In this case, over priced, pre-packaged, garbage! It's unfortunate that this location does not understand what it means to be a good community neighbor. My questions to you Mr Smolkin, as the franchisor, what is your vetting process? Is there a vetting process or do you just accept anyone with stupid money to hand over ($300k - $500k) to your corperation? I paid in advance so I lost a few bucks. The order wasn't complicated and I think 15 minutes is reasonable time to make my drink. This is not the first time I had an issue with mobile ordering at this specific location.
