massage for a same-day, 90-minute upper body massage. My shoulders and neck were feeling like concrete and they hurt. My massage therapist was very friendly, but she was not an expert in muscle anatomy. Therefore, the massage was not as helpful as I needed it to be. I paid $100 for a 90-minute massage plus a 20% tip. I tipped her for her effort and professionalism even though I left disappointed. She checked in throughout the massage for desired pressure, but she was definitely more accustomed to massage for relaxation versus therapeutic relief. A few more notes...There was no table warmer, which was fine by me, but you get the gist this is a no-frills experience. There is no neck cradle on the massage table; you're given a donut pillow. This place is located in the shopping center next to the Home Depot.

This was more of a "working" massage, with deep knots that needed some working out. The pressure was a little more intense than in past appointments but again, was needed. Will absolutely be coming back to this place. Remember, there is a small $2 service fee for credit/debit cards but I believe it's totally worth it. So happy with this place.

My massage has been a Swedish massage with light-médium pressure, the therapist Natty is amazing and focuses on the areas I ask for. My husband gets a combo massage and hard pressure, May has worked on him multiple times now and he raved about her. Donna has been a therapist a friend has used 2-3 times now and she had nothing but good things to say. Rosie at the front desk is the sweetest. The experience has been 10/10 every time. We used to go to another place in old town Scottsdale prior and more often than not I left disappointed. I am so glad I found this place it has been wonderful experience to enjoy my massages. I leave relaxed and feeling good. I definitely recommend you check them out.

We were a lil skeptical being first timers here and no stranger to couples massage experiences, however they did not disappoint! They offered us coconut oil package, took great consideration of our preferential areas, and really muscled-in on each of our bodies individually; honing in on where we each naturally distributed our weight and carried most tension. Of course I'll leave a good review! Thank you so much to our therapist team.

Very nice of them! Jessica was my massage therapist and I could not have been more pleased. I scheduled a 90-minute massage with her and from the time it began to the time it ended, I was relaxed, felt like I was floating on a cloud and to top it off, had a great conversation. I love the option of talking or not talking during a massage and never felt uncomfortable. One of the highlights was learning more about cupping and I already scheduled my next massage and will be doing cupping. thanks for being awesome!

I have been a Massage Envy member for almost 20 years. Tonight, I was unable to find a last minute…read moreappointment at any of their locations so I opted to try Elements Massage for the first time. The clinic, itself, I found to be a little less high-end looking than the competition down the street (where I am used to going). The trash cans in the women's restroom were both full, when I used it. There were chips in the paint (various areas). The masseuses' names were on laminated sheets above each room door. I don't know. It just felt lower-end to me than I am used to. The signage, too (up behind the front desk), looked a bit cheap to me. There was a female (who appeared to be a masseuse) that was expressing her displeasure to the front desk gals about having to check something and/or some after work chores that supposedly started today. She insisted that she had performed said chore(s) yesterday. Even so, the front desk girls insisted she repeat it again today. They further explained that they had sent a text to this gal yesterday explaining that this process or procedure was to start today. The masseuse who was clearly trying to get out of the clinic and go home replied, "Well I didn't read the whole text!" in an annoyed/frustrated manner. I didn't think this was proper/appropriate nor professional to have this conversation right in front of a first time client. They all HAD to know I was hearing every word, and they were well aware it was my first time at their massage clinic. I was thinking, "They should have added emptying the restroom trash to her chore list before she left." Massage was very good ... Hence the 4 stars. Pressure was perfect, and masseuse had a unique style I enjoyed with fast strokes. He was like a machine. It was pretty amazing. That said, I had asked for an enhancement when I filled out my intake forms (CBD Herbal Ritual), but, unfortunately, I guess nobody informed the therapist because I did not receive the upgrade. I have to admit, I had been looking forward to that, and I was disappointed by it's absence. I would have said something to my masseuse directly about this, but since I had never experienced an Elements massage, I didn't know whether perhaps that was something they waited to add towards the end of the massage??? Also, I had put on my paperwork to avoid my face and scalp because I tend to get acne troubles when I have oil on my face. The therapist confirmed this wish at the beginning of my massage, but he forgot and still began to do my scalp and face. After he had already started, he remembered. By that point, the oil was already present in my problem area so I gave him the go ahead to continue, but this was another bummer. Again though, over all, it was a fantastic massage, and that is what is paramount. Despite the couple of dislikes, mistakes, etc., they did not hold enough weight to give any less than 4 stars. I will return and give them another try.
