I don't go to the one with a Starbucks at the mini mall because they always seem to jack up our hair. But the ladies who work I need a commissary are pretty awesome. They are polite and can do females hair as well as basic military cuts and fading work as well. The only problem with the base barbershop is you never know what the price maybe. Right now as lower than $15.00, But the price go up by a dollar or $.75 and the staff won't even be aware of a price change. I would definitely recommend Jesika and her crew to help you out. Amanda was also an awesome barber as well for ethnic or natural hair.

I asked do they have military discount, he said no. The pedicure was pretty basic, not too detailed or long. He did hot rocks and it was luke warm. The previous comment also said the hot rocks weren't too hot. He did do a light message with oils for a bit. He told me to pick a design on my phone, a what they did will be in the pictures attached. The lady also quiet did my manicure, I asked her how much it cost to get it she said $15. The paint job on my manicure wasn't good actually. From a far it will work. I said I would like a design on my thumbs and big toes and they said it $4 per Appendage. I said excuse me that is the highest I have seen in this area. Do you want me to give you $16 just to put a design on my nails when the shop next door will do all 4 for $10 or less and I don't know if you can do the design. I told him just to do my big toes but at the end of it I spent about $43 to get a manicure and a pedicure. The owners are not friendly, they don't seem to smile and or make you feel welcome or that they want you to come back. No doubt they get most of their clients with the $15 pedicure sign on the outside of the building. And there's only two people working so if you come once a buddy else is in there more with more than two people someone will have to wait. I was in town visiting my husband who is stationed here at Sheppard AFB. We had professional photos…read moredone at Wichita Mountains about an hour north of Wichita Falls. With Wichita Falls being such a small town, Primp and Blow offered what I needed to bring the photos all together. I came in with my hair already washed and dry and had them do a dry style on me. I showed them a photo I was wanting but unfortunately the lady said I didn't have enough hair for it. So we played around with a few different styles until I decided on just a single braid across my head. She sprayed it with a ton of hairspray and the hair lasted until my photos later in the afternoon. I also had my make up done by another lady. She was very young and sweet and did a really great job. They used Smashbox cosmetics with a mix of some others they've collected along the way. I added on some fake eyelashes for $10 as well. They were very light on my eyes and helped bring everything together. Overall I was satisfied with the service I received and am glad there was a business in the area that offered what I needed. The prices were a little steep in my opinion but it was a one time thing so I was willing to pay a little extra.
